Polypropylene (PP) is one of the most significant thermoplastic polymers used in the plastic industry. Its usage varies from production of plastic films, fibers, containers, textiles, caps and plastic components for cars and home appliances. Its unique properties make it ideal for use across the automotive, construction, packaging, industrial, consumer goods, furniture industries, etc. Tasnee uses the Novolen Technology to produce homo-polymer resins with various grades to meet the most demanding applications across multiple industry sectors.

Polypropylene compounds are materials produced using a mixture of PP resins and various components such as impact modifiers, fillers and strengtheners (e.g. mineral fillers and glass fiber), pigments and additives that impart specific properties to the final product. These PP compounds offer a wide range of features that make it ideal for usage in multiple applications. The key applications are Automotive, Home appliances, construction and furniture. In addition to the existing product portfolio, Tasnee’s state of the art Technology center also develops new grades based on the market requirements.

Advanced Metals

Tasnee HD IM2050 is a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), multimodal resin manufactured by slurry process using advanced cascade process technology. Tasnee HD IM2050 is easy to process on injection and compression molding equipment. This grade has very good stiffness and toughness, high ESCR and exceptional organoleptic properties.

Tasnee HD 100 Black is a High Density Polyethylene, black colored resin. The product is classified as PE 100. Tasnee HD 100 Black provides excellent environmental stress cracking resistance properties (ESCR) with very good long term hydrostatic strength and combines very high impact and stiffness properties.

Tasnee LD 4025N is an Additive Free Low Density Polyethylene with Melt Flow Rate of 4.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg). It has a suitable molecular structure to produce film with excellent mechanical properties. Tasnee LD 4025N can be easily processed on all types of extruders designed for polyethylene. The melt temperature is suggested to be in the range of 150 – 190°C. Excellent properties of the film are achieved with a blow-up ratio of 2.5:1 and recommended film thickness range from 15 to 40 μm.

Tasnee AT-B-1 is a high-quality Off-Grade titanium sponge manufactured using Japanese Technology under stringent quality control processes. Used in various industrial applications including the steel industry. Typically available in uncrushed form; Purity &gt; 97%.


Advanced Metals AT-B-1

Pyrolysis Oil - 2 (Wet) A mixture of aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, obtained from the Ethylene Cracking Unit. It is a clear to light yellow colored liquid, with a naphthenic odor. The water content is up to 10%.

Tasnee AT-2 is a high-quality Prime Grade titanium sponge manufactured using Japanese Technology under stringent quality control processes. Used in a wide-range of industries including aviation, aerospace, advanced industrial applications, infrastructure, etc. Available in a variety of particle sizes; Purity &gt; 99.6%.
