Ultratape

Ultratape® 6571 is a high temperature translucent blue polyester cleanroom tape. It bonds quickly to most surfaces including metal, glass, plastics, and cleanroom paper, and removes cleanly without residue even after elevated temperature cycles.

Ultratape® 1410 is a permanent double sided foam cleanroom tape. The closed cell polyethylene foam is flexible to conform to uneven surfaces, and its strong adhesive makes it ideal for cleanroom construction and mounting.

UltraTape 1520 is a removable polyester tape with acrylic double-sided adhesive. 1520 double-sided cleanroom tape is ideal for fab applications as it has a removable adhesive on both sides. Tape has no liner due to removable adhesive.

Ultratape® 1161 Vinyl Electrical Cleanroom Tape is a premium grade all-weather vinyl insulating tape with an aggressive pressure sensitive rubber base adhesive that provides moisture-tight electrical and mechanical protection with minimum bulk.

Ultratape® 2297 is designed to provide maximum protection for most surfaces including coated metal, stainless steel, glass, aluminum, and plastics. Can also be used on painted, mill finished, and polished surfaces.

Ultratape® 7245 is Teflon (PTFE) high temperature tape with silicone adhesive. Used in electrical applications such as coil wraps, separators, transformers, slot liners and harness wrapping where good insulation and heat resistant properties are needed.

Ultratape® 1530 is a removable double-sided tape with a polypropylene liner design for easy cleanroom use. Repositional. Temporary mounting. No adhesive residue when removed from most surfaces. Cleanroom certified.

Ultratape® 1460 is White closed cell polyethylene foam coated on both sides with a high performance rubber based adhesive.

UltraTape 1510 is a double-sided permanent adhesive tape. Both sides of the polyester carrier have a transparent red Mylar release liner. 1510 is ideal for fastening applications, connecting plastic sheeting or permanent nameplate mounting.

Ultratape® 1154 is a good alternative for vinyl tape in general use and cleanroom construction. It bonds quickly to all surfaces. Its adhesive strength is virtually identical to vinyl tapes. The polyethylene backing can be written on with a cleanroom pen, and it can be torn by hand. The 1154 is also recommended for in-process applications due to its low outgassing and metal properties.
