This product is a one-step disinfectant, Bactericidal tested according to the current AOAC Use-Dilution Test Method, Fungicidal according to the AOAC Fungicidal Test and Virucidal tested according to the virucidal qualification modified in the presence of 5% organic serum against: Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus - Methicillin Resistant (MRSA), Salmonella enterica, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1, Herpes Simplex Virus Type 2, HIV-1 (AIDS Virus), Influenza Virus Type A/Brazil (Influenza), Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), Vaccinia (Pox Virus), Norwalk Virus (Norovirus), Human Coronavirus,SARS Associated Coronavirus, SARS-related Coronavirus 2 cause of Covid-19.
This one step product saves time, money and labor. It cleans yet contains no soap, so it cannot leave a film. This phosphate-free, quaternary type disinfectant is effective in the presence of 5% organic serum, a concentrated product effective against Pseudomonas serugionosa, Staphyloccusaureus and Salmonella choleraesuis. Contains a unique combination of scents that leave a clean, fresh fragrance after scrubbing, mopping, spraying or wiping.
Concentrated formula makes it cost effective. It has broad spectrum disinfection control to kill bacterial growth, and has residual bacteriostsatic activity. Product contains no harmful alkali to irritate skin or dull floor finish. Enviromentally safe, non-flammable, non-corrosive, biodegradable with a neutral pH.

- For use on porcelain, ceramic tile, fiberglass, formica, urinals, sinks, toilets, shower stalls, walls, floors and counter tops.
- Areas of use include hospitals and nursing homes, physicians’ offices, schools, sports and recreational facilities, offices, airports, beauty shops, janitorial services, retail areas, convenience stores, public areas and many others.
- Directions
For Fungicidal Activity:
- This product is an effective one-step fungicide against Trichophyton mentagrophytes when used on hard nonporous surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas and exercise facilities.
- Allow surface to remain wet for 10 minutes.
- For mold and mildew:
- Repeat treatment every 7 days or more often if new growth appears.
To Clean and Deodorize:
- Apply undiluted to surfaces with a cloth, mop, sponge or sprayer.
- Wipe or allow to air dry.
Toilet Bowl and Urinal Disinfectant/Cleaner Directions:
- Remove gross filth prior to disinfection.
- Empty toilet or urinal and apply this product to exposed surfaces and under the rim with a cloth, mop, sponge, or sprayer.
