Vinkocide® 836 is a formulation containing a mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (CMIT/MIT) with (Ethylenedioxy)dimethanol (EDDM). This compound effectively penetrates microorganism cells, targeting vital components and enzymes, thereby disrupting normal cell function and preventing microbial adaptation. With a broad antimicrobial spectrum against bacteria, fungi, and yeasts, it demonstrates effectiveness, particularly against Gram-negative bacteria, often succeeding where other preservatives fail. Vinkocide® 836 is cost-effective due to its low use levels and combines excellent long-term efficacy with rapid action. Additionally, as it contains a formaldehyde releaser, it provides headspace protection in all types of in-can preservation. It is suitable for use in aqueous and water-miscible systems and finds application in preserving manufactured products, ensuring their shelf life, and controlling microbial deterioration in various industrial processes.

stabicor® BE 045 is an industrial demulsifier primarily utilized for crude oil dehydration processes within the oil, gas, and mining sectors. Categorized under refinery and gas treatment chemicals, it plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient separation of water from crude oils. Widely applicable in refining and gas processing, it contributes to maintaining the quality and efficiency of operations in the industrial sector, particularly in the treatment of crude oils.

Vinkocide® CMI 1.5 is a bivalent stabilized formulation containing a mixture of 5-chloro-2-methyl-isothiazol-3-one and 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (CMIT/MIT). This aqueous solution, with 1.5% CMIT/MIT, meets the highest purity standards, minimizing impurities' impact on efficacy and toxicity. It penetrates microorganism cells, inactivating vital substrates and enzymes, preventing microbial adaptation. With a broad antimicrobial spectrum and excellent long-term efficacy, it's ideal for aqueous systems, including storage preservation, liquid-cooling systems, slimicides, and working fluid preservation.

Vinkocide® CMI 1.5

grotan® BA 21 is an aqueous formulation comprising 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3(2H)-one (BIT) and bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamin (BDA), offering a synergistic blend effective in cationic and non-ionic systems. While providing a broad, balanced spectrum of effect against bacteria, yeasts, and molds, it demonstrates enhanced efficacy, particularly against pseudomonas sp. Effective even in very low concentrations, it ensures comprehensive microbial control. However, caution is advised in the presence of anionic substances, which may reduce efficacy. While foaming is possible, grotan® BA 21 is fully soluble in water, ensuring ease of use. It serves as an indispensable preservative for various manufactured products, ensuring prolonged shelf life, and as a slimicide, preventing slime growth on industrial materials and equipment. Additionally, it functions as a reliable preservative for working or cutting fluids, preserving fluid integrity in metalworking processes.

Vinkocide® KTLB is a formulation combining 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3(2H)-one (BIT) with 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (MIT) and Bronopol, designed to deliver fast action and long-term efficacy. This combination is particularly effective in applications challenging to preserve, where Bronopol serves as a stabilizer for isothiazolones, enhancing their efficacy. With a broad antimicrobial spectrum against bacteria, fungi, and yeasts, it excels where other products may fail. Its excellent chemical stability ensures enduring efficacy, making it suitable for aqueous and water-miscible systems. Additionally, its clear, aqueous solution form allows for seamless integration into clear products like detergents. It finds utility in preserving various manufactured products, including those prone to slime growth, in industrial processes. Compatibility with most products and raw materials is excellent, although individual formulation stability should be verified.

stabicor® S 600 is a hydrogen sulfide scavenger designed for industrial additives with high performance. It is water and oil-soluble, suitable for use in condensate, crude oils, multiphase systems, processed fuel, and oil and gas applications. Additionally, it is applicable in water treatment processes.

stabicor® S 100 is a non-triazine based hydrogen sulfide scavenger, renowned for its exceptional performance at low doses, ensuring greater efficiency. It operates effectively across a wide pH and temperature range, offering full water/oil solubility without the formation of insoluble polymeric precipitation. These characteristics make it suitable for treating hydrogen sulfide-containing water, oil, and multiphase streams in various applications such as drilling (offshore and onshore), crude oil and gas production, terminal storage, and refinery treatment. With benefits like being fully soluble in oil and water, low viscosity at low temperatures, solvent-free composition, high stability at use concentrations, and anti-corrosive properties, stabicor® S 100 is recognized with CEFAS Gold Banner and is REACh registered.

grotanol® 3025 is a microbiocidal system cleaner based on glutaral and chloromethyl-/methylisothiazolone (3:1). It effectively combats bacteria, yeasts, and molds across anionic, cationic, and non-ionic systems, with low foaming and immediate action. Free of formaldehyde and solvents, it can be rinsed off without leaving residue and meets strict regulatory standards. Ideal for industrial settings like food-processing, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, surfaces in contact with food must be rinsed with water after the recommended contact time.
