WARADUR® E is an ester wax consisting of esters of montanic acids with multihydroxyl alcohols. Montanic acids are straight-chained monocarboxylic acids with a chain length in the range of C28 – C32. The corresponding esters exhibit chain length in the range of C58 – C66 and provide this wax with a low volatility, good thermostability and low migration rates.

CEVO®-process B-3200 is a processing auxiliary and it includes a synergistic combination of different lubricating, release- and dispersing agents. The mixture was engineered especially for the application in polypropylenes.

WARADUR® OPplus is a montan wax based special wax consisting of esters of montanic acids with multihydroxyl alcohols. In addition, WARADUR® OPplus contains an increased amount of calcium montanate, and fatty acid salts and -esters.

WARADUR® OP is an ester wax consisting of esters of montanic acids with multihydroxyl alcohols. Montanic acids are straight-chained monocarboxylic acids with a chain length in the range of C28 – C32. The corresponding esters exhibit chain length in the range of C58 – C66 and provide this wax with a low volatility, good thermostability and low migration rates. WARADUR® OP contains calcium montanate in addition to the montanic acid esters.

WARADUR® GSM is an ester wax consisting of an ester mixture of long-chain aliphatic acids. High effectiveness at low concentrations (0.3 – 0.8 phr), release agent, flow improver. Lubricant for rigid PVC processing, especially films and profiles. Flow improvement, mold release of TPU.

WARADUR® S is a mixture of montanic acids. Montanic acids are straight-chained monocarboxylic acids with a chain length in the range of C28 – C32 and exhibit a good thermostability and a low volatility.High effectiveness at low concentrations: WARADUR® S is suitable for a wide range of plastics applications, mainly as external release agent, dispersing agent, gloss booster and surface improver. WARADUR® S is suitable for engineering plastics, thermosets, etc,

WARADUR® KME is a special wax blend, consisting of hydrocarbon wax additives and esters of long-chain fatty acids (mainly C28 – C32) with multihydroxyl alcohols. The corresponding esters exhibit chain length in the range of mainly C34 – C66. Product for the preparation of aqueous dispersions. A proprietary emulsifier mixture (APEO-free) is already incorporated in this blend.

CEVO®-mold I-6628 is a special wax blend based on natural regrowing acid- and ester waxes . CEVO®-mold I-6628 has good release effect on phenolic resins. It is used as release agent, e.g. for phenolic resins and plastics and lubricant for PE/WPC .

WARADUR® ESM is a hard, special ester wax with a crystalline structure, mainly consisting of esters of montanic acids with mono- and multihydroxyl alcohols. Montanic acids are straight-chained monocarboxylic acids with a chain length in the range of mainly C16 – C32. The corresponding esters exhibit chain length in the range of mainly C34 – C66.

CEVO®-stab D-5300 is a special one pack and it includes a synergistic combination of different lubricating and dispersing agents as well as a balanced mixture of diverse stabilizers. The mixture was engineered especially for the recycling processes of polystyrene waste.

CEVO®-mold I-6611 is a special wax blend based on natural and semisynthetic ester waxes. CEVO®-mold I-6611 has good release effect on phenolic resins and high melting. It is used in textile bonded felts.

CEVO®-process A-3100 is a processing auxiliary and it includes a synergistic combination of different lubricating, release- and dispersing agents. The mixture was engineered especially for the application in polyamides.

CEVO®-process J-3400 is a processing auxiliary and it includes a synergistic combination of different lubricating, release- and dispersing agents. The mixture was engineered especially for the application in polymers or polymer blends with high melt viscosities (PS, ABS, PLA, PC, POM).

CEVO®-stab A-5100 is a special one pack and it includes a synergistic combination of different lubricating agents as well as a balanced mixture of stabilizers. The mixture was engineered especially for the recycling processes of polyamides.

CEVO®-stab F-5500 is a special one pack and it includes a synergistic combination of different lubricating and dispersing agents as well as a balanced mixture of diverse stabilizers. The mixture was engineered especially for the recycling processes of POM waste. By the addition to the formulations the thermo-oxidative force of polymer during extrusion process will be minimized and the package works as scavenger for formed formaldehyde.

WARADUR® GE is a glycerol ester wax of montanic acids and exhibits a slightly higher molecular weight than WARADUR® E. Montanic acids are straight-chained monocarboxylic acids with a chain length in the range of C28 – C32. The corresponding glycerol esters exhibit chain length in the range of approx. C60 avg. and provide this wax with a low volatility, good thermostability and low migration rates.

WARADUR® GSA is an ester wax consisting of esters of montanic acid with multihydroxyl alcohols. High effectiveness at low concentrations (0.3 – 0.8 phr). High compability and low migration tendency; acts internally as flow improver and also externally as release agent.

CEVO®-process G-2013 is a special wax blend, consisting of montan ester waxes and microcrystalline waxes. CEVO®-process G-2013 is suitable for a wide range of plastics applications, mainly as release agent in water-based emulsions. CEVO®-process G-2013 is suitable as mold release agent for PU.

WARADUR® ELE is a special wax blend, consisting of esters of long-chain fatty acids (mainly C28 – C32) with multihydroxyl alcohols. The corresponding esters exhibit chain length in the range of mainly C34 – C66. Product for the preparation of aqueous dispersions. A proprietary emulsifier mixture (APEO-free) is already incorporated in this blend.

CEVO®-process C-3300 is a well-balanced lubricant combination. The mixture was engineered especially for the application in PVC for injection molding process.
