VYNOVA

VynoKlear is a high molecular weight vinyl chloride homopolymer produced by a suspension process with no addition of antioxidant. After mixing with appropriate additives, VynoKlear is suitable for extrusion, calendering or injection molding of semirigid and flexible PVC. Its superior porosity, compatibility, and transparency make it ideal for clear medical products, waterproofing membranes, and innovative flexible consumer goods and cables.

Renewable caustic soda from Vynova is manufactured using renewable electricity. It therefore has a significantly lower carbon footprint than conventionally produced caustic soda, which enables customers across a variety of industries to manufacture more sustainable products. The renewability of the electricity is proven via renewable energy Guarantees of Origin (GOs), renewable power purchase agreements (PPAs) or via a direct connection to the processing unit producing the renewable electricity. Renewable caustic soda from Vynova is certified under the ISCC PLUS framework and is the first product of its kind worldwide to have obtained such certification.

VYNOVA™ S6630 is a medium molecular weight and medium porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a general purpose resin suitable for extrusion of PVC articles requiring excellent mechanical properties such as: window profiles, rigid profiles, and pipes.

VYNOVA™ S7102 is a high molecular weight and high porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a specialty resin suitable for extrusion, calendering or injection molding of semi-rigid and flexible PVC articles such as: cling films, flexible sheets, pool liners, inflatables, roofing membrane, profiles, cables insulation and sheathings, and flooring.

VYNOVA™ S5902 is a low molecular weight, low porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is a general purpose resin suitable for extrusion and calendering of PVC: rigid films for medical, food or consumer goods packaging, compact and foamed sheets, compact and foamed profiles, foam core pipes and fittings, and flooring.

VYNOVA™ S5730 is low molecular weight, low porosity vinyl chloride homopolymer. It is general purpose resin suitable for extrusion, calendering and injection blow molding of PVC - films for packaging or consumer goods, compact foamed sheets and profiles, foamed core pipes and fittings, and bottles.

Vynova produces solid KOH by drying the liquid KOH that is formed during our on-site electrolysis process. We offer KOH solid in various forms and concentrations, such as 90% and 95% flakes or 85% pellets.
