VYNOVA Renewable Caustic Soda
INCI Name:
Sodium Hydroxide
CAS Number:
1310-73-2
Functions:
Buffers & pH Stabilizer, Chemical Intermediate, Solubility Enhancer
Labeling Claims:
Clean at Sephora, Credo Clean Standard, Ulta Beauty's Conscious Beauty
Synonyms:
Caustic Soda, NaOH, Soda Lye, Sodium Hydrate, White Caustic
Renewable caustic soda from Vynova is manufactured using renewable electricity. It therefore has a significantly lower carbon footprint than conventionally produced caustic soda, which enables customers across a variety of industries to manufacture more sustainable products. The renewability of the electricity is proven via renewable energy Guarantees of Origin (GOs), renewable power purchase agreements (PPAs) or via a direct connection to the processing unit producing the renewable electricity. Renewable caustic soda from Vynova is certified under the ISCC PLUS framework and is the first product of its kind worldwide to have obtained such certification.
VYNOVA Caustic Soda Standard Dilution 50%
INCI Name:
Sodium Hydroxide
Chemical Name:
Sodium Hydroxide
CAS Number:
1310-73-2
Functions:
Chemical Intermediate, Buffers & pH Stabilizer, Solubility Enhancer
Labeling Claims:
Clean at Sephora, Credo Clean Standard, Ulta Beauty's Conscious Beauty
Synonyms:
Caustic Soda, NaOH, Soda Lye, Sodium Hydrate, White Caustic
Caustic soda is a widely used chemical produced by electrolysis of an aqueous NaCl salt solution (brine). The resulting product is caustic soda lye or liquor, a NaOH solution in demineralised water. As an industrial commodity, caustic soda holds a pivotal position in the manufacture of a wide range of industrial and consumer products.

Caustic potash, KOH, Potash
Vynova uses the latest membrane electrolysis technology and processes to initiate the decomposition of salt solutions for its potassium derivatives product line. The resulting potassium hydroxide solution (KOH) is offered in a wide range of concentrations and can be supplied through a variety of transport modes. It is used at our manufacturing sites as a raw material to produce other potassium derivatives. Please contact us for additional information about our low chlorate potassium derivatives range.
VYNOVA Sodium Hypochlorite
CAS Number:
7681-52-9
Functions:
Disinfectant, Bleaching Agent
Features:
Disinfection
Synonyms:
Hypochlorite Sodium, Sodium Oxychloride
Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) is produced as an aqueous solution by combining chlorine gas (Cl2) and caustic soda (NaOH), both of which are the result of the electrolysis of salt. Sodium hypochlorite is commonly known as bleach.
