WACKER® Crosslinker ALX is a mixture of alkoxy- and aminosilanes. It is a colorless to slightly yellow liquid that can appear clear or slightly turbid. GENIOSIL® GF 80 is an epoxy functional alkoxysilane. When used as a coupling agent in mineral-filled plastics, it enhances filler dispersibility, reduces sedimentation tendency, and significantly lowers the resin's viscosity. Moreover, it allows for higher filler loading and provides notable improvements in water (vapor) resistance, as well as resistance to acids and bases. In the realm of adhesives and sealants, incorporating GENIOSIL® GF 80 enhances adhesion to the substrate and improves mechanical properties like flexural strength, tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity.

GENIOSIL® STP-E 10 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity, which results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

WACKER® Polymer FD 6 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically designed for use in sealants and silicone sealants, serving as a special raw material for silicone compounding.

WACKER® Catalyst AL-T is a mixture of organotitanium compounds with alcoxysilane. It is a yellowish to reddish, clear liquid with a characteristic smell. However, it is sensitive to hydrolysis. WACKER® Catalyst AL-T is specifically utilized as a raw material in the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.

WACKER® Crosslinker ME 60 is a mixture of alkoxysilane and aminofunctional siloxane. It appears as a colorless to yellow liquid, clear to slightly turbid, and is partially miscible with water. When exposed to water or moisture, it decomposes and forms methanol and a silicone resin. WACKER® Polymer FD 120 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. Wacker Chemie Crosslinker BO 32 is composed of tetraoximinosilane in toluene. It is a colorless to yellow liquid that is not miscible with water. When exposed to water or moisture, it decomposes and forms methylethylketoxime. This crosslinker is primarily used as a special raw material for compounding silicone sealants.

WACKER® Polymer FD 350 is a hydroxyfunctional polydimethylsiloxane polymer. It is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is recommended for use in a variety of processing and formulating applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, softeners (textile), and mold-making products.

VINNAPAS® EF 575 is a carboxylated vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with surfactants. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0 °C and serves as a versatile binder suitable for various applications, including caulks, sealants, and mastics. This product exhibits excellent adhesion to aluminum, galvanized and stainless steel, wood, FRP, and PVC substrates. Furthermore, VINNAPAS® EF 575 is manufactured without the use of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO) surfactants or defoamers.

Wacker Chemie Crosslinker BO 38 is a colorless to yellow liquid that consists of tris(ethylmethylketoximato)methylsilane. It is not miscible with water and undergoes decomposition in the presence of water or moisture, resulting in the formation of methylethylketoxime. This particular crosslinker is utilized as a special raw material for compounding silicone sealants.

VINNAPAS® EF 539 is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer. It was specifically formulated as an environmentally friendly binder for intermediate-grade caulk formulations. The manufacturing process excludes the use of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEOs), ensuring a reduced environmental impact. No formaldehyde or formaldehyde donors are intentionally added to this product. Furthermore, VINNAPAS® EF 539 has a low glass transition temperature (Tg), which contributes to its desirable performance characteristics.

Wacker Chemie Crosslinker BO 30 is a mixture consisting of various ketoximosilanes. It is a colorless to yellow liquid that is not miscible with water. When exposed to water or moisture, it decomposes and forms methylethylketoxime. This crosslinker is primarily used as a special raw material for silicone compounding applications.

VINNAPAS® 400 H is a poly(vinyl alcohol)-stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. It was developed as a higher-viscosity, high-performance dispersion offering a superior balance of adhesive and cohesive properties useful in achieving much higher formulation viscosities.

VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE is an approximately 50% solution of a vinyl acetate/vinyl laurate copolymer in ethyl acetate. VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE can be diluted with esters, ketones, aromatic solvents, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The solution's compatibility with alcohol is limited. VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE is not compatible with aliphatic compounds.

WACKER® Polymer FD 50 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product serves as a special raw material for silicone compounding, particularly in the production of sealants and silicone sealants.

WACKER® Silicate TES 28 is a monomeric ethyl silicate, also known as tetraethoxysilane or tetraethyl orthosilicate. It is a colorless, low-viscosity liquid with an SiO2 content of approximately 28 wt.%. This product is commonly used in the formulation of anti-corrosive coatings, marine and protective coatings, as well as industrial coatings.

GENIOSIL® XL 70 is a clear, colorless liquid known as an alkoxyarylsilane. When exposed to moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis, leading to the formation of silanols and the release of methanol. These silanols can further react to form siloxanes. GENIOSIL® XL 70 finds applications in building & construction adhesives and flooring installation.

WACKER® Plasticizer 100 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid with a density of approximately 0.96 g/cm³ at 25°C. It is not soluble in water. This product is commonly used in silicone sealants. WACKER® Plasticizer 100 serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.

WACKER® Catalyst 41 is a dibutyl-organotin compound. It is a colorless to yellowish, clear liquid with a faint ethylacetate smell. It is not miscible in water. WACKER® Catalyst 41 is specifically designed for use as a raw material in the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.

WACKER® Adhesion Promoter AMS 61 is a mixture of aminofunctional siloxanes. It is a colorless to yellow liquid that can be clear or slightly turbid. It is not miscible with water and decomposes with water and moisture, resulting in the formation of methanol. This adhesion promoter serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1-silicone rubbers.

WACKER® Polymer FD 20 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is utilized as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically used in the compounding of silicone sealants and finds applications in the production of sealants and silicone sealants.

VINNAPAS® EAF 7815 (Scale-up Product) is a very low Tg aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylic esters. It is produced without the use of plasticizers or alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. Due to its low odor, it is also suitable for indoor use.

VINNAPAS® EP 7000 is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately -3°C. It has been specifically developed as an ultra-high-solids dispersion, providing superior adhesion, wet tack, and setting speed compared to conventional VAE dispersions.

Wacker Chemie Crosslinker BO 35 is a colorless to yellow liquid composed of tris(ethylmethylketoximato)vinylsilane. It is not miscible with water and decomposes when exposed to water or moisture, forming methylethylketoxime. This crosslinker is specifically used as a raw material in the production of oxime-cured RTV-1-silicone rubber compounds.

VINNAPAS® 400 EN-Test is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. It was developed as a high-performance dispersion offering a superior balance of adhesive and cohesive properties useful in an extremely wide variety of applications.

VINNAPAS® EF 7877 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It is manufactured without the use of plasticizers and exhibits excellent filler compatibility. This product has high filler acceptance and provides good adhesion to various substrates, including concrete, metal, wood, and plastics.

VINNAPAS® EF 7865 is a low Tg aqueous polymer dispersion formulated with vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It is manufactured without the use of plasticizers and demonstrates excellent filler compatibility. This product exhibits high filler acceptance and provides good adhesion to various substrates such as concrete, metal, wood, and plastics.

VINNAPAS® EP 7860 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. This dispersion exhibits excellent compatibility with fillers, allowing for high filler acceptance. Moreover, VINNAPAS® EP 7860 demonstrates special extension recovery properties, particularly at high filler levels. It also offers good adhesion to a variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, wood, and plastics.

VINNAPAS® EAF 7868 is a low glass transition temperature (Tg) aqueous polymer dispersion formulated with vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylic esters. It is manufactured without the use of plasticizers and demonstrates excellent compatibility with fillers. Moreover, it provides good adhesion to diverse substrates, including concrete, metal, wood, and plastics. Derived from low-volatile C1/C2 value streams, it can be formulated without the need for plasticizers.

GENIOSIL® STP-E 35 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable for use as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. Unlike conventional silylated polymers, it exhibits high reactivity, thanks to the trimethoxysilyl group attached to the organic backbone. In the presence of moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis and ultimately forms a stable siloxane network, which is initiated by heavy metal or strong amine catalysis.

WACKER® Polymer AL 55 M is a polydimethylsiloxane with functional groups and alcoxysilanes. It is a colorless to yellowish, clear to slightly cloudy liquid that is immiscible with water. WACKER® Polymer AL 55 M is used as a raw material for the production of alkoxy crosslinking RTV-1 silicone rubbers.
