When applied to parts, WACKER® Silicone Paste P offers excellent water repellency, which helps protect against corrosion. The paste also becomes softer when subjected to shear stress or other mechanical stress, such as kneading. This softening effect often makes the processing of the paste easier.

POWERSIL® 466 A/B is a ready-to-use, two-component system of liquid silicone rubber. It exhibits medium conductivity and offers stable electrical properties along with good mechanical properties. The material is characterized by high elongation at break and low tension set, ensuring flexibility and durability in applications.

ELASTOSIL® E209 is a one-component silicone rubber with low viscosity that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric humidity. It has a flowable consistency and utilizes an acetoxy-cure mechanism. ELASTOSIL E209 demonstrates good primerless adhesion to a variety of substrates. For optimal results in specific applications, it is recommended to conduct preliminary tests to optimize the conditions.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/70 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically developed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and demonstrate good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber displays good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 5305/70 is a platinum-catalyzed, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacturing of extruded articles. Cured articles exhibit excellent transparency and very good mechanical properties. This silicone rubber is suitable for applications such as ignition and battery cables, utilizing addition curing and two-component systems.

POWERSIL® 732 CS A/B is a two-component, liquid silicone rubber that offers excellent processing properties. The resulting vulcanizates exhibit exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. This product is specifically designed for cold-shrink applications and provides excellent dielectric properties. WACKER® Silicone Paste P 250 is an opaque paste with a medium consistency and slight thixotropic properties. It possesses good electrical properties, including insulation, relative permittivity, and electric strength. Additionally, it exhibits strong adhesion to metals and ceramic materials. When applied as a coating, WACKER® Silicone Paste P 250 provides excellent water repellency, offering a certain level of protection against corrosion. POWERSIL® 740 Light Gray A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound with short curing times. POWERSIL® 3525 MH silicone rubber is a one-component, ready-to-use, addition-curing compound that produces an electrically insulating, highly erosion-resistant silicone elastomer upon curing. Compared to conventional silicone rubber, it shows fast curing, with curing time being reduced by 30 to 50% depending on wall thickness and available machinery and runner system. No peroxide decomposition products are released during the curing process.

ELASTOSIL® 4000 is a one-component, acid-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing, and window applications, as well as industrial applications. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

WACKER® Primer G 790 Toluene Free is a solution of reactive siloxanes and silanes in an organic solvent. It is specifically formulated to be free of toluene and other aromatic solvents. The primer can be applied directly to the substrate or diluted if desired. As the solvent evaporates and when exposed to ambient humidity, the primer forms a rigid film that firmly adheres to the substrate. By applying a silicone rubber onto the primed substrate and subsequently vulcanizing it, a strong bond is achieved between the silicone rubber and the substrate.

POWERSIL® 3100 MH silicone rubber is a one-component, addition-curing compound that is ready to use and cures to an electrically insulating, highly erosion-resistant silicone elastomer. This product offers comparatively fast curing times compared to conventional silicone rubber, reducing cure times by 30-50%, depending on the wall thickness of the application, as well as the available machinery and runner system. Additionally, it is utilized as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, specifically silicone-elastomers. Moreover, HDK® H30 acts as a free flow additive in the production of powder coatings.

GENIOSIL® GF 56 is an alkoxyvinylsilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a distinctive aromatic odor. In the presence of moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis (releasing ethanol) to form silanols, which can further react with each other to generate siloxanes. Acting as a bifunctional molecule, GENIOSIL® GF 56 serves as a molecular bridge between organic and inorganic substrates.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4360/60 MH is a two-component, high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. The vulcanizates produced using this silicone rubber exhibit excellent elasticity (rebound resilience) and demonstrate good tear resistance. In comparison to other platinum curing grades like the ELASTOSIL® R plus 4305 series, ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4360/60 MH showcases improved physical resistance.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 3210 A/B is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber specifically designed for coating, lamination, encapsulation, and molding applications. This product undergoes vulcanization at both room temperature and under heat, resulting in a transparent silicone rubber with excellent transmission properties and a moderate hardness. POWERSIL® 590 is a purpose-built, thermally stabilized, one-component silicone sealant with a retarded curing process. Its low viscosity makes it easy to cast, and it offers primerless adhesion. This protective silicone sealant is specifically designed for cable jointing applications. In the absence of moisture, POWERSIL® 590 remains in a liquid state for an extended period, preventing the formation of voids.
