SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.

SILPURAN® 6760/50 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with a very short curing time and good mechanical and electrical properties. Vulcanizates are noted for their self-adhesive properties to various substrates combined with a low coefficient of friction. SILPURAN® 6760/50 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the WACKER SILICONES HEALTH CARE POLICY, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® RT 745 S" A/B" is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that can be thermally cured. It is an addition-curing type, making it suitable for various applications. Some notable industries where it finds use are automotive, electronics, and measurement and control. Specifically, it is employed in potting and encapsulation processes, ensuring the protection and stability of sensitive components and systems.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3023/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times and excellent coolant resistance. Vulcanizates are opaque with average mechanical properties, and they are noted for ultra-low compression sets after post-curing.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-part silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture and exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates. Fully cured ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black has excellent flame retardant properties and shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight.

ELASTOSIL® R 760/70 MH is a peroxide-curing, high-consistency silicone rubber with very high green strength, which enhances calendaring and extrusion performance significantly. Uncured extruded hoses show high dimension stability and a non-sticky surface. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.

WACKER® WN - Weatherseal Neutral (000034072) is a one-component, neutral-curing silicone sealant with a high modulus. It exhibits outstanding adhesion and weather resistance, along with a long shelf life. This sealant is specifically designed for construction, glass, and window building applications. WACKER® WN - Weatherseal Neutral (000034072) cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture, resulting in a permanent and flexible silicone rubber. It also offers excellent tooling characteristics.

LIOSIL® TS 80 E is a specially developed macroemulsion of a functional silicone fluid designed as a softener for the tissue industry. It provides an excellent soft touch along with very good hydrophilicity. This product can be easily diluted with water and exhibits high substantivity on cellulose fibers.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3040/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3040 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. They are particularly noted for their high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent).

SILMIX® E40 White is a compound used for fabricating vulcanizates that display a unique combination of characteristics. They are known for their good flexibility and mechanical properties. SILMIX® E40 White is particularly suitable for fabricating extruded articles. Additionally, post-cured parts made from this compound can be used for food contact applications and are suitable for use under recommendation "XV."

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4370/40 is a two-component high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. It utilizes addition curing and possesses self-bonding properties. This product is particularly suitable for the production of two-component combinations using pressure-free extrusion or co-extrusion methods.

POWERSIL® 732 CS A/B is a two-component, liquid silicone rubber that offers excellent processing properties. The resulting vulcanizates exhibit exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. This product is specifically designed for cold-shrink applications and provides excellent dielectric properties. It is highly suitable for outdoor applications, offering UV and weathering resistance as well as excellent hydrophobic properties.

SILFOAM® SD 986 is an antifoam solution with a low viscosity that incorporates a small amount of highly viscous silicone fluid. The presence of dimethylpolysiloxane in SILFOAM® SD 986 provides effective defoaming properties in various mineral oil products and non-aqueous systems. This is attributed to its low surface tension and excellent spreading ability, enabling efficient foam control.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

WACKER® Polymer FD 120 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically used in the compounding of silicone sealants and is suitable for applications in sealants and silicone sealants.

ELASTOSIL® 5100 is a one-component, acid-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion, a long shelf life, and very good processing properties for construction, industrial, and sanitary applications. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

WACKER® Anchorage Additive HF 100 is a reactive epoxy-functional silicone polymer that enhances the adhesion of addition-crosslinking DEHESIVE® systems or liquid silicone rubbers (LSR) to polymeric substrates. It improves the anchorage of DEHESIVE® systems on PET films, enabling the production of release liners, as well as the anchorage of LSR on fabric. This additive has a low odor and is non-corrosive.

WACKER® Elastomer 50 N is a colorless liquid polymer composed of hydroxy-functional polydimethyl siloxane. It has been specifically formulated to cater to various applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, textile softeners, and mold-making products. Notably, this product does not dissolve in water.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3071/50 US A/B is a primerless, self-bonding liquid silicone rubber (LSR) grade that bonds to various plastic substrates (e.g. PA, PBT) and metals but not to the mold. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties, clarity, and pot life and is suitable for food contact applications.

ELASTOSIL® RT 771 is a self-leveling, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 771 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously withstand changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/70 US A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound. It is noted for its high transparency, excellent mechanical and electrical properties, and ability to be molded into intricately shaped, precision parts. This series is used for health care applications, including short-term implants. Very brief molding cycles for intricately shaped and flash-free parts are possible.

SILPURAN® 6600/50 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Compared to the SILPURAN® 6000 series, the coefficient of friction of a post-cured article made of SILPURAN® 6600 is reduced by 50–70%. SILPURAN® 6600/50 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

POWERSIL® 466 A/B is a ready-to-use, two-component system of liquid silicone rubber. It exhibits medium conductivity and offers stable electrical properties along with good mechanical properties. The material is characterized by high elongation at break and low tension set, ensuring flexibility and durability in applications.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2205 is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber suitable for coating, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. The product cures at room temperature and under heat to yield a soft elastomer. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2205 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The soft silicone elastomer can continuously endure changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 160°C (320°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® 4100 is a one-component, acid-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing, and window applications, as well as sanitary applications. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

SILRES® H62 C is a liquid, solvent-free, one-part heat-curing phenyl silicone resin formulation. The product is ideal for impregnating the electrical coils of motors and generators. Besides, SILRES® H62 C can be used to provide hydrophobic properties to porous materials and as a binder for composites made of fibrous fillers, cloths, and woven or non-woven reinforcing materials. The formulation is ready-to-use and crosslinks under heat. While curing, SILRES® H62 C does not release chemical byproducts, so curing shrinkage is barely noticeable. The product also thermosets in thick layers, even when in contact with air. Fully cured SILRES® H62 C has excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding long-term heat resistance. Additionally, it shows high stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light and can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions or UV radiation.

WACKER® 440 - Glazing and Perimeter is a high-quality silicone sealant specifically designed for various applications such as construction, glass and window building, and industrial use. This one-component, neutral-curing sealant offers outstanding adhesion, a long shelf life, and excellent tooling characteristics. When exposed to atmospheric moisture at room temperature, WACKER® 440 - Glazing and Perimeter undergoes curing and transforms into a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6240 A/B is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber for textile coatings (e.g. electrical sleevings). This low-viscosity compound is used to produce flexible textile coatings. It is especially suitable for the manufacture of conveyor belts and electrical insulation tubing.

ELASTOSIL® 8510 P is a one-part, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion properties, a long shelf life, and very good working properties for construction and sanitary applications, especially for sealing natural substrates such as granit or marble. ELASTOSIL® 8510 P cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to give a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4070/60 MH is a self-adhesive grade that provides strong adhesion to various plastic substrates (e.g. PA, PBT) and metals, without causing tack formation to the mold. It is an addition-curing, one-component high consistency silicone rubber designed for the manufacturing of molded articles. This product is particularly suitable for applications requiring vibration damping properties.

WACKER® E60 350 is a 60% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane using a nonionic surfactant system. It has been designed for use in many applications, including automotive care, polishes, industrial release, and textile lubricants. It has been designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, textile lubricants and softeners, automotive care, and other specialty product applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/50 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the low compression set, there is no need to post-cure finished parts.

SILPURAN® 6610/50 A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound. Its vulcanizates are noted for their significantly reduced tendency towards radical-induced reattachment, i.e., healing, of slit valve surfaces during sterilization by gamma irradiation and e-beam ( 75 kGy). SILPURAN® 6610/50 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

POWERSIL® N 553 DarkGrey is a one-component silicone dispersion that cures to form a tough, high-voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. It offers very good resistance to weathering and outstanding tracking resistance. Additionally, POWERSIL® N 553 DarkGrey creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, preventing the formation of wet conductive films and reducing the risk of pollution flashovers.
