PULPSIL® 955 S is a hydrolytically stable silicone surfactant that is water-dispersible and consists of a polyethermodified silicone fluid. It has been specifically designed for use in the pulp and paper industry. This product significantly improves the efficiency of paper deaerators, enhances the drainage and deaeration processes in pulp production, and acts as a booster for pulp defoamers beyond their cloud point.

PULPSIL® 160 C is a highly viscous silicone antifoam compound, specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It is resistant to alkaline conditions and does not contain solvents or water. PULPSIL® 160 C offers excellent handling, long-term efficiency, and knock-down efficiency.

PULPSIL® 814 E is a medium-viscosity, low-concentrated, highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion, specifically developed for use in pulp mills. It acts primarily as an antifoam agent and drainage aid and can be added at various stages during the manufacturing process. PULPSIL® 814 E is characterized by its excellent long-term efficiency and knock-down efficiency, particularly in aggressive black liquors. It offers high performance even at low dosages.

PULPSIL® 823 E is a medium-viscous, highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion, specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It acts primarily as an antifoam agent and drainage aid and can be added at various stages during the manufacturing process. PULPSIL® 823 E is mainly used in pulp washing and screening processes, as well as bleaching and wastewater treatment. It offers very good knock-down efficiency and long-term efficiency.

WETSOFT® NE 430 is a nonionic macroemulsion concentrate of a self-dispersing hydrophilic silicone fluid. It is used for the hydrophilic treatment of fibers and textiles of all kinds. On hydrophilic substrates such as cellulosics, the hydrophilic properties are usually not affected, while hydrophobic substrates such as polyesters typically experience a clear improvement in wetting properties.

WACKER® TPD is an aminoalkyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane used for the formulation of release agents for polyurethane processing. WACKER® TPD exhibits excellent release properties and, when handled properly, prevents release agent buildup on the mold. It is particularly advantageous when a very smooth and shiny surface is required for the molded parts.

PULPSIL® 745 E is a low-viscosity, highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It is characterized by its low viscosity, making it easy to dose, as well as its excellent long-term efficiency and very good knock-down efficiency. PULPSIL® 745 E functions primarily as an antifoam agent and drainage aid, and it can be added at different stages of the manufacturing process.

PULPSIL® 270 C is a highly viscous, relatively alkaline-resistant, extremely efficient, solvent- and water-free silicone antifoam compound, specially developed for use in pulp mills. It is particularly effective when formulated as an emulsion, making it an excellent antifoam agent for various pulp processing steps, including washing, screening, bleaching, and wastewater treatment. The product exhibits thixotropic properties, requiring gentle stirring to reduce viscosity.

PULPSIL® 960 S is a hydrolytically stable silicone surfactant based on a polyether-modified silicone fluid, designed specifically for use in the pulp and paper industry. This product is water-dispersible, allowing for easy incorporation into water-based systems. To achieve optimal dispersion, we suggest starting with water and gradually adding PULPSIL® 960 S while stirring continuously.

PULPSIL® 822 E is a medium-viscous, highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion developed specifically for use in pulp mills. It is characterized by its very good knock-down efficiency, long-term efficiency, compatibility, and excellent stability. PULPSIL® 822 E acts primarily as an antifoam agent and drainage aid and can be added at various stages during the manufacturing process.

PULPSIL® 763 E is a low-viscosity, highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It is mainly used in pulp washing and screening processes, but it is also effective during bleaching and wastewater treatment. PULPSIL® 959 S is an aqueous solution of a hydrolytically stable polyether-modified silicone fluid. It offers several key characteristics, including improved cleaning properties compared to conventional mechanical cleaning methods, increased processing speed, low surface tension, good wetting properties, easy processing, and excellent solubility in water.

WETSOFT® 150E Conc is a water-dilutable, concentrated modified amino silicone with a 70% active content. It serves as a premier organo-functional modified hydrophilic silicone softener. With its excellent hydrophilic properties, WETSOFT® 150E Conc is highly effective for softening a wide range of fabrics and substrates including 100% cotton, poly/cotton blends, rayon, acrylic, and wool. Additionally, it is an efficient softener for nonwovens and toweling.

PULPSIL® 844 E is a highly concentrated, medium-viscous, and highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion, specially developed for use in pulp mills. It is known for its excellent long-term efficiency, very good knock-down efficiency, and impressive drainage performance. PULPSIL® 844 E is primarily used in pulp-washing and screening processes, and it is also effective during bleaching and wastewater treatment.

PULPSIL® 850 E is a highly concentrated, medium-viscous, and highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion, specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It is known for its excellent long-term efficiency and very good knock-down efficiency. The product boasts a high concentration of active material, ensuring superior performance. Additionally, PULPSIL® 850 E is universally applicable to different types of black liquor.

PULPSIL® 255 C is a highly viscous, solvent-free, and water-free silicone antifoam compound specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It offers excellent efficiency in controlling foam. To achieve high efficiency, it is important to ensure proper dispersion of PULPSIL® 255 C in the foaming medium. This can be achieved by adding the product in its neat form, particularly when high amounts of surfactants and/or high shear forces are present to facilitate good dispersion.

PULPSIL® 733 E is a low-viscosity, highly effective silicone antifoam emulsion specifically designed for use in pulp mills. It serves as both an antifoam agent and a drainage aid, and can be added at different stages of the manufacturing process. PULPSIL® 733 E is primarily used in pulp washing and screening processes, but it is also effective in bleaching and wastewater treatment.

WETSOFT® NE 500 is a nonionic, hydrophilic emulsion concentrate that forms a stable semi-macroemulsion upon simple 1:1 dilution with cold water. It is used for the hydrophilic treatment of all kinds of fibers and textiles. WETSOFT® NE 500 imparts a pleasant, soft, and supple hand to woven and knitted fabrics, as well as towels. Additionally, finishing with WETSOFT® NE 500 improves the moisture management of the treated textiles.

PULPSIL® 968 S is a hydrolytically stable silicone surfactant based on a water-dispersible polyether-modified silicone fluid. It was specifically developed for use in the pulp and paper industry. PULPSIL® 968 S offers the advantage of enhancing the efficiency of paper deaerators when used at a dosage range of 1.0% to 10.0% relative to the solid material of the deaerator.

PULPSIL® 246 C is a highly viscous, solvent-free, and water-free silicone antifoam compound specifically developed for use in pulp mills. It has excellent long-term efficiency and very good knock-down efficiency. The product is thixotropic, requiring weak stirring to reduce its viscosity. It also offers good handling during application. PULPSIL® 246 C is resistant to alkaline conditions and is designed to effectively control foam in pulp mill operations.

PULPSIL® 266 C is a highly viscous, relatively alkaline-resistant, extremely efficient, solvent- and water-free silicone antifoam compound, specially developed for use in pulp mills. It offers very good handling, long-term efficiency, and excellent knock-down efficiency. This product is also suitable for applications in antifoams for textile finishing and pulp-related processes.

ADVALON® TL 10 HM is a 100% active compound that combines polydimethylsiloxane with a specialty wax. It offers several beneficial properties, including good abrasion resistance, a low to medium coefficient of friction, and good slip-stick properties. Additionally, it provides increased heat resistance for sewing needles and is designed to deliver excellent sewing performance in medium-duty applications.

ADVALON® TL 11 HM is a 100% active compound that combines polydimethylsiloxane with specialty waxes and an antistatic agent. It has a viscosity of 130 mPa at 80°C. This compound offers good abrasion resistance, a low to medium coefficient of friction, and good slip-stick properties. It also provides increased needle heat resistance and good static protection.

WACKER® GM 196 is a brownish, highly viscous polysiloxane that is modified by alkyl and aralkyl functions. WACKER® GM 196 was developed for the formulation of release agents for the thermal molding of rubber, plastics, and low-melting non-ferrous metals. Its chemical structure imbues it with the benefits of silicone fluids and mineral oils.

WACKER® TNE 50 is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion of a polysiloxane containing alkyl and aralkyl organic groups. It is used for the formulation of release agents for the thermal molding of rubber, plastics, and low-melting non-ferrous metals. The active ingredient in WACKER® TNE 50 is a modified silicone fluid that combines the benefits of silicone fluids and mineral oils due to its special chemical structure.

WACKER® TN is a medium-viscosity modified silicone fluid that combines the advantages of silicone fluids and mineral oils due to its unique chemical structure. It is specifically designed for formulating release agents used in the thermal molding process of rubber, plastics, and low-melting nonferrous metals. Compared to traditional silicone fluids, WACKER® TN offers superior performance when the molded parts require subsequent painting, printing, coating, or bonding. Even in small quantities, WACKER® TN achieves exceptional release effects, allowing for precise reproduction of surface details on the molded articles. Furthermore, the product demonstrates excellent film-forming properties, ensuring optimal coverage and protection.

ELASTOSIL® RT 607 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 9:1 mixing ratio. It has low viscosity and offers rapid heat cure. The cured rubber exhibits high hardness and excellent heat stability. Additionally, it is flame retardant, making it suitable for general purpose encapsulation. This product can also be used as a potting material for electrical coils of lifting magnets and for slot exit potting of electrical coils.

ELASTOSIL® M 4503 is a pourable, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It possesses several key features, including good flow and high resistance to casting resins, particularly polyesters. The main application of ELASTOSIL® M 4503 is in making cost-effective molds, particularly well-suited for PE resins.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4846/30 MH is a high-temperature vulcanizing (HTV) silicone rubber grade. It is a one-component compound that undergoes platinum-curing and is utilized in the production of molded articles. The vulcanizates generated from this compound develop a thin oil film with lubricating properties soon after the curing process. Since the crosslinking system relies on platinum cure, there are no peroxide decomposition products formed during the curing process.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/03 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/30 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 series. This product is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® M 4600 A/B is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and utilizes addition-curing. It consists of two components and vulcanizes at room temperature. The main application of ELASTOSIL® M 4600 A/B is in making shrink-free molds with excellent reproduction accuracy. This grade is also compliant with FDA and BfR regulations for food contact applications.

ELASTOSIL® RT 713 is a non-slump, addition-crosslinking, thermal-curing, one-component silicone rubber. It is a ready-to-use, one-part system that offers rapid heat cure. With its low density and low hardness, it provides high compressibility. It is also known for its primerless adhesion to many substrates, making it suitable for general-purpose sealant applications, as well as FIPG and CIPG applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

WACKER® AK 150 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 150,000 mm²/s. It is enriched with a special heat stabilizer that shields the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations. As a result, WACKER® AK 150 000 STAB is especially well-suited for applications involving high temperatures and/or shear stress. It is a non-polar liquid with a low solidification point and exhibits good dielectric properties.
