SILFOAM® SRE is a versatile antifoam that contains 20% active ingredients and 33% solids. It is relatively rich in emulsifier but has a low viscosity, making it easy to measure accurately. SILFOAM® SRE also demonstrates high resistance to alkalis and acids, allowing for its application in a wide range of pH-sensitive scenarios.

SILFOAM® SE 2 is a milky and relatively viscous antifoam emulsion. This versatile product finds application in various industries, including cosmetics and food contact applications. SILFOAM® SE 2 is formulated with physiologically safe active ingredients, consisting of polydimethylsiloxane and silicon. It is widely used to control foam in systems and products that may come into indirect contact with food, such as cleaners for food containers, conveyor systems, and storage surfaces.

SILFOAM® SC 132 is a viscous, opaque antifoam compound effective against a wide range of surfactants. It is based on high-molecular-weight polysiloxanes and has an average viscosity of approximately 20,000 mPa s. Even small amounts of SILFOAM® SC 132 are highly effective in suppressing foam in laundry detergents and systems with high surfactant concentrations.

WACKER® L 066 is a 100% polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer. WACKER® L 066 exhibits unique high surface activity, which allows it to wet and spread effectively on nearly any surface. WACKER® L 066 is primarily used for lowering the surface tension of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions, as a highly effective wetting agent, and for the hydrophilic treatment of numerous materials and surfaces.

SILFOAM® SD 168 is a highly compatible and easily dispersible anhydrous antifoam agent. It is specifically designed for use in non-structured liquid detergents to control foam and in polymer dispersions (latices) for deaeration purposes. With its unique chemical structure, SILFOAM® SD 168 effectively regulates surfactant-based formulations, particularly liquid detergents, while minimizing issues such as inadequate alkali resistance or rapid loss of effectiveness. This antifoam agent finds its primary application in non-structured liquid detergents and cleaners.

SILFOAM® SC 124 is an anhydrous antifoam compound designed for laundry detergents. It has a comparatively low viscosity, making it easier to handle compared to high-viscosity grades. This product is suitable for use in household and cleaning solutions. SILFOAM® SC 124 is opaque, colorless, and oily in nature.

SILFOAM® SE 39 is a low-viscosity antifoam emulsion known for its long-lasting efficiency. SILFOAM® SE 39 is particularly effective in applications where high surfactant concentrations or intense product movement would quickly render conventional antifoam emulsions ineffective.

WACKER® 50550/8 VP is a waxy, alkyl-modified polysiloxane known for its hydrolysis resistance and strong affinity to different substrates. Primarily utilized in the polish sector, this product is particularly recommended for car polishes and paint conditioners. Its high substantivity ensures that the treated paint surface remains highly resistant to detergents and weathering over extended periods of time, providing long-lasting protection.

WACKER® E 677 is a 60% silicone emulsion specifically formulated to create a long-lasting water repellent film. When applied to vinyl, metal, plastic, or fiberglass surfaces, it provides a good gloss. This silicone emulsion is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

WACKER® F784 is a specially formulated aminofunctional dimethylpolysiloxane fluid that is used to enhance the detergent and corrosion resistance properties of automobile polishes. It is designed to provide excellent results either when used alone or in combination with other products such as F756 aminofunctional silicone fluid and standard polydimethylsiloxanes (AK fluids).

SILFOAM® SD 650 is an anhydrous antifoam agent based on organofunctional silicone fluids, which exhibit high compatibility with organic systems. It is a self-dispersing product that spontaneously forms a fine dispersion when added to water. It is recommended for all organic systems that require a highly compatible antifoam agent.

WACKER® E60 350 is a 60% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane using a nonionic surfactant system. It has been designed for use in many applications, including automotive care, polishes, industrial release, and textile lubricants. WACKER® L 067 is a superspreading surfactant based on trisiloxane technology. Due to its unique structure, WACKER® L 067 exhibits high surface activity, allowing it to effectively wet and spread on almost any hydrophobic surface. It has versatile applications, including use as a tank-side adjuvant to improve spray coverage and uptake, or to reduce spray volume. It can also serve as an adjuvant in agrochemical formulations.

It is particularly useful as a defoamer in structured liquid detergents and serves as a reliable deaerating and defoaming agent in gel products. Additionally, SILFOAM® SC 1132 can be utilized in the manufacturing of antifoam powders, which are used as foam suppressors when added to powder detergents.

WACKER® L 057 is a 100% water-dispersible, hydrolytically stable polyether-functional polydimethylsiloxane. WACKER® L 057 can be used in a wide range of applications, such as the textile industry, polishes, cleaners, and the plastics industry. WACKER® L 057 exhibits both special lubricant properties and antistatic action.

WACKER® F756 is a specially formulated aminofunctional dimethylpolysiloxane fluid that is specifically used to enhance the detergent and corrosion resistance properties of automobile polishes. It can be used alone or in combination with other products such as F784 aminofunctional silicone fluid and standard polydimethylsiloxanes (AK fluids) to achieve excellent results.

LIOSIL® HC 303 E is an extremely finely dispersed water-based silicone emulsion with particles in the nanometer range. It can be easily diluted with water or incorporated into cold stirred formulations. LIOSIL® HC 303 E is primarily used as a polish in the home care sector. It is also ideal for impregnating natural or synthetic textiles in a washing machine.

WACKER® E 22 is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane formulated as an oil-in-water emulsion. This finely dispersed emulsion provides excellent stability, allowing for the preparation of highly diluted, ready-to-use formulations that are unaffected by shear forces. WACKER® E 22 is a special, finely dispersed formulation of a highly viscous polydimethylsiloxane in water. The emulsion is extremely stable, so even highly diluted, ready-to-use formulations are indifferent to shear forces.

WACKER® L 654 is a solvent-based system that comprises a reactive polydimethylsiloxane and an aminoalkyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. The curing rate and film flexibility of WACKER® L 654 can be adjusted to meet specific requirements by combining it with the non-reactive WACKER® L 656.

WACKER® 1038 is a specialized product formed by the reaction of silicone resin with silicone fluids, resulting in the creation of water-repellent release films. These films demonstrate superior affinity compared to polydimethylsiloxanes and other organomodified silicone fluids of similar viscosity.

WACKER® L 655 is a crosslinking aminoalkyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. Unlike conventional polydimethylsiloxanes in the WACKER® AK series, WACKER® L 655 demonstrates exceptional affinity to various surfaces. When exposed to atmospheric humidity or reactive polish actives like acid waxes, WACKER® L 655 undergoes crosslinking, resulting in the formation of a stable and insoluble polymer film. This film exhibits outstanding substrate affinity and resistance to detergents.

WACKER® E 10 is a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane available as a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. This product serves as a universal release agent in rubber processing and is also suitable for formulating paint and plastic conditioners. The active agent in WACKER® E 10 facilitates easy polishing of conditioner formulations and enhances their brightness.

Additionally, WACKER® E 1044 can be easily diluted with water to achieve a ready-to-use emulsion.

WACKER® E 37 is a nonionic or anionic oil-in-water emulsion that contains a combination of polydimethylsiloxanes and silicone resins as its active ingredient. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. The primary applications of WACKER® E 37 are in the polish and release agent sectors.

WACKER® 1035 is a silicone resin compound available as a low-viscosity 50% solution. This product is specifically designed for formulating straightforward release agent systems, particularly for use in polyurethane (PUR) processing. WACKER® 1035 can be easily blended with polydimethylsiloxanes from the WACKER® AK series. In addition to WACKER® 1035, Wacker-Chemie offers a range of 100% products, such as WACKER® TPR and WACKER® 1038, which provide varying release properties and paintability options.

SILRES® WH 101 A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of a functional silicone resin. It can be applied as-is or as a formulated product to serve as a water-repellent treatment. SILRES WH 101 A improves substrate longevity when applied over wood or many other materials.

WACKER® E35 10000 is a 35% emulsion of a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, car and furniture polish, textile lubricants and softeners, automotive care,and other specialty product applications. The E35 Series emulsions contain sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. These emulsions should not be used in contact with amines.

SILFOAM® SP 7960 maintains its activity across a wide range of temperatures. It exhibits an excellent and long-lasting antifoam effect, which is especially advantageous in laundry detergents. SILFOAM® SP 7960 is recommended for use in both phosphate-based and phosphate-free laundry detergents. It can be used as a foam inhibitor independently or in combination with soap.

WACKER® E35 60000 is a 35% emulsion of a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, car and furniture polish, and other specialty product applications. The E5 series emulsions contain sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. These emulsions should not be used in contact with amines.
