ELASTOSIL® R 573/50 A/B is a two-component, electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber for the manufacture of electrically conductive products. This product is an addition-cured electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber that shows a low volume resistivity. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 772 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can endure constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® N 2199 is a one-part, ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 non-slumping paste that cures at room temperature to a permanently flexible silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent adhesion to a broad variety of substrates.

POWERSIL® 730 A/B is a low-viscosity two-component compound known for its excellent processing properties, high tracking and erosion resistance, as well as outstanding mechanical and electrical properties. HDK® T40 is a standard synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity commonly used in various industrial applications. HDK® T40 finds applications in flexographic printing, gravure printing, industrial wood coatings, inkjet paper, offset printing, and printing inks.

It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2203 is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber used for potting, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. The product vulcanizes at room temperature to yield a very soft silicone gel. ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2203 displays pronounced inherent tack and excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The soft silicone gel can continuously withstand changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 160°C (320°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3841/50 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3841 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® AUX G 800 is a solution of reactive siloxanes and silanes in an organic solvent. The primer composition can be applied to the substrate as-is or diluted. During evaporation of the solvent and on exposure to atmospheric humidity at ambient temperature, a rigid primer film is formed that firmly adheres to the substrate. Application of silicone rubber onto the primed substrate and subsequent vulcanization will then result in a tight bond between the silicone rubber and the substrate.

LUMISIL® 903 A/B is a low-viscosity, addition-curing two-part silicone that, when mixed in a 1:1 ratio, cures to a flexible and highly transparent silicone rubber. This flowable silicone offers rapid heat curing, and upon vulcanization, it forms a highly transparent rubber material.

GENIOPLAST® Fluid FR is a high-viscosity silicone formulation specifically designed as a polymer additive for polyolefins and other thermoplastic resins. It is composed of a linear silicone fluid with a dissolved silicone resin, resulting in a clear and colorless formulation. The primary application of GENIOPLAST® Fluid FR is in plastic additives.

SEMICOSIL® TEOS 999-LB is an ultra-high-purity tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) known for its exceptional chemical purity, very good trace metal purity, and very good purity in terms of boron and chloride. This product has been specifically developed for the semiconductor industry and finds typical applications as a precursor for low-dielectric constant interlayer dielectrics and other related uses.

ELASTOSIL® RT 607 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 9:1 mixing ratio. It has low viscosity and offers rapid heat cure. The cured rubber exhibits high hardness and excellent heat stability. Additionally, it is flame retardant, making it suitable for general purpose encapsulation. This product can also be used as a potting material for electrical coils of lifting magnets and for slot exit potting of electrical coils.

SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.

ELASTOSIL® N189 Black is a non-slump, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and has good resistance to mineral oil and coolants. Additionally, it shows excellent heat stability.

POWERSIL® GEL A/B is a pourable, two-component silicone mixture that cures at room temperature to form a transparent, very soft silicone gel. GENIOSIL® XL 10 is an alkoxyvinyl silane compound. When exposed to moisture, the silane undergoes hydrolysis, resulting in the release of methanol. HDK® H20 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H20 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and other applications. It also serves as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone-elastomers. Additionally, HDK® H20 acts as a free flow additive in the production of powder coatings.

ELASTOSIL® A07 Translucent is a free-flowing, solvent-based RTV-1 silicone dispersion. It cures at room temperature or at elevated temperatures by reacting with air humidity to form a flexible silicone coating. During cure, it splits off an organic amine. It can be applied by dipping, spraying, brushing, or coating. Thinner coatings can be obtained by the addition of solvents (e.g. toluene, white spirit); thicker coatings can be realized by multiple-step coating.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Grey is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Due to its shear-thinning nature, this product is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, like glass, aluminum, stainless steel, PA, and PBT.
