VINNAPAS® 323 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol and has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +23 °C. It is specifically developed as a fast-setting and high-heat-resistant dispersion, offering compatibility with fully hydrolyzed PVOH. VINNAPAS® 323 is designed as a base for high-speed packaging applications. It demonstrates excellent wet tack, fast setting properties, and a moderate response to plasticizer thickening.

VINNAPAS® EP 6300 is a high-solids vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with carboxylation. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. This dispersion exhibits excellent adhesion to films and metals, and it also offers impressive cohesive film strength. Furthermore, it has the ability to be crosslinked.

VINNAPAS® EP 3360 (ULS) is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. VINNAPAS® EF 818 is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer. This product achieves a low minimum film-forming temperature without requiring a coalescing agent or plasticizer. It is manufactured without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. VINNAPAS® EF 818 serves as a cost-effective alternative for various technologies, including vinyl acrylics and styrene acrylics.

VINNAPAS® eco EF 3777 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds, organic solvents, or plasticizers. Due to its low VOC content, VINNAPAS® eco EF 3777 is ideal for manufacturing low-emission products.

VINNAPAS® EP 4600 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It possesses a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +5°C. This dispersion was specifically formulated to have a low viscosity and high solids content, allowing it to accommodate high levels of fillers.

VINNAPAS® 315 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol. It possesses a glass transition temperature (Tg) of +17 °C, which contributes to its exceptional heat resistance and high tensile strength. Specifically formulated as a base for high-speed packaging adhesives, VINNAPAS® 315 demonstrates remarkable wet tack and thickening responses. This product is a moderately soft binder that provides excellent adhesion to various fiber substrates, making it suitable for a wide range of nonwoven applications. Additionally, it has the ability to be crosslinked for enhanced performance.

VINNAPAS® EZ 123 is an aqueous polymer dispersion of vinyl acetate and ethylene specifically designed for applications in the nonwovens market. It is produced without the use of plasticizers or APEO surfactants. This dispersion possesses a nonionic character and provides high dry tensile strength, resulting in a fuller and stiffer hand feel to nonwoven webs. It can be formulated with various chemistries, including cationic, anionic, or nonionic, to create specialized nonwovens. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EZ 123 is a low-odor dispersion with formaldehyde levels of less than 50 ppm.

VINNAPAS® EF 575 is a carboxylated vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with surfactants. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0 °C and serves as a versatile binder suitable for various applications, including caulks, sealants, and mastics. This product exhibits excellent adhesion to aluminum, galvanized and stainless steel, wood, FRP, and PVC substrates. Furthermore, VINNAPAS® EF 575 is manufactured without the use of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO) surfactants or defoamers.

VINNAPAS® EN 1267 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking copolymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is surfactant-stabilized and intentionally formulated without the use of APEO materials. This dispersion is specifically designed to serve as a soft binder for nonwoven applications that require excellent wet tensile strength performance.

PRIMIS® AF 1000 is a composite dispersion with an aqueous base, which incorporates unique characteristics derived from both organic and inorganic components. The dispersion particles consist of inorganic silica particles at their core, while the outer shell is composed of acrylate copolymers. Notably, the manufacturing process of PRIMIS® AF 1000 ensures that it is free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO) compounds.

VINNAPAS® EZ 3112 is a protective colloid-stabilized dispersion of a vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl ester terpolymer. It is free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. It offers excellent adhesion to substrates such as structural steelwork. VINNAPAS® EZ 3112 exhibits significant foam development and expansion, and it has higher hydrophobicity compared to standard VAEs. Additionally, it achieves fire resistance classes up to F120.

VINNAPAS® EP 8178 is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately -3 °C. This dispersion is specifically designed as a high-performance, ultra-high-solids dispersion for weather-resistant air barriers. It offers excellent water resistance, ideal mechanical properties, and the capability to handle high extender loadings.

VINNAPAS® EAF 7815 (Scale-up Product) is a very low Tg aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylic esters. It is produced without the use of plasticizers or alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. Due to its low odor, it is also suitable for indoor use.

VINNAPAS® 538 ED is a surfactant-stabilized polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, formaldehyde donors, or alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. VINNAPAS® 538 ED is a medium-viscosity product that exhibits high compatibility with cement, and its influence on cement setting is marginal.

VINNAPAS® EP 7000 is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of approximately -3°C. It has been specifically developed as an ultra-high-solids dispersion, providing superior adhesion, wet tack, and setting speed compared to conventional VAE dispersions.

VINNAPAS® EN 1165 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking copolymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-based materials. VINNAPAS® 400 EN-Test is a poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. It was developed as a high-performance dispersion offering a superior balance of adhesive and cohesive properties useful in an extremely wide variety of applications.

VINNAPAS® EF 8001 (CTY) is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer. It serves as a superior alternative to vinyl-acrylic copolymers, offering both enhanced performance and environmental benefits. This product possesses a low glass transition temperature (Tg) as well as a low minimum film formation temperature (MFFT).

CAVAMAX® W6 6 is standard grade alpha-cyclodextrin from Wacker Chemie AG. With 6 glucose units CAVAMAX® W6 has the smallest cavity of the parent cyclodextrins. This versatile product is useful for solubilizing, stabilizing or delivering small molecules. Synonyms: alpha-cyclodextrin, cyclohexaamylose, cyclomaltohexaose.

SILRES® REN 100 is a reactive, silanole-functional phenyl-propyl polysiloxane specifically designed to enhance the heat resistance of organic polymers. It is highly suitable for incorporating a compatible silicone component into other binder systems, thereby increasing their heat-resistance properties. SILRES® REN 100 enables the modification of binder systems to improve their performance in high-temperature environments.

HDK® D05 is a synthetic, hydrophilic amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. Achieving a good dispersion of HDK® D05 is essential to ensure optimal performance. This product serves as a filler in both organic and inorganic systems, allowing for high loading without significant impact on rheology. DEHESIVE® EM 427 is the base polymer in a three-component aqueous emulsion system. It is combined with WACKER® CROSSLINKER V 15 and WACKER® CATALYST EM 459. This product is specifically developed for pressure-sensitive adhesive release applications and can be utilized on papers with different levels of porosity as well as films. Cure is achieved through a vinyl addition chemistry mechanism.

ETONIS® 3500 W (GER) is suitable for modifying concrete, specialty mortar, and cementitious coatings for infrastructure products, especially for shotcrete applications in underground construction, tunneling, and mining. It is a polymer powder with a low glass transition temperature (Tg) and remains flexible at temperatures below freezing. It is also suitable for end products with low emissions.

VINNAPAS® UW 2 FS is a solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. The resin is clear, colorless, and tasteless, and it is produced by polymerizing vinyl acetate. This versatile product finds typical applications in fiber-reinforced plastics, adhesives, powder injection molding, and sound damping.

VINNOL® H 40/55 is a copolymer comprising approximately 62 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 38 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Functioning as a thermoplastic, physically drying binder, VINNOL® H 40/55 undergoes film formation once the solvent present in the formulation has evaporated.
