ELASTOSIL® R 402/65 OH is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) that is optimized for extrusion. This transparent compound allows for high extrusion speeds and the production of high-quality tubes. The peroxide-cured vulcanizates made from this compound exhibit a unique combination of characteristics. It is noted for its good flexibility, high transparency, and mechanical properties. The compound can be easily pigmented with ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT.

ELASTOSIL® M 4503 is a pourable, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It possesses several key features, including good flow and high resistance to casting resins, particularly polyesters. The main application of ELASTOSIL® M 4503 is in making cost-effective molds, particularly well-suited for PE resins.

SILPURAN® 6000/30 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. ELASTOSIL® R 502/75 OH is a peroxide-crosslinking HCR silicone for the manufacture of silicone-insulated safety cables that maintain circuit integrity. In case of fire, ELASTOSIL® R 502/75 OH forms a ceramic-like layer with high insulation resistance, good mechanical stability, and low smoke formation.

ELASTOSIL® M 4600 A/B is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and utilizes addition-curing. It consists of two components and vulcanizes at room temperature. The main application of ELASTOSIL® M 4600 A/B is in making shrink-free molds with excellent reproduction accuracy. This grade is also compliant with FDA and BfR regulations for food contact applications.

WACKER® FG 350 is a polydimethylsiloxane that is produced through the hydrolysis and polycondensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and chlorotrimethylsilane. The mean kinematic viscosity of WACKER® FG 350 at 25°C is 350mm²/s, determined by the degree of polymerization (n). This product is primarily used to control foam in lipophilic systems, particularly in foods rich in oil or fat, such as deep-frying oil. It is also utilized for surface treatment. Additionally, WACKER® FG 350 serves as a base material for producing antifoams that comply with the regulations for food intended for human consumption.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3066/80 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3066 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. When compared to the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grade, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® R 402/60 US is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) that is known for its high transparency and good mechanical properties. This product has a high green strength, making it suitable for the production of complex extruded profiles. Its vulcanizing characteristics allow for short cycle times in the manufacturing of rubber moldings through compression, transfer, and injection molding processes. The post-cured vulcanizates of this product are suitable for applications in the health care and food handling industries. ELASTOSIL® R 402/60 US is formulated with ingredients that are suitable for food contact applications, complying with Title 21 "Food and Drugs," Part 177.2600, which regulates rubber articles intended for repeated use. However, it is the responsibility of the user to ensure compliance with this regulation due to its limitations.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3092/65 A/B is a paste-like, two-component liquid silicone rubber with short curing times. The vulcanizates are noted for good mechanical properties and excellent heat resistance within a temperature range of -55°C to +210°C, and for a short time up to 300°C. Low compression sets can be achieved after post-curing.

WACKER® Crosslinker W is a hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains a high percentage of reactive Si-H groups. It is specifically designed for the thermal curing of addition-crosslinking silicone rubbers, both solvent-based and solvent-free. The product exhibits high reactivity, allowing for good adhesion to the substrate. Additionally, it has low volatility and is free of solvents, halogens, and heavy metals.

ELASTOSIL® FX Gel 30 A/B is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and utilizes addition-curing. The main application of the product is in special effect applications for movies and theater productions. It is suitable for creating general prosthetic effects, life molding, body parts, wounds and scars, masks, and fat makeup.

Vulcanizates are opaque with average mechanical properties, and they are noted for ultra-low compression sets after post-curing.

SILPURAN® 6000/50 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. SILPURAN® 6000/50 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/80 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and display good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. WACKER® Catalyst T 77 Plus is a standard curing agent designed for condensation curing RTV-2 silicones. When used in conjunction with a base compound from the ELASTOSIL® RT or ELASTOSIL® M product series, it results in the formation of a durable and self-bonding silicone rubber upon curing. This catalyst offers the advantage of very fast curing at room temperature, and the curing speed can be adjusted by varying the mixing ratio.

WACKER® Catalyst T 79 is the designated curing agent for ELASTOSIL® RT 779 silicone rubber from WACKER. This shear-thinning paste offers outstanding adhesion properties and enhances the oil resistance of ELASTOSIL® RT 779. The curing speed can be adjusted by altering the mixing ratio. Additionally, it provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, such as glass, ceramics, wood, metals, plastics, and powder coatings.

ELASTOSIL® M 4511 is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and condensation-curing. It consists of two components and vulcanizes at room temperature. This grade exhibits outstanding chemical resistance to attack by polyester and polyurethane resins, resulting in a significantly extended mold life. The main application of ELASTOSIL® M 4511 is in making cost-effective molds, particularly well-suited for casting PE (polyethylene) and PU (polyurethane) resins.

ELASTOSIL® R 760/70 MH is a peroxide-curing, high-consistency silicone rubber with very high green strength, which enhances calendaring and extrusion performance significantly. Uncured extruded hoses show high dimension stability and a non-sticky surface. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.
