PRIMIS® AF 1000 is a composite dispersion with an aqueous base, which incorporates unique characteristics derived from both organic and inorganic components. The dispersion particles consist of inorganic silica particles at their core, while the outer shell is composed of acrylate copolymers. Notably, the manufacturing process of PRIMIS® AF 1000 ensures that it is free from alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO) compounds.

VINNAPAS® EAF 7868 is a low glass transition temperature (Tg) aqueous polymer dispersion formulated with vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylic esters. It is manufactured without the use of plasticizers and demonstrates excellent compatibility with fillers. Moreover, it provides good adhesion to diverse substrates, including concrete, metal, wood, and plastics. Derived from low-volatile C1/C2 value streams, it can be formulated without the need for plasticizers.

CAVAMAX® W6 6 is standard grade alpha-cyclodextrin from Wacker Chemie AG. With 6 glucose units CAVAMAX® W6 has the smallest cavity of the parent cyclodextrins. This versatile product is useful for solubilizing, stabilizing or delivering small molecules. Synonyms: alpha-cyclodextrin, cyclohexaamylose, cyclomaltohexaose.

SILRES® REN 100 is a reactive, silanole-functional phenyl-propyl polysiloxane specifically designed to enhance the heat resistance of organic polymers. It is highly suitable for incorporating a compatible silicone component into other binder systems, thereby increasing their heat-resistance properties. SILRES® REN 100 enables the modification of binder systems to improve their performance in high-temperature environments.

VINNAPAS® eco 192 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion specifically developed for the nonwovens market. It is produced from vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers, and it does not contain any plasticizers. This product, VINNAPAS® eco, is designed to save fossil resources by allowing for the replacement of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials used in its manufacturing process with certified sustainable renewable feedstock.

SILRES® REN 80 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin provided as an 82 wt.% solution in xylene. It is commonly employed as a binder in heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. The primary application of SILRES® REN 80 is as a binder for various coating formulations. It possesses excellent heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring durability in challenging conditions. VINNAPAS® eco 4023 N is a versatile dispersible polymer powder designed for dry-mix mortars. It is particularly suitable for applications such as tile adhesives, ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems), and self-leveling compounds. This product is based on a flexible copolymer of vinyl acetate and ethylene, belonging to the VINNAPAS® N product class. As a member of this class, it has a neutral effect on rheology and offers essential properties such as adhesion and flexibility, allowing for a wide range of formulation possibilities.

CRA® 23 is a highly efficient controlled-release additive designed to adjust the release force in solvent-based DEHESIVE® systems. As a solvent-based controlled release agent, it provides exceptional release levels. Moreover, CRA® 23 exhibits good release stability, ensuring consistent performance over time. It also boasts an excellent bathing life.

SILFAR® S 188 is a 100% silicone antifoam agent that has been specifically formulated for use in the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. It functions by acting as an antifoam agent, effectively preventing or alleviating flatulence in the digestive system. WACKER® 1035 is a silicone resin compound available as a low-viscosity 50% solution. This product is specifically designed for formulating straightforward release agent systems, particularly for use in polyurethane (PUR) processing. WACKER® 1035 can be easily blended with polydimethylsiloxanes from the WACKER® AK series. In addition to WACKER® 1035, Wacker-Chemie offers a range of 100% products, such as WACKER® TPR and WACKER® 1038, which provide varying release properties and paintability options.

SILRES® BS Creme F is an aqueous, solvent-based, creamy hydrophobic impregnating agent based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. It is a high-quality specialty product recommended for the hydrophobic impregnation of natural mineral substrates such as brick, limesandstone, and sandstone. NEXIVA® GP 225 is a dispersible polymer powder that primarily consists of vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNOL® E 22/48 A is a copolymer composed of approximately 75 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 25 wt.% carbon acid esters with hydroxyl functionality. It serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic and physically drying binder, VINNOL® E 22/48 A undergoes film formation as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM is a medium- to high-viscosity antifoam emulsion that finds application in various industries. This silicone fluid emulsion, based on E 900, is exclusively permitted for use as a processing aid in food applications. CRA® 53 AMA® is an exceptionally efficient controlled release additive specifically formulated for adjusting the release force in solventless DEHESIVE® systems. It contains a specialized additive designed to effectively control misting in high-speed coating processes. It offers exceptional performance in terms of high efficiency, ensures rapid curing, exhibits stable release characteristics, and includes anti-misting properties.

VINNAPAS® UW 10 FS is a solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. This clear and colorless resin is produced through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. It is tasteless. Typical applications for VINNAPAS® UW 10 FS include fiber-reinforced plastics, adhesives, powder injection molding, and sound damping.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6320 F is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing silicone rubber for soft and elastic textile coatings. It is a multi-purpose liquid silicone rubber with low viscosity to produce soft and flexible textile coatings. Due to the high additive tolerance, the viscosity of mixtures with adhesion promoters will increase only moderately. Therefore, ELASTOSIL® LR 6320 F is especially suited for textile coatings with demanding adhesion requirements.

WACKER® E 22 is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane formulated as an oil-in-water emulsion. This finely dispersed emulsion provides excellent stability, allowing for the preparation of highly diluted, ready-to-use formulations that are unaffected by shear forces. WACKER® E 22 is a special, finely dispersed formulation of a highly viscous polydimethylsiloxane in water. The emulsion is extremely stable, so even highly diluted, ready-to-use formulations are indifferent to shear forces.

VINNAPAS® EN 1024 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. This product is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. It is specifically designed to serve as a binder for soft and hydrophilic nonwovens. VINNAPAS® EN 1024 offers good wet strength to the nonwovens while maintaining a low level of formaldehyde. Additionally, it is particularly suitable for foam applications.

SILRES® REN 70-M is a hard silanol-functional methyl phenyl silicone resin available as an approximately 70 wt.% solution in 1-methoxy-2-propylacetate. It is specifically designed as a binder for heat-resistant coatings, particularly those that do not utilize xylene. The primary application of SILRES® REN 70-M is as a binder in coating formulations. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh environments. Additionally, it has the ability to dry to a tack-free film at room temperature, facilitating convenient application processes.

SILFAR® SE 4 is a silicone antifoam emulsion that finds its use in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in fermentation processes and agrochemical formulations. It serves as an effective antifoam agent in various stages, including fermentation and downstream processes like active ingredient extraction and solvent recovery, where compliance with USP and EP standards is necessary.

VINNAPAS® 202 HD is a multi-purpose construction dispersion for liquid and paste with cement-free binder technology, specifically suited for primers, ready-to-use tile adhesives, and one-component dispersion-based water-proofing membranes. It is based on a hard copolymer of styrene and acrylate and belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® HD, which means that it provides a remarkable hydrophobic effect in addition to excellent adhesion even under wet conditions.

ELASTOSIL® RD 6620 F is a solvent-based addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings, particularly as a topcoat. It provides a matt finish and exhibits properties such as reduced coefficient of friction and high abrasion stability. It is commonly used in architectural textiles.

WACKER® 50550/8 VP is a waxy, alkyl-modified polysiloxane known for its hydrolysis resistance and strong affinity to different substrates. Primarily utilized in the polish sector, this product is particularly recommended for car polishes and paint conditioners. Its high substantivity ensures that the treated paint surface remains highly resistant to detergents and weathering over extended periods of time, providing long-lasting protection.

SILRES® BS 6920 is a silane-terminated binder that utilizes α-silane technology. It is specifically designed for the impregnation of mineral substrates or as a thin layer of coating on mineral surfaces. The formulations based on SILRES® BS 6920 are commonly used for stain-resistant impregnation and coating of various mineral substrates. These substrates can include polished or non-polished concrete floors, paving stones, clinker, bricks, and natural stone. By applying SILRES® BS 6920, the mineral surfaces become more resistant to stains and discoloration, helping to maintain their appearance and durability over time. DEHESIVE® EM 400 is an emulsion that consists of polymer and platinum, and it is utilized in conjunction with other components to apply a silicone release layer onto filmic substrates. This product offers several notable features, including fast curing, excellent wetting properties, exceptional release stability, strong anchorage, and a good bath life. HDK® N20ST is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® N20ST is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It is commonly used in the electronics industry.

Wacker Chemie Methyl Acetate (MetAc) 97% is a clear, colorless liquid with a mild, ester-like odor. It is produced continuously, with a capacity of several thousand metric tons per year. It has undergone full registration under REACH. This product serves as a solvent in detergent, adhesive, paint, and coating applications.

DEHESIVE® 953 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable silicone ideal for release coatings. It cures quickly, provides excellent release stability, and has a long bath life. It can be used for coating PE-laminated paper and paper, as well as thermoplastic films such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP).

WACKER® Finish CT 51 L is a solvent-based silicone rubber solution specifically designed for fine coatings on textile substrates. It enables the application of fine coatings with a weight as low as < 5 g/m². This product offers high water columns and low air permeability, resulting in excellent performance. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional layer-to-layer adhesion when multiple coating layers are applied.
