ELASTOSIL® LR 3844/30 A/B is an oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3843 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

SILPURAN® AUX 8250 RO is designed for medical applications in compliance with the WACKER SILICONES HEALTH CARE POLICY, including implantation for less than 30 days.

The fully cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 1109 Black demonstrates exceptional long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. This silicone elastomer can withstand continuously changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180 °C (356 °F) without experiencing any damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 402 is a pourable, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is characterized by its antistatic properties, condensation-curing mechanism, and flowability. This silicone rubber is commonly used in applications such as elastomers for pad printing, where its unique properties are beneficial.

BELSIL® PF 100 is an aryl- and alkyl-modified silicone fluid of medium viscosity. BELSIL® PF 100 is characterized by having a higher refractive index than standard dimethicone fluids (1.38-1.40). It offers significant improvements in regards to gloss and shine. BELSIL® PF 100 is used in all kinds of cosmetic formulations, but mostly in hair care compositions and color cosmetics due to its shine-enhancing benefits.

WACKER® TPD is an aminoalkyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane used for the formulation of release agents for polyurethane processing. WACKER® TPD exhibits excellent release properties and, when handled properly, prevents release agent buildup on the mold. It is particularly advantageous when a very smooth and shiny surface is required for the molded parts.

ELASTOSIL® LR 5040/60 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component liquid silicone rubber with very low volatile content and excellent mechanical properties with no required post-cure. Articles made from ELASTOSIL® LR 5040/60 A/B exhibit high transparency, excellent electrical properties, and mechanical properties engineered for high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent) without post-curing. The ability to meet regulatory requirements for specific food and baby care applications without the need for post-curing offers key advantages in cost savings and productivity.

VINNAPAS® eco 192 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion specifically developed for the nonwovens market. It is produced from vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers, and it does not contain any plasticizers. This product, VINNAPAS® eco, is designed to save fossil resources by allowing for the replacement of a portion of the fossil-based raw materials used in its manufacturing process with certified sustainable renewable feedstock.

BELSIL® DM 100000 is a linear, non-reactive, unmodified polydimethylsiloxane. It is a dimethicone with a viscosity of 100,000 mm²/s, characterized by low surface tension and a high spreading coefficient. Due to its flexible polymer backbone, this dimethicone has high permeability to gasses (e.g. water, vapor, oxygen), which allows respiration of the skin.

SILFOAM® SC 124 is an anhydrous antifoam compound designed for laundry detergents. It has a comparatively low viscosity, making it easier to handle compared to high-viscosity grades. This product is suitable for use in household and cleaning solutions. SILFOAM® SC 124 is opaque, colorless, and oily in nature.

ELASTOSIL® AUX G 3246 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as adhesion promoters for silicone rubbers. ELASTOSIL® N199 Transparent exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates with high tear strength. SILFAR® 100 is a polydimethylsiloxane derived from the hydrolysis and polycondensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and chlorotrimethylsilane. Its degree of polymerization (n) is adjusted to achieve a mean kinematic viscosity of 100 mm²/s at 25°C. VINNEX® 2522 is a solid, thermoplastic homopolymer that is transparent, colorless, and odorless. It is produced through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. This product is commonly used for modifying biopolymers and biopolymer compounds, as well as for blending with natural fibers or flours like wood, starch, and cork.

SEMICOSIL® 987 GR is a one-part, ready-to-use, thermally curable silicone elastomer that exhibits non-slump properties. It is primarily used as a sealing adhesive. The silicone is thixotropic in nature, allowing for easy application and shaping. It offers high flexibility, making it suitable for low-stress adhesive bonding, such as in molded-in-place gasket (FIPG) applications. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 987 GR provides primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

WACKER® AK 20 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 20 mm²/s. WACKER® AK 350 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 350 mm²/s. Its chemical structure gives WACKER® AK 350 unique properties that differentiate it from organic materials like mineral oils. It has a low solidifying point and exhibits good solubility in a wide range of solvents.

WACKER® Fluid NH 15 D is a highly pure, difunctional silicone fluid terminated with 3-aminopropyl groups. It is a polymerizing substance that can be used as a raw material or additive for the synthesis of copolymers through polyaddition or polycondensation reactions. Silicone fluids in the FLUID NH series exhibit processing properties similar to standard silicones. The resulting downstream products and copolymers will possess the characteristic properties of linear materials due to their symmetric substitution.

SILPURAN® 6600/40 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Compared to the SILPURAN® 6000 series, the coefficient of friction of a post-cured article made of SILPURAN® 6600 is reduced by 50–70%. SILPURAN® 6600/40 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

POWERSIL® Paste AP is an opaque to whitish paste with a medium consistency. It exhibits good values for electrical insulation, permittivity, and dielectric strength. Additionally, POWERSIL® Paste AP shows minimal swelling of silicone elastomers it comes in contact with, thanks to the utilization of a special phenyl-silicone oil.

ELASTOSIL® RD 6620 F is a solvent-based addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings, particularly as a topcoat. It provides a matt finish and exhibits properties such as reduced coefficient of friction and high abrasion stability. It is commonly used in architectural textiles.

SILRES® BS 5133 is an aqueous and water-dilutable emulsion of reactive polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). It is specifically formulated to provide water repellency to thermal insulation materials made of glass or stone mineral wool that are bound with organic binder systems. SILRES® BS 5133 has been carefully developed and optimized to ensure compatibility with binders based on carbohydrates, allowing for effective integration into various insulation materials and systems.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P 300 is an opaque paste with a medium to soft consistency and slight thixotropic properties. It possesses good electrical properties, including insulation, relative permittivity, and electric strength. Additionally, it exhibits strong adhesion to metals and ceramic materials. When applied as a coating, WACKER® Silicone Paste P 300 provides excellent water repellency, offering a certain level of protection against corrosion. The paste's low viscosity makes it easy to use as an embedding compound, release agent, or lubricant in various applications.

SILRES® BS 5350 is a pure liquid siloxane specifically designed to provide water repellency to autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and effectively reduce its capillary water absorption. It is suitable for application on AAC with densities above 150 kilograms per cubic meter. Despite being a non-water-based product and free from surfactants or solvents, SILRES® BS 5350 is commonly used as an integral or in-mass hydrophobizing additive in the aqueous AAC slurry. It disperses within the mixer through the shear forces generated between the liquid and solid components.
