ELASTOSIL® M 4541 is a room-temperature-curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and condensation-curing. It consists of two components and vulcanizes at room temperature. This grade exhibits outstanding chemical resistance to attack by polyester and polyurethane resins, resulting in a significantly extended mold life. The main application of ELASTOSIL® M 4541 is in making cost-effective molds, particularly well-suited for casting PE (polyethylene) and PU (polyurethane) resins.

ELASTOSIL® LR 5040/70 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component liquid silicone rubber with very low volatile content and excellent mechanical properties with no required post-cure. Articles made from ELASTOSIL® LR 5040/70 A/B exhibit high transparency, excellent electrical properties, and mechanical properties engineered for high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent) without post-curing. The ability to meet regulatory requirements for specific food and baby care applications without the need for post-curing offers key advantages in cost savings and productivity.

WACKER® E 22 is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane formulated as an oil-in-water emulsion. This finely dispersed emulsion provides excellent stability, allowing for the preparation of highly diluted, ready-to-use formulations that are unaffected by shear forces. WACKER® E 22 is a special, finely dispersed formulation of a highly viscous polydimethylsiloxane in water. The emulsion is extremely stable, so even highly diluted, ready-to-use formulations are indifferent to shear forces.

SILRES® BS 1803 is a solvent-free emulsion based on organo-modified silanes and siloxanes. It is specifically designed to act as a water-repellent admixture for semi-dry concrete and other non-load-bearing cement-based building materials, including paving stones and concrete blocks. SILRES® BS 1803 helps to minimize the amount of water absorbed by the concrete or other cement-based materials, thereby enhancing their durability and resistance to moisture-related issues.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P 300 is an opaque paste with a medium to soft consistency and slight thixotropic properties. It possesses good electrical properties, including insulation, relative permittivity, and electric strength. Additionally, it exhibits strong adhesion to metals and ceramic materials. When applied as a coating, WACKER® Silicone Paste P 300 provides excellent water repellency, offering a certain level of protection against corrosion. The paste's low viscosity makes it easy to use as an embedding compound, release agent, or lubricant in various applications.

ELASTOSIL® E60 N Grey is a flowable, one-part silicone rubber for potting and coating applications. When exposed to air moisture, it cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with excellent heat resistance. Fully vulcanized ELASTOSIL® E60 N Grey shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. The silicone elastomer may continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C without damage.

SILFOAM® SC 132 is a viscous, opaque antifoam compound effective against a wide range of surfactants. It is based on high-molecular-weight polysiloxanes and has an average viscosity of approximately 20,000 mPa s. Even small amounts of SILFOAM® SC 132 are highly effective in suppressing foam in laundry detergents and systems with high surfactant concentrations.

SILRES® BS 16040 is a water-dilutable, solvent-free silane emulsion. It is a high-quality specialty product used for the hydrophobic impregnation and priming of alkaline substrates. When applied to construction materials, SILRES® BS 16040 reacts with atmospheric moisture and/or water present in the pores of the building material. This reaction eliminates alcohol and forms an active substance that greatly reduces the absorbency of the concrete within the active zone (penetration depth after post-treatment). Importantly, this reduction in absorbency occurs without blocking any pores or capillaries in the material. As a result of the impregnation, the treated building material retains its high water-vapor permeability, allowing moisture to pass through while still providing excellent protection against water penetration.

WACKER® AK 20 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 20 mm²/s. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It is chemically highly unreactive, has a low solidifying point, and exhibits high heat resistance.

SEMICOSIL® 987 GR is a one-part, ready-to-use, thermally curable silicone elastomer that exhibits non-slump properties. It is primarily used as a sealing adhesive. The silicone is thixotropic in nature, allowing for easy application and shaping. It offers high flexibility, making it suitable for low-stress adhesive bonding, such as in molded-in-place gasket (FIPG) applications. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 987 GR provides primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

ELASTOSIL® R 865/40 S provides a range of functional benefits. This material offers excellent rebound resilience and minimal compression set. It can be easily pigmented using ELASTOSIL® PT Pigment Pastes and exhibits favorable processing properties. The different grades available, ranging from ELASTOSIL® R 865/40 to ELASTOSIL® R 865/70, can be blended in any desired proportion to achieve intermediate hardness levels.

POWERSIL® 79032 is an electrically conductive silicone rubber dispersion in xylene. It serves as both a conductive coating and an adhesion-promoting primer. This product is supplied as a ready-to-use, one-component system, making it convenient for application. It exhibits low volume resistivity and acts as an effective adhesion promoter. POWERSIL® 79032 is suitable for various coating techniques, including dipping, brushing, and spraying.

POWERSIL® 577 Plus is a curable, one-component silicon-in-water emulsion that can be applied through spray application. Upon drying and curing, it forms a high voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. This solvent-free product also creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, preventing the formation of wet conductive layers, minimizing electrical leakage current, and eliminating the risk of pollution flashovers.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3002/35 A/B is a low-viscous, two-component liquid silicone rubber (LSR) compound with excellent processing properties. The material fits very well all requirements for the manufacturing of large articles with special dosing and metering equipment because of its low viscosity.

GENIOSIL® GF 31 is an alkoxysilane with a methacrylic organofunctional group. It is a clear, colorless, light, and heat-sensitive liquid with a characteristically sweet odor. The silane hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture, releasing methanol, to form silanols that react with themselves to produce siloxanes. As a bifunctional, organically unsaturated molecule, GENIOSIL® GF 31 can be incorporated into organic polymers via radical grafting.

ELASTOSIL® R 401/30 S is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR). Vulcanizates cured with peroxide made from this compound exhibit a unique combination of characteristics. It is noted for its good flexibility, high transparency, and mechanical properties. The compound is easily pigmented with ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT and has good processing characteristics.

VINNAPAS® EN 1024 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. This product is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. It is specifically designed to serve as a binder for soft and hydrophilic nonwovens. VINNAPAS® EN 1024 offers good wet strength to the nonwovens while maintaining a low level of formaldehyde. Additionally, it is particularly suitable for foam applications.

SILPURAN® 6700/60 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with a very short curing time and good mechanical and electrical properties. Vulcanizates are noted for their self-adhesive properties on various substrates. SILPURAN® 6700/60 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the WACKER SILICONES HEALTH CARE POLICY, including implantation for less than 30 days.

CAVAMAX® W7 Pharma is a pharmaceutical-grade beta-cyclodextrin manufactured by Wacker Chemie AG. With its structure composed of seven glucose units, it possesses a mid-size cavity among the parent cyclodextrins. This product is particularly valuable for its ability to stabilize, solubilize, or deliver intermediate-size molecules, such as menthol.

BELSIL® DM 300000 is a linear, non-reactive, unmodified polydimethylsiloxane. It is a dimethicone with a high viscosity of 300000 mm²/s. It is characterized by low surface tension and a high spreading coefficient. Thanks to its flexible polymer backbone, this dimethicone exhibits high permeability to gasses such as water vapor and oxygen, allowing the skin to respire and maintain a healthy environment.

FERMOPURE® L-Cysteine Pharma Endotox Hydrochloride Monohydrate is a white or nearly white crystalline powder or colorless crystals. L-Cysteine is a naturally occurring amino acid and is one of the 20 amino acids. It is unique among amino acids as it contains sulfur, along with methionine. WACKER has innovatively developed a new production method for this amino acid using fermentation, utilizing non-animal and non-human raw materials.

SILRES® BS 5133 is an aqueous and water-dilutable emulsion of reactive polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). It is specifically formulated to provide water repellency to thermal insulation materials made of glass or stone mineral wool that are bound with organic binder systems. SILRES® BS 5133 has been carefully developed and optimized to ensure compatibility with binders based on carbohydrates, allowing for effective integration into various insulation materials and systems.

SILRES® BS 5350 is a pure liquid siloxane specifically designed to provide water repellency to autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and effectively reduce its capillary water absorption. It is suitable for application on AAC with densities above 150 kilograms per cubic meter. Despite being a non-water-based product and free from surfactants or solvents, SILRES® BS 5350 is commonly used as an integral or in-mass hydrophobizing additive in the aqueous AAC slurry. It disperses within the mixer through the shear forces generated between the liquid and solid components.

WACKER® Crosslinker ES 24 is a mixture of alkylacetoxysilanes and siloxanes, presenting as a colorless to yellow liquid that is not miscible with water. When exposed to water or moisture, it decomposes and forms acetic acid. WACKER® Crosslinker ES 24 serves as a raw material for acetoxy crosslinking RTV-1 silicone rubbers.

SILRES® REN 70-M is a hard silanol-functional methyl phenyl silicone resin available as an approximately 70 wt.% solution in 1-methoxy-2-propylacetate. It is specifically designed as a binder for heat-resistant coatings, particularly those that do not utilize xylene. The primary application of SILRES® REN 70-M is as a binder in coating formulations. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh environments. Additionally, it has the ability to dry to a tack-free film at room temperature, facilitating convenient application processes.

SILFAR® SE 4 is a silicone antifoam emulsion that finds its use in the food and pharmaceutical sectors, as well as in fermentation processes and agrochemical formulations. It serves as an effective antifoam agent in various stages, including fermentation and downstream processes like active ingredient extraction and solvent recovery, where compliance with USP and EP standards is necessary.

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT Green RAL 6017 is a ready-to-use masterbatch comprising specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers that are commonly used to produce ELASTOSIL® high-consistency silicone rubber. This ensures a homogeneous covulcanization of the color paste without significant impairment of the physical properties (e.g. hardness) and without migration, as may be observed for systems based on silicone oil.

POWERSIL® 600 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature. It is specifically designed for casting applications and forms soft products with high mechanical strength. This ready-to-use, two-component system is very easy to process thanks to its low viscosity. It offers excellent dielectric properties and is best suited for outdoor applications due to its UV and weathering resistance, as well as its excellent hydrophobic properties.

SILFAR® 100 is a polydimethylsiloxane derived from the hydrolysis and polycondensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and chlorotrimethylsilane. Its degree of polymerization (n) is adjusted to achieve a mean kinematic viscosity of 100 mm²/s at 25°C. This product finds primary application in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly as a fundamental raw material in pharmaceutical formulations.

ELASTOSIL® R 861/70 S is a translucent compound that is highly flexible and is noted for its low compression set and improved media and coolant resistance. This compound can be used in the manufacture of molded parts but also, particularly by extrusion, for producing profiles, e. g., for windows and facades.

WACKER® L 066 is a 100% polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer. WACKER® L 066 exhibits unique high surface activity, which allows it to wet and spread effectively on nearly any surface. WACKER® L 066 is primarily used for lowering the surface tension of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions, as a highly effective wetting agent, and for the hydrophilic treatment of numerous materials and surfaces.

VINNEX® 2522 is a solid, thermoplastic homopolymer that is transparent, colorless, and odorless. It is produced through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. This product is commonly used for modifying biopolymers and biopolymer compounds, as well as for blending with natural fibers or flours like wood, starch, and cork.

VINNAPAS® 202 HD is a multi-purpose construction dispersion for liquid and paste with cement-free binder technology, specifically suited for primers, ready-to-use tile adhesives, and one-component dispersion-based water-proofing membranes. It is based on a hard copolymer of styrene and acrylate and belongs to the product class VINNAPAS® HD, which means that it provides a remarkable hydrophobic effect in addition to excellent adhesion even under wet conditions.

ELASTOSIL® E41 Transparent is a flowable, one-component silicone rubber with excellent mechanical properties that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent mechanical properties and has good adhesion properties to many substrates, in particular cured silicone rubber.
