POWERSIL® 3100 MH silicone rubber is a one-component, addition-curing compound that is ready to use and cures to an electrically insulating, highly erosion-resistant silicone elastomer. This product offers comparatively fast curing times compared to conventional silicone rubber, reducing cure times by 30-50%, depending on the wall thickness of the application, as well as the available machinery and runner system. Furthermore, no peroxide decomposition products are released during the curing process, reducing any potential hazards. The curing system also eliminates the risk of curing inhibition by oxygen.

SEMICOSIL® 942 UV A/B is a sprayable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber with low viscosity. This product cures extremely fast when exposed to UV light, resulting in a soft conformal coating. SEMICOSIL® 942 UV A/B exhibits low viscosity and shear-thinning properties, making it suitable for spray applications. Fully cured SILRES® K has a very low carbon content and thus yields a high ash content when pyrolized. They can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures significantly higher than 300 °C (572 °F). WACKER® Silicone Paste P 12 is a pure white, soft-consistency heat sink paste with marked thermal conductivity. It is electrically insulating. WACKER® PASTE P 12 is used especially in semiconductor technology as a heat sink paste. When there is a need for good heat transfer from a semiconductor to a cooling element, applying a thin coating of WACKER® PASTE P 12 is advisable. In the assembly of semiconductors such as diodes, transistors, and thyristors, microscopic irregularities may exist on the mating surfaces of the semiconductor and the cooling surface. These surface irregularities can hinder firm metal-to-metal contact when assembled.

LUMISIL® LR 7601/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the LUMISIL® LR 7601 series. It is a two-component compound with medium viscosity and fast curing times. The resulting vulcanizates exhibit exceptional optical transparency, along with excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
