ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4070/60 MH is a self-adhesive grade that provides strong adhesion to various plastic substrates (e.g. PA, PBT) and metals, without causing tack formation to the mold. It is an addition-curing, one-component high consistency silicone rubber designed for the manufacturing of molded articles. This product is particularly suitable for applications requiring vibration damping properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/50 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the low compression set, there is no need to post-cure finished parts.

SILPURAN® 6610/50 A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound. Its vulcanizates are noted for their significantly reduced tendency towards radical-induced reattachment, i.e., healing, of slit valve surfaces during sterilization by gamma irradiation and e-beam ( 75 kGy). SILPURAN® 6610/50 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P 250 is an opaque paste with a medium consistency and slight thixotropic properties. WACKER® Silicone Paste P is a translucent, vaseline-like paste that has a relatively stiff consistency and provides water repellency. When applied to parts, WACKER® Silicone Paste P offers excellent water repellency, which helps protect against corrosion. ELASTOSIL® RT 779 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. It exhibits good heat resistance, high oil resistance, and short curing times, which are further benefits of this material.
