GENERAL INFORMATION

AMS 2000 is a highly refined and processed spray grade ammonium sulfate/drift reduction agent combination with antifoam included designed to enhance herbicide performance by reducing antagonism in the spray tank, reducing spray drift and increasing deposition of the herbicide for improved uptake by the targeted weed species*. AMS 2000 disperses rapidly in solution and has been specifically designed to mix well in cold water. AMS 2000 is designed and manufactured for the professional applicator with a very high level of purity to prevent plugged nozzles and screens. It is conveniently packaged and premeasured for a wide range of application rates and equipment. *Spray drift reduction is dependent on many factors including equipment setup and weather conditions. For proper management of spray drift and spray deposition, all factors, including the condition and settings of the equipment and wind speed and direction, humidity and temperature must all be taken into account.

PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS Wash hands, face, and other affected areas thoroughly after handling. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye protection, and face protection. Read and follow all precautionary statements on the accompanying pesticide label(s).

FIRST AID CALL A POISON CONTROL CENTER OR DOCTOR IF YOU FEEL UNWELL

If in eyes: Hold eyes open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes then continue rinsing eyes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

If on skin or clothing: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.

If swallowed: Immediately call a poison control center or doctor. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.

If Inhaled: Move individual to fresh air. If individual is not breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably by mouth-to-mouth if possible

DIRECTIONS FOR USE Prior to use read all directions on this label and on the label of the product used. The product label for specific usages and restrictions have precedence over directions for uses referred to on this label.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS SHAKE WELL OR RECIRCULATE BEFORE USE. 1. Fill sprayer 1/3 to 1/2 full of water 2. Add dry flowables or dispersible granules 3. Add emulsifiable concentrates 4. Continue to agitate until tank is 3/4 full 5. Add AMS 2000 last to the agitating spray tank

RECOMMENDED RATES Use Rates: 17 pounds per 100 gallons (2% v/v liquid AMS is equal to 17 pounds of AMS 2000 per 100 gallons of spray solution).

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL Storage: Store in original container. Keep container tightly closed. Do not allow water or other chemicals to be introduced into contents of container. Do not contaminate water sources with equipment wash water, spray disposal waste or by cleaning of equipment. Keep away from food, feed or other product, especially oxidizing agents, to prevent contamination. Disposal: Completely empty contents of bag into spray application equipment. Do not reuse container. Offer empty container for recycling, or puncture and dispose of according to local, state, and federal regulations.

CONDITIONS OF SALE AND WARRANTY The Directions for Use of this product are based on field use and tests. The directions are believed to be reliable and should be followed carefully. However, it is impossible to eliminate all risks inherently associated with the use of this product. Crop injury, ineffectiveness, or other unintended consequences may result because of such factors as weather conditions, presence of other materials, or the manner of use or application all of which are beyond the control of manufacturer or the Seller. All such risks shall be assumed by the Buyer. THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF ANY OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. IN NO CASE SHALL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE OR HANDLING OF THIS PRODUCT. The manufacturer and the Seller offer this product, and the Buyer and User accept it, subject to the foregoing Conditions of Sale and Warranty, which may be varied only by agreement in writing signed by a duly authorized representative of the manufacturer. 101514
