CUBLEN phosphonates combine antiwear performance with scale-inhibition and chelating properties for extended fluid and tool life. They can be used to prepare metal surfaces for final finishing, and in plating baths to control metal ion contamination.
Phosphonates are also widely used for cooling water treatment, metal cleaners, textile finishing and oil field drilling applications.

LUBRICIT® esters are manufactured starting from selected raw materials of oleochemical and synthetic 
origin and using industry-leading standards to guarantee high quality, narrow specifications, consistent characteristics and absence of residues and impurities.

LUBRICIT

MULSIFAN polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol esters provide excellent nonionic water and oil emulsifying properties in hard and soft water with low foaming tendency. MULSIFAN ethers are also excellent nonionic surfactants, coupling and wetting agents. A wide range of HLB values are available to meet the formulation requirements of metalworking fluids and water-based hydraulic fluids. These products are also widely used as surfactants and dispersants for industrial cleaners, degreasers, personal care and cosmetic applications

PHOSPHETAL products are available as phosphoric alkyl acid esters, ethoxylated alkyl acid esters, or triethanolamine salts.
Phosphate esters formed from ethoxylated alcohols are used as surfactants, wetting agents and dispersants in metalworking, metal cleaning, oilfield, cosmetics and personal care applications. These products also provide corrosion inhibition and excellent EP/AW protection in water based metalworking formulations, and are typically neutralized with an organic amine or alkali base. Acid and salt forms are available.

PHOSPHETAL

Amides act as effective pH buffers that inhibit corrosion when used as emulsifying agents in metalworking fluids. PURTON fatty acid amides are multifunctional additives that provide lubricity and protect against staining of non-ferrous metals. Amides’ stability makes them useful in oil field drilling applications, as well as metal treatment, cleaning and degreasing products.

LEXOLUBE FG HX1 fluids are high performance synthetic polyol ester base stocks for use in lubricating food processing equipment. They have achieved the NSF international HX-1 ranking for incidental food contact under the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 178.3570. Food plants that use exclusively H1 lubricants do not need to report under the HACCP hazard requirement.

LEXOLUBE FG-12 HX1 is a diester fluid listed by NSF International as a base stock approved for incidental food contact under FDA 21 CFR 178.3570. It has low viscosity, good oxidative stability and exceptional low temperature flow properties, making it an excellent choice for extreme cold applications (freezer tunnels, ice cream manufacturing and frozen food processing).

LUBRICIT PE iC18 is a polyol ester that provides lubricity, detergency, and additive compatibility in a wide range of applications. This product is useful in applications where good oxidative stability, low temperature fluidity, and high bioderived content are required.

LEXOLUBE FG-8 HX1 is a diester fluid listed by NSF International as a base stock approved for incidental food contact under FDA 21 CFR 178.3570. It has low viscosity, good oxidative stability and exceptional low temperature flow properties, making it an excellent choice for extreme cold applications (freezer tunnels, ice cream manufacturing and frozen food processing).

LUBRICIT TMP C18-VEG is an oleic acid based polyol ester on the LuSC list. It is environmentally friendly and offers outstanding lubricity and low volatility. In addition, the polyol core structure provides good hydrolytic and thermal stability, making it an excellent choice for hydraulic fluids, gear oils, and metalworking applications meeting EU EcoLabel requirements. It is NSF listed as HX-1, and can be used in applications where incidental food contact is possible. The VEG version utilizes select vegetable derived oleic fatty acids.

LEXOLUBE 4PM-114 is a high performance aromatic synthetic ester with outstanding high temperature stability and low volatility. The aromatic group provides a strong framework that resists oxidation and hydrolysis. The resulting ester is a high viscosity base oil useful in gear and oven chain oils that reduces varnish buildup and extends fluid life.
