Micron Carb 4010 is a cost effective high bright ground calcium carbonate used in various adhesives and sealants as a whitening agent, and for improving gap-filling properties in the formulation.

Micronlite AS is engineered with a unique surface treatment which helps to impart functional properties like sag & slump resistance, improved adhesion, easy dispersibility & supports to get controlled extrusion & avoid elongation while gunnability of sealant, it is recommended for sealant system like silicon, polysulphide, PU, PVC etc.

Vaporlite® 90 T is a premium grade of ultra fine CaCO3 suitable for less moisture sensitive applications its uniform particle size distribution helps to achieve optimum thixotropic properties, controlled viscosity, and anti-sagging in sealants. It can also be used to replace ppt calcium carbonate in formulations.

Micro Carb 3010 ST is a surface treated calcium carbonate filler for silicon, polyurethane and other neutral sealants where moisture sensitivity is a concern.

O Carb T is the controlled sized micronized ground calcium carbonate which is a cost reducing filler. It acts as a rheology modifier, helps to enhance the tensile strength & is used as a toughening agent for varied adhesive, caulks and sealants formulations.

Micron Barytes are micronized from a high purity natural baryte source, originating with high brightness from selected reserves for applications in color masterbatches, acoustic pipes, automotive, etc. Due to its purity, fineness, high specific gravity, and brightness, it exhibits excellent UV stability & sound dampening properties.

Hubercarb® Q3 is a fine ground calcium carbonate produced at Huber’s Quincy, Illinois plant which is known for its natural uniformity producing consistent purity and brightness. Carefully controlled particle distribution allows Q3 to be used in a wide range of applications including paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks, and plastics.

Piq-White Ultra Premium Filler 30 is fine sized dry pulverized carbonate filler. Material is available in 50 lb. paper bags, palletized and stretch-wrapped, 1500 lb. mini bulk bags or in bulk. Piqua Minerals fillers are available with various average particle sizing for other filler applications.

Geotex® TXS is a high purity, granular calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia with a controlled particle distribution. TXS can be used as texture finish in coatings, plaster, and stuccos. The marble crystal structure is useful in recirculation drilling fluids.

Hubercarb® G325 is a high purity, medium fine ground calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia. Carefully controlled particle distribution allows G325 to be used a wide range of applications including paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks, and concrete building products. Acid solubility above 95% makes G325 ideal for use in oilfield drilling fluids.

Shiraishi Kogyo Kaisha Homocal-D is a ultra-fine calcium carbonate which has 80 nm of particles as primary particle. These particles are surface coated with rosin acids in order to provide compatible surface modification when it is mixed with vehicle or diluents. Homocal-D is commonly applied to paint application where high concentrate formulation is required. Homocal-D contributes to improve brushing feature at the painting, also contributes to create glossy but smooth paint surface. Homocal-D, at the blend use with TiO2, contributes to improve water resistance, better anti alkaline and anti-gasoline properties.

Geotex® FXZ is a high purity, granular calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia with a controlled particle distribution. FXZ can be used as a texturizing agent in coatings, plaster, EIFS, as an abrasive in many applications and as a filler in PVC flooring. The marble crystal structure is useful in recirculation drilling fluids.

Pulpro PP-8 is a near white calcium carbonate designed for use as a resin filler in pultrusion, caulks, adhesives and sealants and/or in fiberglass spray up manufacturing. R.J. Marshall offers 4 distinct sizes. Pulpro3, a three micron calcium carbonate. Pulpro8, an eight micron calcium carbonate. Pulpro10, a ten micron calcium carbonate and Pulpro20, a twenty micron calcium carbonate product.

Hubercarb® G70 is a medium fine particle size calcium carbonate produced in Marble Hill, GA for paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks and sealants applications.

Hubercarb® G8 is a high purity, fine ground calcium carbonate produced from a high brightness marble deposit in Georgia for applications that require high brightness or pure tints. Carefully controlled particle distribution allows the material to be used in a wide range of applications including paints, coatings, PVC compounds, rubber and plastics.

Hubercarb® M200 is a medium fine ground calcium carbonate produced from a uniform, high calcium limestone deposit in Marble Falls, Texas. The M200 particle distribution offers a wide range of applications from carpet backing to cleansers, joint compounds to PVC flooring, concrete to oilfield drilling fluids where its low acid insoluble content is useful

MICROCARB NF4 is a product of high degree of whiteness produced from selected natural finest microcrystalline rhombohedra Calcium Carbonate.

Saudi Carbonate SCC PCC 50C - YB The coated grade PCC finds application in Sealants to achieve better rheological qualities due to its ultra fine and uniform particle size distribution. The fatty acid surface treatment improves the dispersion behavior. The products act as a rheological modifier giving slump control.

Shiraishi Kogyo Kaisha Hakuenka CC is our original Ultra-fine precipitated calcium carbonate coated with organic compounds. It was originally developed for reinforcing rubber materials in the early 20th century. Hakuenka CC has 50 nm uniformed ultra-fine particles as primary particle. These particles are surface treated with fatty acid in order to improve dispersion property at mixing stage with organic materials. Hakuenka CC is specially applied for construction application where Silicone & Polysulfide sealants are used. Hakuenka CC is commonly used as other application such as rubber, plastics and so forth.

Lubricarb® Coated Calcium Carbonate is used widely in polymer composites to improve the physical properties, and allow various functionalities and improved workability. At the same time, the cost of the polymer composites can be decreased greatly by replacing the volume of expensive resin with this filler.
