UNI-REZ 2226 polyamide resin is an alcohol soluble type resin that is used for flexographic printing. It has balanced properties making it a good choice for general purpose flexographic surface printing.

UNI-REZ 2940 polyamide resin is a co-solvent type resin which is soluble in alcohols, but typically requires mixtures of aliphatic hydrocarbons and alcohols for gel stability. UNI-REZ 2940 polyamide resin provides fast solvent release and good grease resistance in flexographic / gravure inks for plastic substrates and is especially effective as an overprint lacquer.

UNI-REZ 2294 hot melt polyamide adhesive is a resin based on dimer acid. UNI-REZ 2294 has a moderate softening point and low viscosity which allows for a lower application temperature and fast set.

UNI-REZ 2671 hot melt polyamide adhesive is a resin based on dimer acid. UNI-REZ 2671 hot melt polyamide adhesive has excellent green strength, chemical resistance and adhesion to PVC.

UNI-REZ 147 polyamide resin is an alcohol soluble / co-solvent type resin offering low temperature gel resistance and good compatibility with modifying resins. UNI-REZ 147 polyamide resin offers better blocking and gloss properties than other modified co-solvent types. It has good solvent compatibility, alcohol reducibility and compatibility to nitrocellulose.

UNI-REZ™ thixotropic polyamides provide performance well beyond the capabilities of other competing technologies for controlling the rheology of structured non-drip gloss paints and varnishes. Kraton thixotropic grades are non-reactive polyamide resin for use in thixotropic alkyds.

UNI-REZ 2532 (formerly UNI-REZ E3525) thermoplastic polyamide resin is designed to impart a high degree of thixotropy to alkyd resins. Thixotropy can be achieved by reacting UNI-REZ 2532 with the alkyd resin at temperatures between 210-230°C. UNI-REZ 2532 can be easily processed and achieves its clear point on dilution before attainment of maximum thixotropy. UNI-REZ 2532 forms very strong and rigid thixotropic gels that are resistant to high levels of polar solvents.

LOXIAMID PA6 HS1 IM3 03039 is an injection molding grade of Polyamide 6 resin with excellent impact resistance.

Nylacast Moly is a cast nylon material in which improved crystallization occurs by the addition of Molybdenum Disulphide. On account of this the superficial hardness increases (providing excellent machine ability) and simultaneously the general mechanical and anti-friction properties are improved. Due to the fact that the crystal structure breaks down immediately before the melting temperature is reached, the thermal properties of the material are improved over the basic grade.

UNI-REZ 2632 hot melt polyamide adhesive is a resin based on dimer acid. UNI-REZ 2632 hot melt polyamide adhesive has excellent low temperature flexibility and adhesion to various plastic substrates. The low viscosity and moderate softening point allows for lower application temperatures when used with temperature sensitive substrates.

UNI-REZ 1533 polyamide resin is a co-solvent type resin which is soluble in alcohols, but typically requires mixtures of aliphatic hydrocarbons and alcohols for gel stability. UNI-REZ 1533 polyamide resin provides fast solvent release, good gel resistance, and excellent grease resistance in flexographic / gravure inks for plastic substrates.

UNI-REZ 2228 polyamide resin is a high viscosity, alcohol soluble type resin for use in flexographic printing. Its high molecular weight and fast solvent release makes it ideal for high speed printing and when high chemical and/or abrasion resistance properties are desired.

UNI-REZ 2672 hot melt polyamide adhesive is a resin based on dimer acid. UNI-REZ 2672 hot melt polyamide adhesive has excellent green strength, chemical resistance and adhesion to PVC.

BONTAMIDE 2080 is a resin which has good adhesive properties, resin mortar.

BONTAMIDE 2038 is a standard hardener for epoxy resin, no amine blush after curing.

Nylacast Nylube was introduced into the Nylacast product rangein 1989 as a logical progression to Oilon with already outstanding performance as a bearing material. Since that time, it has proved to be Nylacast’s supreme wear resisting grade and one of the most important developments from Nylacast in new materials. Nylube contains a combined liquid/solid lubricant system which allows for a coefficient of friction as low as 0.08. This is below that of almost any other polymer available at present.

UNI-REZ 2248 polyamide resin is an alcohol soluble type resin for flexographic printing. It has high compatibility with nitrocellulose, excellent gel resistance, and excellent moisture tolerance.
