Hubercarb® Q60 is a medium fine ground calcium carbonate produced at Huber’s Quincy, Illinois plant which is known for its natural uniformity producing consistent purity and brightness. The Q100 particle distribution is used in applications to control mine dust, as a mild abrasive, flue gas desulfurization, traffic paints, and oilfield drilling fluids where its low acid insoluble content is useful.

PIQ-White Premium Filler 70 is a general purpose filler primarily intended for elastomeric compounding. Likely applications in elastomers include footwear, housewares, lawn and garden equipment, recreational equipment, aircraft and automotive parts. Also, the material may be used in some Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) and Bulk Molding Compounds (BMCs) instead of more finely ground fillers. (Available in bagged, super sack or bulk).

BONTAMIDE 2032 is a fast curing standard hardener for epoxy resin.

ZemaSol™ is a VOC-compliant, safe, low toxicity solvent that is an efficient, cost effective alternative to Xylene, Toluene, Parachlorobenzotrifluoride (PCBTF/Oxsol 100®) and Tertiary Butyl Acetate (TBAc).

A unique ground calcium carbonate from a specialty, high purity calcium carbonate and processed at Huber™s largest GCC plant in Quincy, Illinois. Applications for Optifil include coatings, inks, PVC pipe, rubber, plastics, and oilfield drilling fluids where its 99%+ calcium carbonate content yields almost complete acid solubility.

MPD Industries UVP 0600 99 is a difunctional Bisphenol A epoxy acrylate. This product is characterized by its light color and high reactivity.It is mainly contributed by the epoxy resin backbone consisting of Bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin reaction product. The two acrylic groups contribute the excellent UV and EB curing properties.

Micral® AM550 is an ATH ultra fine product designed for thermoplastics, thermoset composites, latex coatings and rubber applications requiring a fine particle size coupled with a narrow particle size distribution. The narrow particle size distribution imparts a low surface area to Micral AM550 which can be important for formulation stability. Micral AM550 provides an economical approach to flame retardant and smoke suppression in applications such as urethane foam, unsaturated polyester resin, PVC, SBR belting, EPDM, EPR, adhesives, coatings, ABS, polyolefins and XLPE.

DOG Chemie Deolink Epoxy TM-100 are reactive bonding and coupling agents which are compatible with a large number of resins, like epoxy, acrylic, urethanes etc. Compared with amino silanes, Deolink Epoxy TE-100 and Deolink Epoxy TM-100 will not cause yellowing and can support the shelf life.

AltroColor EP 2000 Color Pastes are based on a bisphenol A/F resin and have been developed particularly for the coloring of epoxy resin systems. As our AltroColor EP 2000 Color Paste Series are based on a reactive/crosslinkable binder, a full integration into your epoxy resin system is ensured. Therefore, the AltroColor Color Pastes have no or only a little influence on the Shore hardness (depending on the type of hardener/variant used) nor on the other mechanical and chemical properties.AltroColor EP 2018 is oxide black colored.

AG 140 is a low viscosity high reactivity phenalkamine epoxy hardener designed for high solids coatings.

NEVCHEM® 220 is a thermoplastic low molecular weight, C9 hydrocarbon resin produced by catalytic polymerization of mixed aromatic and alicyclic monomers derived from petroleum feedstocks.

AG 141 is a phenalkamine hardener designed for medium-high solids coatings with a workable wide range of pot lives and outstanding blush resistance.

A-S-A® T-20SF are used mainly for paint, calking material or sealing material made of epoxy resin, alkyd resin, polyurethane, chlorinated rubber, Thiokol, butyl rubber and unsaturated polyester resin.

Silquest™ Y-11699 silanes are secondary aminofunctional bis-silanes. This category of silanes is generally useful to consider for a broad range of applications to promote adhesion in coatings, adhesives and sealants between organic polymers and glass, metal, wood or cast plastic substrates.

SB-122 is a coarse, mechanically ground ATH that provides low cost flame retardant and smoke suppression in various plastics and rubber applications. SB-122 is used in applications where low viscosity of highly filled compounds is required. A complete range of surface modifications are available to aid processing and enhance physical properties. These include silanes, stearates and wetting agents. .

Ark® 168F is a low viscosity phenalkamine hardener with improved pot life and fast curing primer coating

Designer Molecules BMI-1500 is an amorphous, low molecular weight bismaleimide oligomer that exhibits good adhesion to a variety of substrates. It can be homo-cured via UV or free radical initiators to form tough, hydrophobic, cross-linked polyimides. The material has excellent low pH hydrolytic resistance and thermal stability. The amorphous nature of this imide-extended BMI allows it to form room-temperature-stable solutions in a variety of free radical reactive diluents. It is soluble in many common solvents such as toluene, xylene, MIBK, etc. .

CreaFill Fibers Corp. Creamix and Createch provides industrial fillers capable of meeting all of a manufacturer’s requirements from lower cost functional fibers to very pure specialized powders. Cellulose fibers are not all the same; Some are superior. CreaMix and CreaTech outperforming the rest.

SB-336 is a medium particle size ATH product that provides low cost flame retardancy and smoke suppression in a variety of applications. The unique particle size is specifically designed for low viscosites, high filler loading levels, and excellent processing characteristics. SB-336 is recommended for spray-up or hand lay-up FRP applications, filament winding, panel production, resin injection, SMC/BMC, foam materials, and cast polyester and epoxy parts.

PIQ-White Filler 300 is a fine sized dry pulverized carbonate filler. Material is available in 50 lb. paper bags, palletized and stretch wrapped, 2000 lb. mini bulk bags or in bulk. Piqua Minerals fillers are available with various average particle sizing for other filler applications.

Kanamoll is a vegetable oil-based light colored secondary plasticizer. ESBO is manufactured from soybean oil through the process of epoxidation. It is been used widely as plasticizer because of high numbers of epoxidized carbon-carbon double bonds. The epoxide group is more reactive due to double bonds, thus making it a good hydrochloric acid scavenger and plasticizer.

AKTISIL PF 777 is a SILLITIN Z 86 coated with alkyle silane.

SB-36 is a ground high whiteness Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) flame retardant with an average median particle size of 25 microns in adhesives, caulks and sealants applications.

SB-432 ATH developed especially for SMC, BMC, resin injection and high solids coatings, has a unique particle size distribution that provides the best possible combination of viscosity, flame, electrical and molding properties that can be derived from an ATH filler. A closely controlled top size with a large super fine faction yields rapid dispersion in resin. Excellent mold flow and wet-out characteristics result in superior surface profile, minimal porosity, even pigmentation, and excellent filler and reinforcement distribution throughout the molded part.

Carefully controlled particle distribution allows the material to be used in a wide range of applications including paints, coatings, adhesives, caulks, plastics, and construction building products.

Defoamer for water-based coating systems, silicone free. SCHWEGO foam 8013 is a highly effective defoamer suitable for water- based systems and adhesives especially for those based on polyurethane and acrylate.

Compro FR-60-P is a safe, non toxic, non halogen, flame retardant in a polyol Consisting of 3000 molecular weight triol with a hydroxyl value of 54-57 mg. It is designed for flexible foams. Other polyols with our flame retardant are also available and can be used on polyester, epoxy, and a variety of other coatings including plastics in aromatic systems. In aliphatic systems, request Compro FR-60-PA. They provide a variety of features for these coatings outside of excelled flame retardancy such as impact strength, flexibility, and water repellency. On saturated polyester resins cured with melamine such as our Compromel, Compro FR-60-P will impart film thickness and greater chemical resistance. In PET coatings it will facilitate cast and mold properties and reduce stress and strain afterwards.

Hubercarb® W3NT is a 3-micron calcium carbonate produced in Quincy, IL containing an extremely low level of crystalline silica content enhanced by a propreitary fatty acid based surface treatment.
