Flytac 191’s is obtained by hydrogenating cracked C5 to achieve high-quality, multi-purpose, water-white thermoplastic hydrocarbon resin. This C5 hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin is mainly used for hot melt adhesives, and hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive tackifiers. It has good thermal stability, low odor, and good compatibility with SIS, APAO, etc.

Dragonsorb® 123 is a light stabilizer with low alkalinity. It is widely used in acrylic resin, polyurethane, sealant, adhesive, rubber, TPE and TPO blends, PVC, polystyrene, polypropylene, and other unsaturated resins. Additionally, as this product reacts in a cross-chain with other ingredients in the paint formula, it is especially recommended for the paint. It has excellent resistance to acid, flame retardant, sulfur, and catalyst residue.

Micron Barytes are micronized from a high purity natural baryte source, originating with high brightness from selected reserves for applications in color masterbatches, acoustic pipes, automotive, etc. Due to its purity, fineness, high specific gravity, and brightness, it exhibits excellent UV stability & sound dampening properties.

Epoxy functional silane used as a coupling agent for unsaturated polyester-fiberglass composites, and for polysulfide/polyurethane caulks & sealants. Silanes are used in a variety of industrial applications. Organofunctional Silanes have an organic functional end group and an alkoxy functional end group which allow the silane to act as a bridge between organic materials and inorganic substrates. The organic functional group is matched to the resin system while the alkoxy group provides the reactive site for crosslinking. Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ H1221 is specially designed as a modifier to increase flexibility of polypropylene (PP). Its excellent compatibility makes H1221 ultra-finely dispersed into PP. PP and H1221 blends provide transparent PP sheets and films with excellent flexibility and resistance to hazing or whitening on bending. The excellent adhesion is suitable for the use of adhesive layer of protective films with hot-melt and pressure sensitive characteristics. H1221 meets USP Class Ⅵ standards. It may be used for medical applications after a special agreement with Asahi Kasei.

Intuchar® TAC119 is our innovative new Triazine Carbonific Flame Retardant “ IntuChar TAC 119 ” is proven by customer to be an effective Charbon agent to replace PENTA system. “IntuChar® TAC 119” solve some problems of intumescet system in polymer like: low stability, water solubility and migration etc. “IntuChar® TAC 119” are recommended to blend with “ammonium Polyphosphate” to form a Phosphorus-Nitrogen Synergism.

Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ H1521 is particularly designed as a modifier to increase flexibility of polypropylene (PP). Its excellent compatibility makes H1521 super-finely dispersed into PP. PP and H1521 blends provides transparent and flexible extruded products such as sheets, films and tubes. The blends are also applicable to injection molding due to its high MFR. It has excellent adhesion, which is suitable for the use of adhesive layer of protective films with hot-melt and pressure sensitive characteristics. H1521 meets USP Class Ⅵ standards. It may be used for medical applications after a special agreement with Asahi Kasei.

The Micronized Products Mica 325# range of products are obtained as a co-product from the pegmatite ore at our mining operation situated in the Limpopo Province in South Africa. After separation the Mica is delaminated, screened, milled and classified to specific size specifications.

Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ H1052 shows moderate adhesion and is good for adhesive layer of protective films by multi-layer extruding process or easy peel films. It is also used as an impact modifier of polypropylene (PP). Its excellent stretch property provides stretch films such as food wrapping film.

Polymer Tailoring NP is our most technically advanced additive, a fully formulated one-shot intumescent flame retardant. Set apart by its high thermal stability, NP is the flame-retardant additive of choice for PP, PE, HDPE, EVA, EBA, EEA, etc., whilst also very effective in paints, mastics, coatings, sealants and adhesives. We are working towards achieving REACH registration for NP in 2018.

Exflam APP 203 is a melamine resin coated. It is equivalent to Exolit AP 750 Clariant. The coated APP grade provides significant improvements in terms of material processability and performances, like better thermal stability, low water solubility.

Asahi Kasei Tuftec™ P5051 is a selectively hydrogenated polymer. It is used as a compatibilizer of PS and PP blends or as an impact modifier of GPPS, HIPS and PPE.
