FloraRez® DR115 polymerized rosin is produced by the partial dimerization of gum rosin. This catalytic polymerization process results in an elevated softening point while maintaining the acid functionality of rosin. This resin is pale, thermoplastic, crystallization-resistant, and less prone to oxidation than unmodified rosin. The high acid functionality promotes specific adhesion to a variety of substrates.

V-TAC™ 5951 dispersion is an aqueous, 50% solids, solvent-free anionic dispersion based on an aliphatic hydrocarbon resin compatible with the following latexes: acrylic, styrene-butadiene rubber, neoprene and natural rubber. V-TAC™ 5951 enhances adhesion to polyolefin substrates and is highly resistant to acids and alkalis. SYLVATAC RE 98 rosin ester is an economical pentaerythritol ester of tall oil rosin. This rosin ester is a broadly compatible tackifier. This is a versatile product for any application that can tolerate a slightly higher formulation color.

SYLVATAC RE 25 rosin ester is a low softening point ester of tall oil rosin with good stability and mild odor. This liquid tackifier has wide compatibility, allowing it to be used in many adhesive systems, particularly where better wetting or low temperature tack is required.

Shiraishi Kogyo Kaisha Hakuenka CC is our original Ultra-fine precipitated calcium carbonate coated with organic compounds. It was originally developed for reinforcing rubber materials in the early 20th century. Hakuenka CC has 50 nm uniformed ultra-fine particles as primary particle. These particles are surface treated with fatty acid in order to improve dispersion property at mixing stage with organic materials. Hakuenka CC is specially applied for construction application where Silicone & Polysulfide sealants are used. Hakuenka CC is commonly used as other application such as rubber, plastics and so forth.

Calsol 8240 DLC-A is a dispersion of naphthenic process oil on silicon dioxide. It is compatible with synthetic elastomers and their additives. Calsol 8240 DLC-A exhibits a balance of properties that make it the preferred choice for non-rubber applications as well. For example; resin extending, PVC, textiles, caulking compounds and other applications.

When compounded in Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) hot melt adhesives it provides excellent color stability when compared with other tackifiers of its type.

SYLVATAC RE 5S liquid rosin ester has broad compatibility with polymers used in flooring and construction applications. With an optimized mixture of resins and plasticizers, SYLVATAC RE 5S can be used as a self-emulsifying blend for water-based acrylic polymers.
