VIVAPUR® HPMC K15M is a high viscosity hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in powder form. It is solvable in water and forms a reversible gel above a specific gelling temperature. VIVAPUR® HPMC K15M can also be used to increase tack and form transparent and flexible films which show oil barrier properties. VIVAPUR® HPMC K15M is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. VIVAPUR® Alginate FD 127 is a sodium alginate in form of a brown fine granule. With the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+) it can be used to form gels or biobased and transparent films, which provide oil and oxygen barrier properties. VIVAPUR® Pectin LA-S20 VIS-YA is a water solvable amidated pectin in form of a beige powder. It can be used to form a thermo-reversable gel or bio-based transparent coatings with oil and oxygen barrier properties upon the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+). VIVAPUR® Pectin LA-S20 VIS-YA is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. VIVAPUR® Pectin HS RV is a water solvable pectin with a high degree of methoxylation in form of a beige powder.
