KURARAY POVAL™ 27-96 by Kuraray is a medium hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. It exhibits good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity. It is used as an adhesive promoter. It provides good cohesion and adhesion to fibers, fillers and pigments. This grade is used in postage stamps and labels. It is designed for modification of emulsion adhesives and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 27-96 can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology.

Silquest™ A-1110 silane, a primary amino silane, is a candidate for use as an adhesion promoter in silane modified urethane (SPUR* prepolymer), filled silicone, epoxy and 2 part urethane adhesives and sealants.

KURARAY POVAL™ 40-80 E by Kuraray is an odorless polyvinyl alcohol manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is a water-soluble, partially saponified polymer. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. It is designed for use in remoistenable paper adhesives. KURARAY POVAL™ 40-80 E conforms to EU Directive 67/548/EC.

Akuacure W3000 is a Per fluorine modified Water Dispersible Blocked isocyanateused and used as 1K Baking system Adhesive, Paint and coating.

Akuacure 4000N is a Anti-yellowing Water dispersible Polyisocyanate used in Adhesive, Paint and coating.

Nanjing Capatue Chemical Epoxy Silanes SCA-E87E is an epoxy functional silane suitable for use as adhesion promoters in polysulfide, urethane, epoxy and acrylic caulks sealants and adhesives.

BONDiT™ C-52 is an all-around general purpose, one-part primer, adhesion promoter and adhesive with moderate chemical resistance for metals, glass & ceramics, thermoplastics and thermoset polymers. BONDiT™ C-52 offers a wide range of capabilities for promoting single coat chemical bonding between coatings, sealants and adhesives of very diverse properties to mineral and polymer substrates. It is especially useful as a primer and adhesion promoter for injection molding to metal and glass with polyethylene, polypropylene and polyolefins in general, PPS, PVC, PBT, ABS, polysulfone, polystyrene, polyamide (nylon 6 and 66), polyamide-imide, polyimide, polyvinylbutyral, melamine, polycarbonate, polyester, polyether, phenolic, and epoxy, with molding temperatures up to 328°C/622°F.

Silquest™ A-Link 599 silane is a thiocarboxylate functional silane adhesion promoter that has low odor, low volatility and low mercapto reactivity until the thiocarboxylate is activated during application of the adhesive or sealant. Silquest™ A-Link 599 silane is a blocked mercaptosilane, wherein the octanoyl group blocks the sulfurfunctional part of the molecule. The octanoyl group gives improved solubility in many resin systems. It eliminates the usual mercapto odor during formulation, storage and initial application of a sealant. It further prevents the reaction or deactivation of the mercap- to group with tin and platinum catalysts. Finally, in the sealant application step, the octanoyl-blocking group hydrolyzes to give a reactive mercaptosilane that bonds between the resin and substrate.

KURARAY POVAL™ 17-94 by Kuraray is a water-soluble, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) defoamed grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It exhibits high molecular weight, good cohesion, good adhesion to fibers, fillers and pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 17-94 is recommended for the modification of emulsion adhesives.

Capatue™ Isocyanato Silanes SCA-Y25E is unique isocyanate functional silane. The isocyanate functionality exhibits the typical reactivity of an alkyl isocyanate and will react with most reactive hydrogen containing compounds. The silane portion of these products can then crosslink with each other or be used to adhere to a variety of substrates.

This silane is especially useful in sulfur-cured and metal oxide-cured elastomers. It can be used as a pretreatment on minerals or added at the time of compounding.Improvement in mineral-filled elastomer properties, including modulus, tensile and tear strength, heat buildup, abrasion resistance, resilience, compression set and cure time may be achieved with Silquest™ A-189 silane (gamma-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane).

KR® 238S contains Titanium IV ethylenediolato, bis(dioctyl)pyrophosphato-O, bis(triethyl)amine salt.

The AMPARMOR® 2000 series is a uniquely engineered microcapsule containing a patented blend of healing agent based on epoxy functionalized polymers, co-crosslinking agents/enhancers and adhesion promoters. These microcapsules are designed for coating applications where coating self-healing is needed for extended coating durability. The AMPARMOR® 2000 series is recommended for use in solvent-based, water-based and powder coatings, and is compatible with most coating resin types including epoxy, polyester, polyurethane and acrylic systems.

Deolink Mercapto TM-100 and Deolink MX-100 are predominantly coupling agents for sulfur cured rubber and polyurethane systems. Deolink MX-100 is a blocked mercaptosilane with a lower odor and longer pot life.

It provides high cohesion & toughness, low electrostatic charging and re-dissolving capacity of the dried film in water. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. KURARAY POVAL™ 15-99 is designed for use in pressure sensitive adhesive labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC.

PHOTOMER® 4703 is a proprietary UV/EB curable monoacrylate with low viscosity. It is designed for use in laminating adhesives, etch-resist inks for printed circuit boards, negative photoresists and OPV's for paper and films.

KURARAY POVAL™ 8-88 S2 is recommended for the modification of emulsion adhesives.

Silquest™ A-151 silane (vinyltriethoxysilane) is a general-purpose coupling agent used with mineral-filled polyolefin and elastomeric compounds. Silquest™ A-151 silane can be added as a monomer during emulsion polymerization to form silane-modified latexes that function as crosslinkers, forming very stable Si-O-Si linkages.

KURARAY POVAL™ 49-88 S2 is polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade by Kuraray. It is used as an adhesive promoter. It is suitable for modification of emulsion adhesives and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 49-88 S2 can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. It is used in postage stamps and labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC regulation. It can be stored for 12 months.

KURARAY POVAL™ 5-74 LLA by Kuraray is a water-soluble, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It exhibits high molecular weight, good cohesion and low ash (sodium acetate) content. It shows good adhesion to fibers-, fillers- and pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 5-74 LLA is recommended for adhesive for flooring webs, PSA labels and in remoistenable adhesives which are employed mainly in the paper processing industry, films applications.

KURARAY POVAL™ 23-88 CM by Kuraray is polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade modified with cationic monomer. It exhibits good affinity to cellulose such as pulp & cotton and high adhesion strength to hydrophobic substances. KURARAY POVAL™ 23-88 CM is recommended for use in adhesives.
