PHOTOMER® 4173 is a proprietary UV/EB curable acrylate oligomer of low functionality and low viscosity. Designed primarily for use in etch-resist inks for printed circuit board manufacture, it can be readily formulated into a UV curable screen ink which exhibits good scratch resistance and improved stripping characteristics.

Deolink EH 269 is a synergistic combination of hydrophobing agent and organofunctional silane [3-(2,3-Epoxypropoxy)propyl]trimethoxysilane.

KURARAY POVAL™ 6-88 by Kuraray is a polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) having varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is notable for its good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity because PVAs have such good cohesion and good adhesion to fibers, fillers as well as pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ 6-88 is used in a similar manner as natural products such as casein as well as starch and its degraded derivatives (for example dextrin) as raw material for the production of aqueous adhesive solution. In comparison to dextrin and casein it has the advantage of a more uniform chemical structure and greater adhesion, being obtained with minimum raw material requirements. It features water-solubility, excellent film forming characteristics, high tensile strength and elasticity, as well as resistance against organic solvents and dispersing power. For the modification of aqueous adhesives its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, increase of the setting speed and influence on the rheology. It is biodegradable and recyclable. KURARAY POVAL™ 6-88 is used in producing silicon base paper that are further used as release paper for PSA labels and also in remoistenable adhesives which are employed mainly in the paper processing industry, films applications.

Capatue™ Epoxy Silanes SCA-E87M 99% is an epoxy functional silane suitable for use as adhesion promoters in polysulfide, urethane, epoxy and acrylic caulks sealants and adhesives.

KURARAY POVAL™ 28-98 S2 is polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade by Kuraray. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is used as an adhesive promoter. It is suitable for modification of emulsion adhesives and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 28-98 S2 can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. It is used in postage stamps and labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC regulation. The recommended shelf life is 12 months.

Kuraray Poval™ LM-10HD by Kuraray is an ultra-low saponified polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. This grade is water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is used as an adhesive promoter. It is suitable for modification of emulsion adhesives and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. It is used in postage stamps and labels. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ LM-10 HD can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. It can be stored for 12 months. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC regulation.

BONDiT™ C-6 is an all-around general purpose, one-part primer, adhesion promoter and adhesive with moderate chemical resistance for metals, glass & ceramics, thermoplastics and thermoset polymers. BONDiT™ C-6 offers a wide range of capabilities for promoting single coat chemical bonding between coatings, sealants and adhesives of very diverse properties to mineral and polymer substrates. It is used as a primer coat for other BONDiT™ coatings and encapsulants.

KURARAY POVAL™ 23-88 EE by Kuraray is partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade. It exhibits good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity. It provides good cohesion and adhesion to fibers, fillers and pigments. It is suitable for modification of emulsion and remoistenable adhesives in the paper processing industry. It is used as an adhesive promoter. Aqueous solution of KURARAY POVAL™ 23-88 EE can be added to polymer emulsion which is already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol to extend the open time, increase setting speed and influence the rheology. It is recommended for use in postage stamps and labels.

KURARAY POVAL™ 3-80 (Old name: PVA 403) by Kuraray is polyvinyl alcohol with colloid-chemical and excellent film-forming properties, and a high tensile strength. KURARAY POVAL™ 3-80 is used as a component of remoistenable adhesives, e.g. for postage stamps. In addition, the polymers are highly elastic and resistant to heat and organic solvents. Above all, the range of applications is based on the chemical properties, especially on the reactivity of the numerous hydroxyl groups with substances such as reactive resins, aldehydes and other reactive compounds.

KR® 238J contains Titanium IV bis(dioctyl)pyrophosphato-O, ethylenediolato, (adduct) 2 moles of 2-methylpropenoamido-N active amine.

KURARAY POVAL™ 18-88 S2 by Kuraray is a water-soluble, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It exhibits high molecular weight, good cohesion, good adhesion to fibers-, fillers- and pigments. It provides extension of the open time, increase of the setting speed and influence on the rheology. KURARAY POVAL™ 18-88 S2 is recommended for the modification of emulsion adhesives.

DOG Chemie Deolink Vinyl-100 (Tris[2-methoxyethoxy]vinylsilane) and Deolink Vinyl TE-100 (Triethoxyvinylsilane) are used to improve the physical properties of peroxide cured compounds and to establish a chemical link between rubber and light active filler. By the use of Deolink Vinyl-100 and Deolink Vinyl TE-100, the wet electrical properties can be optimized, which is of relevance for the cable industry. Deolink Vinyl TE-100, as opposed to Deolink Vinyl-100, does not develop toxic methoxyethanol during processing.

Silquest™ A-1120N(beta-aminoethyl) gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxy-silane is diamino func tional silanes that may be used over a broad range of applications. They are used to promote the adhesion of amino-reactive resins such as silicone, silylated polyurethane, two-part urethanes and two-part epoxies to inorganic surfaces, plastic surfaces, and inorganic fillers or reinforcements.

KURARAY POVAL™ 30-75 by Kuraray is a biodegradable and recyclable polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) having varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It is notable for its good bonding strength and pigment binding capacity because PVAs have good cohesion property. It shows good adhesion to fibers, fillers and pigments. It features excellent film forming characteristics, high tensile strength and elasticity, as well as resistance against organic solvents and dispersing power. Capatue™ Epoxy Silanes SCA-E86M is a versatile epoxy functional organosilane possessing a reactive organic epoxide and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. The dual nature of its reactivity allows SCA-E86M to bind chemically to both inorganic materials (e. g. glass, metals, fillers) and organic polymers (e. g. thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers), thus functioning as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent and/or surface modifier.

KURARAY POVAL™ 25-88 KL by Kuraray is a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) specialty grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It has a good affinity to hydrophobic substances such as polyester, polystyrene etc. as well as a good water solubility. KURARAY POVAL™ 25-88 KL is recommended for adhesives.

The range of applications is based on the chemical properties, especially on the reactivity of the numerous hydroxyl groups with substances such as reactive resins, aldehydes and other reactive compounds. Used as a component of remoistenable adhesives, e.g. for postage stamps, partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol grades ensure that the adhesive strength is not impaired even in fluctuating air humidity. Exhibits specific colloid-chemical and excellent film-forming properties, and a high tensile strength.

KURARAY POVAL™ L-508W by Kuraray is a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) specialty grade manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. Exhibits high molecular weight, good cohesion, good adhesion to fibers-, fillers- and pigments. KURARAY POVAL™ L-508W is recommended for adhesive and suspending agent for PVC suspension polymerization.

KURARAY POVAL™ 60-98 (formerly KURARAY POVAL™ PVA-203) by Kuraray is a fully hydrolyzed, odorless, water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol. It is manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. Shows varying degree of polymerization and hydrolysis. Its aqueous solution can be added to polymer emulsions already stabilized with polyvinyl alcohol which affects the extension of the open time, setting speed and rheology. Exhibits good penetration capacity and good adhesion properties. Offers high cohesion & toughness, low electrostatic charging and re-dissolving capacity of the dried film in water. KURARAY POVAL™ 60-98 is designed for use in pressure sensitive adhesive labels. Complies with EU Directive 67/548/EC.

KURARAY POVAL™ 3-86 SD by Kuraray is a water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) specialty grade. It is manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate.
