CRA® EM 460 is a highly efficient controlled-release additive specifically developed for adjusting the release force of silicone emulsion-based DEHESIVE® systems. It is used in conjunction with coating polymers like DEHESIVE® EM 427 or DEHESIVE® EM 428 to create release coatings. The resulting system is designed for pressure-sensitive adhesive release applications and is compatible with papers of different porosities and films. The cure is achieved through a vinyl addition chemistry mechanism.

RELEASE K 100 DM is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in a 100% solid form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting point, coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber or acrylic adhesives. It has a very good solubility in aromatic solvents (toluene, xylene). RELEASE K 100 DM is produced by a particular polymerization tecnique avoiding heavy metals catalysts. The product does not contain silicone compounds.

RELEASE KF 100 H is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting points (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It can also be used with hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives, if the chilling roll is well cooled. The product is silicone-free.

RELEASE KB 100 A is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in a 100% solid powder form. When in solution, it is a very efficient release agent for polyolefins and substrates with low melting point (PE, PP, PVC, PET), coated with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and/or acrylic adhesives. It is not recommended for hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesives. The product does not contain silicone components.

Silibase SR-6202S MQ Silicone Resin is a very unique silicone high molecular polysiloxane compound with a tight spherical structure with a two-layer structure. Since the introduction of the vinyl group imparts excellent hydrosilylation properties, it has excellent heat resistance, film formability, adhesion, water repellency, aging resistance, and ultraviolet radiation resistance. SilibaseSR-6202S Liquid MQ Silicone Resin can be used as a tackifier for silicone pressure sensitive adhesives, architectural sealants, organic resin coatings, etc., mobile phone buttons, epoxy adhesive bonding, etc.

Non-polar, low molecular Polyethylene wax

Hitac Adhesives and Coatings RA-44W is a water based release coating, a low adhesion backside (LAB), designed for tapes with paper a substrate.

RELEASE ST6 DRY is a dry blend of synthetic resins, soluble in toluene/isopropyl alcohol. When applied on the backside of corona treated and untreated polyolephinic films, the product allows to obtain a good printability together with a good releasing effect. Primer is not necessary. The adhesive tape can be printed directly with polyamidic inks, with a one step process.

Marcus Oil and Chemical M300 is a low molecular weight polyethylene wax which comes in in liquid, pastille, flake and powder form for convenience of use.

Hitac Adhesives and Coatings RA-33W is a second generation water based release agent used in a variety of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes including OPP packaging tapes and polyethylene-backed diaper fastening tapes with adhesives based on SIS block copolymers, SBR and natural rubber.

RELEASE PP 25 S is a polyvinyl carbamate in xylene solution. It is heavy metals free.

RELEASE PP 25 ECO DIL. 0,8 is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution. It does not contain aromatic solvents.

CERETAN® A 70 is a Ethylene-bis-Stearamide- wax [EBS]. This product is used as a release and antiblocking agent for Polyolefin- flow distribution, internal lubricant- and antiblocking agent.

PRINTABLE RELEASE COAT FOR DOUBLE CORONA TREATED POLYOLEPHYNIC ADHESIVE TAPES RELEASE ST1 is an heterogeneous solution of synthetic resins in alcoholic/aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.

RELEASE W40 G2 is a water-borne release agent, based on acrylic polymers containing additional special releasing agents.

RELEASE W 40 S is a water-based release agent based on synthetic SBR polymers added with releasing agents.

RELEASE PP 25 K DIL.2,5 is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution.

RELEASE K 20 DL is a release agent dissolved in toluene.

Hitac Adhesives and Coatings RA-23S is a high total solids solution of a polyurethane release agent in a recoverable solvent. It offers significant improvements over other release agents, such as PVODC.
