Oppanol® B 12 SFN is used in the manufacturing of adhesives, sealants, lubricating oils, coating compounds, and chewing gum. It consists of medium-molecular-weight polyisobutenes, which are soluble in aliphatic, aromatic, cyclic, and halogenated hydrocarbons. Their solvation tendency increases with the length of the hydrocarbon chain.

Alcogum SL 117 is an acrylate-based emulsion copolymer supplied at 30% active solids in water. DeCAL PS 14 rheology modifier allows the paint formulator to adjust medium and high shear viscosities to improve tool load, film build and brush drag. In order to obtain the best balance of flow and sag resistance it can be used in combination with other thickeners, of natural or synthetic origins.

DeCAL DeCAL 1105+ is a new acrylic copolymer emulsion in water. This medium molecular weight hydrophobic polymer provides a rheological control effect through extensive swelling and association in alkaline conditions, providing film building and leveling. For interior and exterior matte and semi-gloss paints, this product improves flow and leveling performance, sag resistance, and anti-settling. It also results in much less spattering in paints applied by roller.

DeCAL 1006 is a carboxylated acrylic copolymer emulsion suitable for waterborne systems. It is highly effective in producing stable viscosity response between pH 6.5 to 10. DeCAL 1006 is recommended for use in textured coatings, construction adhesives, paints, plasters, and wood stains. It is easy to handle and can be incorporated at most manufacturing steps.

Texicryl® 13-308 is an alkali soluble emulsion designed as a thickener for water-based formulations. It can be used in the formulation of ceramic tile adhesives, paints, waterborne coating systems and for use in EN 12004-1and2: 2017 D1 CTAs, a wide range of building adhesives and highly filled coatings.

DeCAL 1201 is a powder-grade rheological control additive that can be used in a wide range of water-based systems. The product is designed to disperse and rapidly wet out in aqueous systems. Alternatively, the product can be incorporated into powder blends and formulations.

MIN-U-GEL 400 is a hydrous magnesium aluminum silicate with gelling and rheological properties used to thicken and stabilize aqueous systems. MIN-U-GEL® 400 can be used alone or in conjunction with associative thickeners where a low shear thixotrope is needed to support the high shear thixotropy of the associative thickener. MIN-U-GEL® 400 was developed especially with controlled properties specifically to function as a binder during the production of molecular sieves.

Falgel® 90 is a fine particle size colloidal clay for use in aqueous coatings. It provides excellent syneresis control, superior anti-settling properties, sag control, and reduces roller splatter.

AL FS-900 is hydrophilic fumed silica surface treated with dimethyldichlorosilane (DMDS) to make it hydrophobic. Fumed silica’s unique manufacturing process produces a very high purity type of silica with nano size primary particles, a fluffy white powder that is an amorphous and colloidal form of silica. These characteristics impart a wide range of benefits to formulations from thickening and reinforcement to free flow and anti-settling. In addition the treatment imparts added water repellency, corrosion resistance, as well as thickening of complex liquid systems.

Andifil AS 200 is a medium surface fumed silica which imparts a significant increase in viscosity in liquid systems, free flow of powders and reinforcement of silicone and organic rubbers.

DISPARLON® NS-30 is a patented blend of polyolefin with amide in xylene in paste form. This product effectively prevents sagging and settling of solvent-based coatings including those containing anti-corrosive pigments at high concentrations. NS-30 has little effect on viscosity, while still imparting strong anti-sagging/anti-settling properties.

Zhejiang Hongyu New Materials HY-758Y Organic Bentonite is a thickening rheological additive improved from HY-708Y. It has the characteristics of high coagulation efficiency and thixotropy, easy to disperse, and small fineness. Suitable for low and medium polarity systems. HY-758Y products correspond to foreign products such as SD-1, and are widely used in paint, ink, sealant, oil field drilling, grease and other fields.

West System 403-28 Microfibers, 20 oz is a fine fiber blend. Use it to thicken epoxy blended resin/hardener and create a multi-purpose adhesive. It’s most popular use is for bonding wood. Epoxy thickened with microfibers has good gap-filling qualities but will still do an excellent job of wetting-out/penetrating into wood fibers. You can blend it into any WEST SYSTEM 105 Resin/20X Hardener combination, G/flex Epoxy 650, or G/5 Five-Minute Adhesive. Blended with epoxy, it will cure to an off-white color.

HT-C919 is insoluble in water, dispersed in solvents but expandable in the case of water to form a colloid to achieve the ideal thickening touch and anti-flow hanging effect. HT-C919 is a new type of organic bentonite active thickening anti-sink rheummeler adapted to the current market environment by special materials and processes, the product adapts widely, and has obvious advantages over conventional organic bentonite.

The presence of Deuteron VT 819 prevents the settling of pigments/extenders and the separation of the liquid phases during the storage in aqueous systems such as emulsion paints and plasters. The applicability of the paints will be improved. Deuteron VT 819 is compatible with most binders and thickeners which are customary in the paint industry.Deuteron VT 819 is fully soluble in water and mixtures of organic liquids with a water proportion of at least 60 %. The product has no tendency to form lumps. Solutions can be produced with a simple stirrer. The use of a high shear rate is not necessary.
