Tinuvin® 292is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) developed specifically for coatings. SHIKOH™ UT-7792 is a bio-based urethane acrylate oligomer. (Development product) Its biomass degree is 71% while its mechanical properties are the same as a non-biomass grade UV-3300B, with higher elongation and very soft rubbery elasticity suitable for using UV-curable adhesives for electronics devices. EBECRYL® 741 is an adhesion-promoting resin with excellent pigment dispersion properties, specifically formulated for radiation-curable screen inks. It is labeled as bisphenol A-free, solvent-free, and VOC-free, contributing to a low carbon footprint (PCF). The applications of EBECRYL® 741 extend across various printing methods, including textile manufacturing, other packaging coatings, digital printing, electrophotography and electrostatic printing, flexography, gravure printing, inkjet printing, letterpress, offset and lithographic printing, screen printing, thermal transfer printing, and other printing applications.

EBECRYL® 812 is a radiation-curable coating presented as a clear liquid. Recognized for its low carbon footprint, this product stands out for being solvent-free and voc-free. Tailored for multiple markets, including adhesives and sealants, industrial applications, and printing and packaging, it serves diverse needs. Specifically, it finds its role in areas such as case and carton sealing, tape and label adhesives, and flexography ink applications on substrates like paper and plastics.

Bomar BR-3042 is an aromatic polyether urethane diacrylate designed for UV adhesive applications. Cured films of BR-3042 and monofunctional monomers result in soft, highly elongative, tacky systems ideal for use in UV pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA), or UV-curable laminating adhesives.

EBECRYL® 373 is a brown paste additive specifically designed to minimize the misting of UV/EB curable offset inks. Typically, 3 to 5% of this additive is incorporated into the formulated ink. While it is preferably added during the grinding stage, it can also be introduced during the letdown process. EBECRYL® 373 is a paste that falls under the category of radiation-curable coatings and is specifically used as an additive for offset inks. This product addresses the challenge of misting in UV/EB curable offset inks, contributing to enhanced performance in printing applications.

The Sunspheres™ 200 Nm ST- 3 are surface treated*, optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for optimum dispersion in coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. Cured films show enhanced physical and mechanical properties including increased corrosion resistance, reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, and enhanced surface qualities such as mar and scratch resistance. This product is particularly useful in improving impact resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from 50 to 500 nm.

Bomar™ BRC-843 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate which can be formulated to be used in heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. The resulting tough film makes an effective, non-yellowing, protective single-coating that extends the substrates use-life. The low water absorption and alkaline resistance make this oligomer perfect for the following industries: aerospace, appliance, automotive, cosmetic, electronic, industrial, medical device, metal finishing, and UV-curable inks & coatings. BRC-843 exhibits retention of mechanical properties after exposure to high temperatures (200oC for 30 minutes). In addition to the adhesion properties listed in the table below, BRC-843 also shows excellent adhesion to ABS, PVC, PMMA, and Polystyrene. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

S-368-N5T is a stable water dispersible grade of synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 93 – 106°C. S-368 N5T imparts lubricity, abrasion resistance and anti-blocking properties to aqueous-based systems. It also has been used successfully in laminating adhesives to improve die-cutting performance.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

A methacrylato functional organic adhesion promoter synthesized using a STABILIZED BIMETAL PRECURSOR. The product is supplied in a solvent carrier consisting of propylene glycol to aid in rapid dispersion and solubilization of the active component in polymer matrices.

PUREsorb 292 is a liquid hindered amine light stabilizer developed especially for coatings. The almost pure mixture of Bis (1, 2, 2, 6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl) sebacate and Methyl 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidyl sebacate keeps the product liquid even at room temperature. The efficiency of PUREsorb 292 provides significantly extended lifetime to coatings by minimizing paint defects such as loss of gloss and cracking.

EBECRYL® 525 is a modified polyester resin expertly diluted with 40% tripropyleneglycol diacrylate. This product is particularly well-suited for applications in laminating adhesives, contributing to effective bonding between materials like paper/aluminum, paper/LDPE, and paper/polypropylene, among others. Additionally, EBECRYL® 525 finds recommendations for use in screen ink vehicles, providing good inter-coat adhesion, and as an adherable primer coating on metals. Its attributes include faster cycle time, low-temperature curing, low energy consumption, and long pot life, making it a good choice for radiation-curable coatings.

EBECRYL® 765 is an acrylic oligomer diluted with 40% 1,6 hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA) and tripropyleneglycol diacrylate (TPGDA) monomers (20% by weight each). This resin is crafted to enhance adhesion to challenging substrates. The resin finds applications in various sectors, including construction adhesives, other building and construction applications, and sealants and caulk. Additionally, it is utilized in textile manufacturing, other packaging coatings, and overprint varnishes in radiation-curable coating applications.

Optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica microspheres specially engineered for paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These microspheres increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion and impact resistance, and enhance surface qualities including mar and scratch resistance. The Sunspheres™ 15.0 have a median particle size of approximately 15.0 microns, with 90% of particles passing 45 microns.

Optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica microspheres specially engineered for optimum dispersion in paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These microspheres increase corrosion and impact resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including mar and scratch resistance. Ideally suited for specialty applications where mechanical and rheological properties are required. Median particle size of 3 to 4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 92% passing 22 microns.

EBECRYL® 8413 is a radiation-curable coating with a hazy tan liquid appearance. This versatile formulation finds application in areas such as building envelopes, architectural coatings, electronics packaging, and specialty coatings. Specifically tailored for compatibility with plastics, it is particularly suited for consumer electronics, sports and fashion, and various other specialized applications.

PHOTOMER® 4149 is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low skin irritancy and excellent crosslinking reactivity. In comparison to other trifunctional acrylates, it is an unusually effective reactive diluent with excellent solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics in radiation curable formulations based on epoxy, polyurethane, and polyester oligomers.

Designer Molecules U-835 is a urethane resin functionalized with an acrylate and a methacrylate. This low viscosity urethane makes it an ideal candidate for a base resin in an adhesive formulation. The urethane linkages help to form a very tough cross-linked film with excellent adhesion on a variety of substrates including metal, polyimide, silicon, and ceramic. The acrylate/methacrylates curable ends make it ideal for both thermal cure via peroxides or UV cure through photo initiators.

MM-304 is a liquid mono-functional methacrylate monomer. It has similar properties as Isobornyl Methacrylate (IBOMA) when polymerized but with lower weight loss on cure. It has a mild, pleasant odor. MM-304 has good resistance to hydrolysis.

Silquest™ A-1110 silane, a primary amino silane, is a candidate for use as an adhesion promoter in silane modified urethane (SPUR* prepolymer), filled silicone, epoxy and 2 part urethane adhesives and sealants.

PHOTOMER® 6009 is a proprietary, non yellowing, aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer of low viscosity eliminates the need to melt out the oligomer prior to use. PHOTOMER® 6009 is an excellent film former and it exhibits excellent light stability and outstanding haze, scratch and abrasion resistance.

AKTIFIT VM is a SILFIT Z 91 coated with vinyl functional silane.

Bisomer® PEA6 is a hydroxyl functional methacrylate monomer.

Omnirad 4265 is a highly effective liquid photoinitiator blend, used for UV-polymerisation of suitable resins. Omnirad 4265 is easily incorporated into waterborne formulations.

Zeeospheres Ceramics N-200PC is unique dark gray-colored, fine particle size, high-strength microspheres. It is opaque to visible light, but transparent to UV light. The product is typically to reduce VOC levels, increase filler loadings, improve hardness, and add burnish, scrub and abrasion resistance to a variety of coating formulations. It is typically used when color is not important in the applications.

PHOTOMER® 6210 is a proprietary, non-yellowing aliphatic urethane developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer with very low viscosity provides excellent light stability, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and flexibility. The low viscosity of this urethane acrylate allows formulators wide formulating latitude, permits high oligomer content or lower formulation viscosities. Also this oligomer exhibits low odor, good cure speed and excellent adhesion to various plastic and metal substrates.

PHOTOMER® 4703 is a proprietary UV/EB curable monoacrylate with low viscosity. It is designed for use in laminating adhesives, etch-resist inks for printed circuit boards, negative photoresists and OPV's for paper and films.
