It acts as an anti-freezing agent, dispersant, wetting agent and freeze-thaw (FT) stabilizer in premium-grade waterborne latex paints and adhesive systems. Ethylan EF-60 can be used to replace propylene glycol, PEG and EG in these formulations to meet regulatory requirements without compromising on processability and other latex binder performance. Kanamoll 650 is a vegetable oil-based light colored secondary plasticizer. ESBO is manufactured from soybean oil through the process of epoxidation. It is been used widely as plasticizer because of high numbers of epoxidized carbon-carbon double bonds. The epoxide group is more reactive due to double bonds, thus making it a good hydrochloric acid scavenger and plasticizer.

It was originally developed for reinforcing rubber materials in the early 20th century. Hakuenka CC has 50 nm uniformed ultra-fine particles as primary particle. These particles are surface treated with fatty acid in order to improve dispersion property at mixing stage with organic materials. Hakuenka CC is specially applied for construction application where Silicone & Polysulfide sealants are used. Hakuenka CC is commonly used as other application such as rubber, plastics and so forth.

BYK-152 is a Ammonium polyacrylate-based dispersing additive for pigment stabilization in aqueous emulsion paints and emulsion adhesives.The additive is only available in the North American market. In other regions please use BYK-154 instead, which differs only with respect to the non-volatile content.
