Bomar™ BRC-843 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate which can be formulated to be used in heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. The resulting tough film makes an effective, non-yellowing, protective single-coating that extends the substrates use-life. The low water absorption and alkaline resistance make this oligomer perfect for the following industries: aerospace, appliance, automotive, cosmetic, electronic, industrial, medical device, metal finishing, and UV-curable inks & coatings. BRC-843 exhibits retention of mechanical properties after exposure to high temperatures (200oC for 30 minutes). In addition to the adhesion properties listed in the table below, BRC-843 also shows excellent adhesion to ABS, PVC, PMMA, and Polystyrene. This material has low skin sensitivity for dental and cosmetic applications.

Bomar™ BR-744SD is a difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and tensile strength. It can be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics. Products formulated with BR-744SD can be highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier, and is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

SP 224 is a acid modified polyester acrylate oligomer with HDDA developed for UV/EB cure coating applications good adhesion on glass and plastics and good inter-coat adhesion properties.

bossin® W-05 is a hydrophilic but insoluble in water. It has excellent properties like curing faster, improve the adhesion of metal and plastic. It has an acid value which is higher than B-02.

PL-7130 is a low color urethane that is a viscous liquid at room temperature. Upon cure, PL-7130 creates a flexible yet tough polymer with percent elongation near 80%. PL-7130 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add flexibility.

PL-7003 is a low viscosity urethane that exhibits very fast cure speeds. Upon curing, PL-7003 exhibits excellent hardness and very low color. PL-7003 can be used in formulations to add strength.

Epoxy Acrylate Oligomers

Cosmonate LI is made by turning part of Cosmonate PH, which is a crystal solid in room temperature, into carbodiimide. In room temperature, it stays as low-temperature liquid and is excellent in transparency especially when applied for special coating sectors. It is a lightyellow modified MDI developed to be handed and used conveniently.

PL-7002 is a tetrafunctional polymethacrylate. This increased functionality results in faster cure speeds due to increased cross-linking capacity. Upon curing, PL-7002 exhibits very high Shore D hardness values. PL-7002 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add strength.

PL-7000 is a low viscosity urethane dimethacrylate. When cured, PL-7000 exhibits good hardness and strength. PL-7000 is low in color.

CE CRYL 800T is a 80% Epoxy Acrylate Oligomer with 20% monomer (TPGDA) .

bossin® W-39 is a mono- functional, existence of rigid rod structure urethane groups and flexible carbon chain. Compare with other mono-functional monomer, the features have low viscosity, good flexibility, curing fast and low volatility.

Cosmonate JG-50K is low adhesion degree Special Polymeric MDI which is used in manufacturing of electrolysis paint hardener. Cosmonate JG-50K is liquefied product in high temperature, so easy to treat for storage up to 10, as a Solvent Free type, mixed with one volume MDI of 4,4-Diphenyl-methane dilsocyanate, of which more than two volume, three volume, four volume's oligomer, has maximum 20cps(25 ) of adhesion degree and average 2.3~2.4 of sensory gear.

PL-7121 is a novel low-shrink urethane monomer based on Esstech's proprietary methacrylate technology. PL-7121 possesses a volumetric shrinkage of 2.0 - 2.5% and conversion of 65 - 80% without filler. PL-7121 has very low color and can be added to formulations to add toughness. PL-7121 possess the excellent combination of superior elongation and strength.

SE 146 is a difunctional epoxy acrylate oligomer with 25% TPGDA. This product is characterized by its low viscosity, fast cure response, high gloss, excellent solvent resistance and high surface hardness.

KELLOMER VK-420 is a aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer. It is characterized by low odor, and high molecular weight. The cured films exhibit excellent flexibility, non yellowing, and good adhesion to substrates.

CE CRYL 1000 is a 100% Epoxy Acrylate Oligomer.

SU 500 is a di-functional aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer with 22% isobornyl acrylate. This product is characterized good flexibility, good adhesion, and non-yellowing properties.

PL-7113 is a non-yellowing urethane that exhibits a high degree of elongation. It also has a high rate of conversion with low average shrinkage stress. PL-7113 can be added to formulations to add toughness.

SE 1700 is diacrylate ester of bisphenol A epoxy acrylate oligomer. This product is characterized by its low irritancy fast cure response, high gloss, excellent solvent resistance and high surface hardness.

PHOTOMER® 6210 is a proprietary, non-yellowing aliphatic urethane developed for radiation curable systems. This premium oligomer with very low viscosity provides excellent light stability, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and flexibility. The low viscosity of this urethane acrylate allows formulators wide formulating latitude, permits high oligomer content or lower formulation viscosities. SU 5225 is a di-functional aliphatic urethane acrylate oligomer with isobonyl acrylate monomer developed for UV/EB cure coating applications requiring excellent elongation, flexibility and durability properties.

PHOTOMER® 6184 is a medium viscosity, nonvolatile, proprietary urethane acrylate oligomer blended with 20 % PHOTOMER® 4061 (TPGDA). This product exhibits good cure response and low odor. PL-7013 has a relatively low viscosity but upon curing exhibits high conversion and low shrinkage. It exhibits excellent flexibility once cured. PL-7013 is very low color.

Designer Molecules BMI-1500 is an amorphous, low molecular weight bismaleimide oligomer that exhibits good adhesion to a variety of substrates. It can be homo-cured via UV or free radical initiators to form tough, hydrophobic, cross-linked polyimides. The material has excellent low pH hydrolytic resistance and thermal stability. The amorphous nature of this imide-extended BMI allows it to form room-temperature-stable solutions in a variety of free radical reactive diluents. It is soluble in many common solvents such as toluene, xylene, MIBK, etc. .

SU 519 is an acrylated aliphatic urethane oligomer diluted with 30% of hydroxy propyl methacrylate (HPMA), specifically designed for use in solder resist coatings on printed circuit boards and may be cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB).
