SYNTHOLUX 197 PE is an aadiation-curing, low-viscosity polyester acrylate resin that is solvent-free. It is used in UV- and electron beam-curing primers and top coats for wood, paper, plastics, and printing inks. It has applications in construction adhesives, industrial adhesives and sealants, wood coatings, and finishes.

S-368-N5T is a stable water dispersible grade of synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 93 – 106°C. S-368 N5T imparts lubricity, abrasion resistance and anti-blocking properties to aqueous-based systems. It also has been used successfully in laminating adhesives to improve die-cutting performance.

Bomar™ BRC-843 is a difunctional, hydrophobic urethane acrylate which can be formulated to be used in heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. The resulting tough film makes an effective, non-yellowing, protective single-coating that extends the substrates use-life. The low water absorption and alkaline resistance make this oligomer perfect for the following industries: aerospace, appliance, automotive, cosmetic, electronic, industrial, medical device, metal finishing, and UV-curable inks & coatings. BRC-843 exhibits retention of mechanical properties after exposure to high temperatures (200oC for 30 minutes). Kanamoll 650 is a vegetable oil-based light colored secondary plasticizer. ESBO is manufactured from soybean oil through the process of epoxidation. It is been used widely as plasticizer because of high numbers of epoxidized carbon-carbon double bonds. The epoxide group is more reactive due to double bonds, thus making it a good hydrochloric acid scavenger and plasticizer.

PL-7003 is a low viscosity urethane that exhibits very fast cure speeds. Upon curing, PL-7003 exhibits excellent hardness and very low color. PL-7003 can be used in formulations to add strength.

JRCure-1113 is white crystalline powder in appearance.

Spectra Group Limited H-Nu 640MP can cure a wide range of acrylate resins via free-radical mechanism. It is a commercial photoinitiator with a broad absorbance range of 570 nm to 670 nm (λmax = 649nm in DMSO).

PL-7002 is a tetrafunctional polymethacrylate. This increased functionality results in faster cure speeds due to increased cross-linking capacity. Upon curing, PL-7002 exhibits very high Shore D hardness values. PL-7002 is non-yellowing and can be used in formulations to add strength.

Photomer® 4184 is a monofunctional urethane acrylate which can be used as a reactive diluent for radiation curable coatings, inks and adhesives. It is non-yellowing with a low odor and offers improved flexibility and adhesion to plastics. It exhibit of low shrinkage and high elongation and stress at break with a Tg of - 3°C.

MM-204 is a mono-functional acrylate monomer. It has low shrinkage and a high glass transition temperature upon cure. The secondary ester linkage is resistant to hydrolysis.

Bisomer® LMA97 SP is a hydrophobic methacrylate monomer.

PL-7000 is a low viscosity urethane dimethacrylate. When cured, PL-7000 exhibits good hardness and strength. PL-7000 is low in color.

PHOTOMER® 4017 (HDDA) is a low viscosity diluent for UV and EB radiation curable lacquers and pigmented coatings, used in paper and board coatings, wood finishes vinyl flooring and flexible vinyl.

Chivacure® 300 is an oligomeric photoinitiator featuring transparent, ultrathin, non-yellowing, and non-migration properties. Equipped with a special “multi-warhead” structure, Chivacure® 300 is highly resistant to oxygen inhibition and can retain sufficient free radicals to initiate the UV curing reaction. Therefore Chivacure® 300 is particularly suitable for applications requiring ultrathin transparent coatings that are less than 5 μm thick (e.g., food or cigarette packaging, adhesive tapes, scratch-resistant glass and metal coatings).

CE CRYL 800T is a 80% Epoxy Acrylate Oligomer with 20% monomer (TPGDA) .

PL-7210 has a unique combination of high tensile strength and good elongation, which results in excellent toughness upon curing. PL-7210 is also very low color.

PHOTOMER® 4173 is a proprietary UV/EB curable acrylate oligomer of low functionality and low viscosity. Designed primarily for use in etch-resist inks for printed circuit board manufacture, it can be readily formulated into a UV curable screen ink which exhibits good scratch resistance and improved stripping characteristics.

SILLITIN Z 89 puriss is similar to Sillitin Z 86 puriss but has a higher color requirements.

PL-7121 is a novel low-shrink urethane monomer based on Esstech's proprietary methacrylate technology. PL-7121 possesses a volumetric shrinkage of 2.0 - 2.5% and conversion of 65 - 80% without filler. PL-7121 has very low color and can be added to formulations to add toughness. PL-7121 possess the excellent combination of superior elongation and strength.

PHOTOMER® 4149 is an aliphatic trifunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low skin irritancy and excellent crosslinking reactivity. In comparison to other trifunctional acrylates, it is an unusually effective reactive diluent with excellent solvency and viscosity reducing characteristics in radiation curable formulations based on epoxy, polyurethane, and polyester oligomers.
