SYNTHOLUX 271 UA is a radiation-curing, aliphatic urethane acrylate dissolved in a reactive thinner. It is recommended to use it as a coating wood and paper. It can also be used as a sole binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in wood flooring, industrial coatings, furniture coatings, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX 432 PAA is a radition-curing, amine-modified, low-viscosity polyether acrylate. It is recommended to use it as a sole, highly reactive binder or together with other radiation-curing binders to increase flexibility. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, automotive OEM coatings, and other printing applications. 

SYNTHOLUX 1014 W is an aqueous, aliphatic polyurethane dispersion that is physically drying and UV-curable. It does not contain emulsifiers or co-solvents. It is recommended to use it as a coating for wooden substrates that show high elasticity and good chemical resistance. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX BW 2223 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with good mattability and excellent chemical resistance. It is suitable for waterborne wood application and has very good matting behavior. This product can be used for clear and pigmented coatings. It has applications in furniture coatings, industrial coatings, wood flooring, other packaging, and paper applications.

SYNTHOLUX BW 2096 is a radiation-curing, tin-free UV-dispersion with very excellent mattability and good chemical resistance already after physically drying. It is suitable for waterborne wood application with very good grain enhancement and very good matting behavior. Surfaces are re-emulsifiable before UV curing. It has applications in industrial coatings, furniture coatings, wood flooring, other printing, and packaging applications.

SYNTHOLUX 197 PE is an aadiation-curing, low-viscosity polyester acrylate resin that is solvent-free. It is used in UV- and electron beam-curing primers and top coats for wood, paper, plastics, and printing inks. It has applications in construction adhesives, industrial adhesives and sealants, wood coatings, and finishes.

SYNTHOLUX 475 PE is a radiation-curing, fatty acid-modified polyester acrylate. It is used as a sole binder or combined with other radiation-curing binders for use in UV-curing printing inks. The resin is distinguished by its good pigment wetting. It has applications in furniture coatings, industrial coatings, wood flooring, and other printing and packaging applications.

EBECRYL® 812 is a radiation-curable coating presented as a clear liquid. Recognized for its low carbon footprint, this product stands out for being solvent-free and voc-free. EBECRYL® 373 is a brown paste additive specifically designed to minimize the misting of UV/EB curable offset inks. Typically, 3 to 5% of this additive is incorporated into the formulated ink. While it is preferably added during the grinding stage, it can also be introduced during the letdown process. EBECRYL® 373 is a paste that falls under the category of radiation-curable coatings and is specifically used as an additive for offset inks. This product addresses the challenge of misting in UV/EB curable offset inks, contributing to enhanced performance in printing applications.

Bomar BR-3042 is an aromatic polyether urethane diacrylate designed for UV adhesive applications. Cured films of BR-3042 and monofunctional monomers result in soft, highly elongative, tacky systems ideal for use in UV pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA), or UV-curable laminating adhesives.

Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

EBECRYL® 525 is a modified polyester resin expertly diluted with 40% tripropyleneglycol diacrylate. This product is particularly well-suited for applications in laminating adhesives, contributing to effective bonding between materials like paper/aluminum, paper/LDPE, and paper/polypropylene, among others. Additionally, EBECRYL® 525 finds recommendations for use in screen ink vehicles, providing good inter-coat adhesion, and as an adherable primer coating on metals. Its attributes include faster cycle time, low-temperature curing, low energy consumption, and long pot life, making it a good choice for radiation-curable coatings.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

Chivacure® 300 is an oligomeric photoinitiator featuring transparent, ultrathin, non-yellowing, and non-migration properties. Equipped with a special “multi-warhead” structure, Chivacure® 300 is highly resistant to oxygen inhibition and can retain sufficient free radicals to initiate the UV curing reaction. Therefore Chivacure® 300 is particularly suitable for applications requiring ultrathin transparent coatings that are less than 5 μm thick (e.g., food or cigarette packaging, adhesive tapes, scratch-resistant glass and metal coatings).

Omnicat BL-550 is a liquid photoinitiator blend, based on Omnicat 550 (20%), Propylene Carbonate (25%) and cycloaliphatic epoxy (55%).

Omnicat 550 is a highly reactive odorless and benzene free photoinitiator designed for use in cationic curing inks and coatings. It is particularly suited to use in pigmented inks. Omnicat 550 has good solubility in the cycloaliphatic epoxides and oxetane diluents used in cationic UV curing formulations. Omnicat 550 is not sensitized by either hydroxyketone photoiniators, thioxanthones or anthracene derivatives.

Omnirad 379 is a highly efficient UV-curing agent used to initiate the photo polymerization of unsaturated prepolymers in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers.
