STANDARD GLASS UD was specifically developed for leaf springs in the passenger car and truck sectors. The unidirectional fabric saves up to 50% in weight compared to steel, boasts a longer service life and features outstanding fatigue properties. Processed using the RTM process, it can be used with epoxy and PU resins and is ideally suited for high volume production.

3B Fiberglass EM 1011 is a non-woven mat made from 3B E-CR glass filaments, consisting of chopped fibers randomly and yet evenly orien-tated. The 50 mm length chopped fibers are coated with silane coupling agent and are held together using emulsion binder. CSM is particularly suitable for hand lay-up process using thermoset resin systems to manufacture wide range of products for automobile, recreation, chemical, electrical industries.CSM EM1011 conforms to BS 14118 and IS 11551.
