Thermofil® GPP93880 Black is a chemically coupled 30% glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene homopolymer. It is used in cooling fans and shrouds, under bonnet automotive, and parts requiring good mechanical resistance. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 4920/109 TV20 is a polypropylene homopolymer with 20% talcum, which is heat stabilized, highly stiff, UL-listed, and processing stabilized for easy demolding. It is used in the electrical and electronic, automotive markets for applications such as electrical components, interior decoration/finishing, exterior parts, housings, functional components, automotive powertrain parts, radiator grilles, and fans.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PP H 4920/570 MR 20 is a polypropylene homopolymer containing 20% talcum, antioxidant, and long-term heat-stabilized processing stabilizer with recycled material. It requires pre-drying conditions in a dry air (dessicant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. For injection molding, its melt temperature should be between 200-240°C, and its mold temperature should be between 20-70°C. Typical applications include air duct, housing, and automotive trim unpainted, among various others.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2020/750 GF20 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer filled with 20% glass fibers and is processing stabilized, heat stabilized, and chemically coupled. It is suitable for applications in electrical and electronic, building and construction, and automotive markets such as housings, fixing elements, functional components, radiator grilles, electrical components, exterior parts, and cooling systems. Pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing injection molding should be done with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and mold temperature of 20-70°C.

It is processing stabilized, high stiffness, chemically coupled, and heat stabilized. It has a melt temperature of 200-250°C and mold temperature of 20-70°C and is suitable for the electrical and electronic, building and construction, and automotive market segments. Typical applications include housings, fixing elements, functional components, and radiator grilles.

Washington Penn PPH3TF4-BLK Polypropylene, 40% Talc Filled is a Homopolymer. Meets GMP.PP.030 spec. Applications includes Fan shrouds, heater housings, various under hood uses.

TALENE M2010 C01 is a 20% talc filled polypropylene homopolymer, with high flow, high stiffness, low odor, and high heat aging stability. The product is available in 102942 color version. It is used for heaters and air conditioning units. It is not intended for medical, pharmaceutical and/or drinking water applications.

Semi-crystalline thermoplastic with high Rigidity and very good chemical resistance. PP-H exhibits compared to other plastics has a low density and is a very good one electrical insulator. For sliding applications is PP-H not suitable due to wear and tear.

PP-H is available in the colors natural and gray.
