Plenco® 07507 is an organic reinforced resole phenolic molding compound offering improved dimensional stability under humid conditions. 07507 offers excellent resistance to degradation from detergent solutions at elevated temperature. UL recognized under component file E40654. 07507 is available in black.

Being a heat treated version of RT342, RT342H is a fine weave canvas phenolic material with fabric construction weight intermediate to RT310 and RTB320. RT342H is designed for better machining than grade RT310 and lower cost than RTB320. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

Plenco® 06404 is a glass fiber and mineral filled two-stage phenolic molding compound offering superior molded mechanical properties, especially tensile strength. Plenco® 06404 is available in black. Plenco® 06404 is UL recognized under component file E40654.

Plenco® 00714 is a melamine-phenolic copolymer molding compound, offering excellent arc resistance and comparative track index values. UL recognized under component file E40654. 00714 is available in brown. 00714 was qualified under military specification MIL-M-14 (superseded by ASTM D-5948) Type CMG and batches can, if requested and paid for, be tested for certification to the standard.

ALNOVOL® UF 410 RPC, a carbamic resin on silica, demonstrates compatibility with various synthetic and natural rubbers. Notably, its composition prevents the formation of a clear solution in solvents due to the silica carrier. Primarily functioning as a crosslinking agent and binder, this resin is specifically designed for applications in tires. Its elastomeric functions contribute as a resin within this context.

Acculam™ Phenolfab Linen L/LE comprised of a phenolic resin and a woven linen (cotton) substrate. This material qualifies to NEMA L/LE and MIL-I-24768/13/15.This material's improved moisture resistance and machining characteristics allow its use in a wider range of electrical and structural applications than paper grades. Its finer weave fabric also allows for finer machined details& thinner sheets than grades C and CE.

It has similarmechanical properties to C/CE. It is not intended for applications needing electrical resistance. It has good machining qualities and good wear resistance.

Canevasite® FF-5964 is composed of phenolic fabric matrix and cotton fabric reinforcement. It appears in brown color with PF CC 204 LE Standards.

HexPly® 250 is a phenolic matrix widely used in honeycomb sandwich components for aircraft interior furnishings. The low smoke and low toxicity properties of 250 during ignition meet the requirements of FAR 25 and ATS 1000. HexPly® 250 prepreg is available in fabric reinforcements and single tows.
