EcoPaXX® Q-KXG10 is a bio-based, high-performance polyamide (PA410) made mainly from tropical castor beans that do not compete with the food chain. It offers outstanding performance, including excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point (highest among bio-plastics), and a high crystallization rate. Belonging to the family of long-chain polyamides, it has the lowest carbon footprint among common polyamides. It has excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. It has the lowest carbon footprint among common polyamides. The material can be processed using injection molding technology and meets the requirements for food contact quality. It is available in both low viscosity and medium-viscosity grades.

LNP LUBRICOMP UL002S compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Heat Stabilized, Wear Resistant.

To ensure optimal results, pre-drying is recommended at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. When processing with injection molding, melt temperature should range between 280-300°C, and mold temperature should range between 80-120°C. This material is suitable for automotive, building and construction, and various other market segments.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 1000/517.01 IM is a heat-stabilized, easy-release, and easy-flow polyamide 66 that is adhesion-modified to PVC. It is commonly used in applications such as plugs/connectors, housings, and various automotive powertrain parts in the automotive, electrical, and electronic market segments. For injection molding, the melt temperature should range between 270-290°C and the mold temperature between 40-80°C. The product should be stored in the dark and kept at no more than 30°C.
