SILRES® MK Powder is a condensation-curing methyl silicone resin with good solubility in various organic solvents. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Additionally, SILRES® MK Powder is the ideal product for making tack-free prepregs with excellent storage stability. When fully cured, SILRES MK POWDER has the lowest carbon content among all WACKER silicone resins, resulting in a high ash content when pyrolized. Composites made of SILRES® MK Powder exhibit long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. They can be continuously exposed to changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures exceeding 300 °C (572 °F). Furthermore, SILRES® MK Powder provides water repellency and excellent electrical insulation properties to the composite materials.

ELASTOSIL® R 501/75 OH is a peroxide-curing high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) for the manufacture of flame retardant products. This product is recommended to be used in cable insulations for household, automotive, railway, marine, and aerospace applications where high flame retardancy is required.

WACKER® GM - Glazing and Metal is a one-part, neutral-curing, low modulus silicone sealant with excellent adhesion and a long shelf life. It is designed for sealing, bonding, and repairing various tasks. WACKER® GM - Glazing and Metal cures at room temperature when exposed to atmospheric moisture, forming a durable and flexible silicone rubber.

CENUSIL® M 820 A/B is a room-temperature curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and cures at ambient temperature. It has excellent flowability and high tear strength. This addition-curing silicone rubber is primarily used for creating molds without shrinkage and with exceptional reproduction accuracy.

WACKER® AKC Silicone Fluids are linear, non-reactive silicone fluids that offer excellent heat and shear stability. This ensures protection against oxidative and radical decomposition, preventing viscosity changes and gel formation. As a result, WACKER AKC Fluids are ideal for applications that involve high thermal and/or shear stress.

SEMICOSIL® 962 TC A/B is a gap filler paste material with excellent thermal conductivity. It is a two-part silicone rubber that is shear-thinning, easy to dispense, and non-slump. This addition-curing formulation cures at room temperature, resulting in a soft, flexible, and tacky rubber with outstanding thermal conductivity properties.

ELASTOSIL® R 500/70 OH is a peroxide-cured high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) for general-purpose applications. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.

ELASTOSIL® M 4643 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It offers a fast and non-shrink cure at room temperature, which can be significantly accelerated by the application of heat. This grade is specifically designed for making shrink-free molds with excellent reproduction accuracy.

SILRES® H 44 is a powdered, condensation-curing phenyl silicone resin with excellent solubility in various organic solvents. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Due to its compatibility with organic resins, SILRES® H 44 can also be used to modify or partly replace phenolic resins in the respective compounds. Compared to other silicone resins, SILRES® H 44 cures relatively quickly at elevated temperatures. It is therefore particularly suitable for fully automated production lines.

ELASTOSIL® SC 833 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that forms a predominantly closed-cell foam. ELASTOSIL® SC 833 A/B exhibits excellent flame resistance and is self-extinguishing. This product is commonly used in applications such as automotive, aerospace, and railway industries.

GENIOPLAST® PP50S12 MG is a pelletized masterbatch formulation. It contains 50% of a non-reactive, ultra-high molecular weight silicone gum dispersed in polypropylene homopolymer. This formulation is specifically developed as an additive to enhance scratch resistance in polypropylene-based compounds for automotive interior applications.

CENUSIL® M 810 A/B is a room-temperature curing silicone rubber (RTV-2) that is pourable and cures at ambient temperature. It has excellent flowability and good self-dehydration. This addition-curing silicone rubber is primarily used for creating molds without shrinkage and with exceptional reproduction accuracy.

ELASTOSIL® R 771/70 OH is a peroxide-cured high-contrast rubber silicone for the manufacture of flame retardant products, particularly designed for railway applications. The product has been tested according to EN 45545-2 requirement sets R1, R7 (HL2). The color of the rubber base is white.

WACKER® 130 - Glass and Glazing is a high-quality silicone sealant specifically designed for glazing and window sealing applications. This one-component, acid-curing sealant offers exceptional adhesion on glass and aluminum surfaces, along with a long shelf life and excellent processing properties. When exposed to atmospheric moisture at room temperature, WACKER® 130 Glass and Glazing undergoes curing, transforming into a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

GENIOPLAST® PP50S12 is a pelletized masterbatch formulation comprising 50% of a non-reactive, ultra-high molecular weight silicone gum dispersed in polypropylene homopolymer. It is specially designed as an additive to enhance scratch resistance in polypropylene-based compounds used in automotive interior applications.

CHT Group QSil 553 is a 2-component silicone elastomer system specially designed for electronic potting and encapsulation applications. It offers good protection against chemicals, environmental contamination, mechanical shock, vibration, and impact damage. It can be employed in areas where low flammability is a prerequisite. The cured elastomer can be repaired. The component parts have relatively low viscosities and are readily mixed, either by hand or machine.

CHT Group AS1707 is a non-corrosive, neutral-cure, 1-part, RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) silicone adhesive sealant. It is one in a range of alkoxy cure products that are solvent-free. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and cures at room temperature to form a tough rubber when in contact with atmospheric moisture. This product will not corrode copper or its alloys and is suitable for use with electronic components.

High Temperature Silicone Compounds can be used at temperatures of up to 300ºC for short periods of time. It is not recommended for continuous operation. High temperatures affect the silicone causing an increase in hardness and brittleness. These compound can be used for molding, extrusion, calendering applications. Fluorosilicone rubber is used when higher resistance to chemicals is needed. This material has better resistance to solvents, hydrocarbon fluids and petroleum products than silicone rubber.

This product is engineered to provide a durable, watertight bond when exposed to continuous temperatures ranging from -40° to 500°F on a continuous basis – while maintaining its integrity at up to 600°F for intermittent time periods. Its unique formulation acts as both a thermal and electrical insulator as well, so it is ideal for sealing around heating elements.

STG-51TC Heat Sink Compound is silicone thermal grease material heavily filled with heat-conductive metal oxides. These combinations provide high thermal conductivity, low bleed and high temperature stability. STG-51TC specially developed to solve the problems of contamination and migration associated with silicone-based products. The compound is a unique synthetic-based thermal grease use to insure quick, efficient heat transfer and dissipation

General purpose silicone compounds are suitable for customers that need the technical advantage and good performance of silicone without the need of special formulation. General purpose silicone compounds can be used for extrusion, compression molding, injection molding and calendered applications. Regularly a post cure is recommended to enhance physical properties. Silsurf®B608 is a silicone glycol copolymer. It is self-emulsifying in water and is designed to be emulsifier or wetting agent in various personal care and industrial chemical formulations. Silsurf®B608 has an INCI name of PEG-8 Dimethicone.

STG-41 is a non-reactive, Silicone, Thermally Conductive Grease with a high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance with a soft, non-flowable consistency. This product is formulated with specialty binding agents to achieve lowest amount of bleed and evaporations. It is designed for applications where a silicone thermal interface material is required and where the device may later need to be easily removed from the heat sink. This compound is ideally suited for use in thin cross-sectional thicknesses down to ≤ 1 mil.

PEL-SIL™ 1315 is an efficient isocyanate or polyol compatible, liquid surfactant especially designed for isocyanurate applications. In isocyanurate formulations, it will produce foam with excellent flowability under a variety of foaming conditions. Other applications include foam for low density appliances. Flame retardant transportation and construction foams, and high density water blown formulations. A good starting point would be 0.5 to 0.9% of PEL-SIL™ 1315 on the total weight of the reactants.
