Owens Corning M130 chopped strand mat represents a general-purpose solution for open mold hand lay-up applications in a variety of industries. Produced with patented Advantex® corrosion resistant E-CR glass by Owens Corning. E01 Emulsion Chopped Strand Mat is made of randomly distributed chopped E6 glass strands held together by an emulsion binder. E01 is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. E01 is designed for use in hand lay-up, filament winding, compression molding and continuous laminating processes. Its end-use applications include boats, bath equipment, automotive parts, chemical corrosion resistant pipes, tanks, cooling towers and building components.

Divinycell PN is a structural thermoplastic core material perfectly suited in a variety of sandwich applications to increase performance and reduce weight. Divinycell PN is used in industrial, transportation, marine and wind applications. It is easy to machine and has good dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for a variety of processes including infusion, prepreg and press bonding. The material has a stable closed cell structure and is insensitive to moisture, decay or rot, making it an excellent substitute for organic materials such as balsa and plywood. High density Divinycell PN (PN200 and PN250) is particularly suited for flooring, decking, local inserts in the way of fittings; either tapped or bolted through and has very good screw retention. Divinycell PN is 100% recyclable.

Our General Purpose DCPD Laminating Resin has been developed from a special ORTHO/DCPD resin This, in combination with high quality additives, allow optimal performance for the manufacture of open-mold glass fiber reinforced parts with highly esthetique finish. Given their low volume shrinkage, they exhibit minimal glass print. They present excellent application and wet-out properties and have an excellent follow-through cure.

3B Fiberglass EM 1011 is a non-woven mat made from 3B E-CR glass filaments, consisting of chopped fibers randomly and yet evenly orien-tated. The 50 mm length chopped fibers are coated with silane coupling agent and are held together using emulsion binder. CSM is particularly suitable for hand lay-up process using thermoset resin systems to manufacture wide range of products for automobile, recreation, chemical, electrical industries.CSM EM1011 conforms to BS 14118 and IS 11551.

Ilkalem AS IR-110T is ISO thixotropic unsaturated polyester resin for GRP applications.

Polynt Group 787-5995 - toughened vinyl ester resin core shell rubber that offers dramatically improved fracture toughness and corrosion resistance of typical vinyl ester resins; promoted for room temperature cure. THINPREG™ TP 736LT is an exceptionally versatile hot-melt, epoxy prepreg. It can be cured at temperature as low as 80°C (176°F), or can be used for faster molding of components at 120°C (248°F). This is achieved with a good out-life of up to 60 days at 18-22°C (64-72°C)..

Norsodyne® 3338LSE is general purpose laminating resin with low styrene emission, good water resistance, promoted and non-waxed and it is generally used in automotive, building and construction, industrial sector, marine applicatons.

Muehlmeier E-glass mat E-CSM- emulsion bonded consists of cut and non-oriented E-CR glass strands, which have silane size. The binding of the strands amongst each other happens by a liquid mat binder on PVAc base which is easily soluble in styrene. Working happens in the well known contact- and continuous processes. The mat is suitable for UP, EP and vinyl ester resins. Compared to E-glass E-CR glass has excellent resistance against chemical and thermal influences and also a higher dielectric strength.

Lerpol RS 61 Alogen free filled resin, very versatile and easy to be processed in HLU/SLU and closed mold techniques. Laminates made with this resin in combination with Lavecoat FT have succesfully met class HL3 HL3 in R1 and R7 according to EN 45545.

Our Polyester Barrier Coat was developed from a proprietary resin blend with high quality raw materials and special additives. This coating acts as a barrier coat between the laminate and the gelcoat. This formulation provides superior osmosis resistance along with enhanced thermal and cracking resistance properties. Sogel’s Polyester Barrier Coats allow accelerating the cure and the demoulding time, while strongly reducing the risk of print through, orange peel and blisters on gelcoat surface.
