MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A70I 3EFSL0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) polymer suitable for injection molding. The polymer should be stored dry, protected from light, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, and tightly sealed.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2015/512 GF15 IM UV is a polyamide 6 suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. It is UV stabilized, heat stabilized, processing stabilized and has an easy release (demolding) feature. It is used in automotive, building and construction, as well as in various other applications such as cooling systems, fuel systems, gear wheels, roller bearings, oil pump parts, bearings, sliding elements, engine cover and more. For optimal use, it should be kept dry and protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA6 900/1 GF30 MO2 is a polyamide 6 base polymer with a 30% glass fiber and 2% molybdenium disulfide filler/additive system that provides improved sliding/wear and heat-stabilized characteristics. It is used in the automotive and machinery market segments for the production of bearings and sliding elements. When processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 250-270°C and the mold temperature should be between 40-80°C. For pre-drying, the material should be dried for 2-12 hours at 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer and should be stored in a dry and dark place, not above 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2015/327 is a polyamide 6 reinforced with 15% glass fibers that has been UV stabilized and impact modified for easy demolding. This product is commonly used in the automotive, building, and construction markets for applications such as cooling systems, fuel systems, gear wheels, roller bearings, and injection molded parts. It is typically used for oil pump parts, bearings, sliding elements, engine covers, and housings.

Processing injection molding should be done at a melt temperature of 280-300°C and a mold temperature of 80-120°C.

The maximum moisture content should not exceed 0.15%. Typical applications for this material include oil pump parts, bearings and sliding elements, engine covers, functional components, and housings. It is suitable for use in the automotive, building and construction industries.

Grade RT310 is a tube made from a medium weight canvas fabric combined with a phenolic resin that has good physical properties and machining characteristics. Typical applications include textile bobbins, lap spools and structural parts that require good impact strength. RT310 also complies with MIL-I-24768/16, Type FBM, ASTM D709 Type II Grade C and IEC-61212-3-1 PF CC 22.

Being a hot oil treated version of RTB320, RTB320S has low moisture absorption and excellent dimensional stability. Typical uses include bearings and applications that require fine machining characteristics. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

Fine weave canvas phenolic material with fabric construction weight intermediate to RT310 and RTB320. RT342 is designed for better machining than grade RT310 and lower cost than RTB320. It also complies with MIL-I-24768/16, Type FBM and ASTM D709 Type II Grade C.
