SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. Stanyl® TW341 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA66 2035/500 GF35 is a heat-stabilized polyamide 66 with a filler/additive system of 35% glass fibers containing recycled material. It is suitable for use in automotive and other various market segments, such as cooling systems, chassis, steering, and radiator systems. Typical applications include oil pump parts, housing, automotive trim unpainted, oil pans/sumps, and bearing cages.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PA66 2020/116 GF20 IM is an impact-modified, recycled material containing polyamide 66 with 20% glass fibers. It is suitable for a variety of applications including oil pump parts, housing, automotive trim unpainted, cooling systems, filter systems, and transport systems. To ensure optimal results, pre-drying is recommended at 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. When processing with injection molding, melt temperature should range between 280-300°C, and mold temperature should range between 80-120°C. This material is suitable for automotive, building and construction, and various other market segments.

It is suitable for a wide range of automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure, packaging, medical/personal care, lighting, and information technology applications. Typical applications include racking/shelving, airbag components, batteries, fixing elements, power drills, clips, roof boxes and more. Processing conditions should include a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C for optimal performance, while pre-drying conditions should include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content.
