MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2015/512 GF15 IM UV is a polyamide 6 suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. It is UV stabilized, heat stabilized, processing stabilized and has an easy release (demolding) feature. It is used in automotive, building and construction, as well as in various other applications such as cooling systems, fuel systems, gear wheels, roller bearings, oil pump parts, bearings, sliding elements, engine cover and more. For optimal use, it should be kept dry and protected from light at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 4030/109 MR30 is a Polyamide 6 grade containing a 30% mineral filler/additive system and heat stabilized for improved flow characteristics during injection molding. It is UV stabilized, nucleated, impact modified, and easy to release (demolding). Its melt temperatures range from 270-290°C while the mold temperatures should be between 80-100°C. The maximum moisture content should not exceed 0.15%. Typical applications for this material include oil pump parts, bearings and sliding elements, engine covers, functional components, and housings. It is suitable for use in the automotive, building and construction industries.

Pentamid B GV15 GK15 H natural is a normal viscosity, heat stabilized polyamide 6, 15% glass fiber and 15% glass bead reinforced.

Nylene Nylene PX1719HS is a heat stabilized, high impact, nylon 6 extrusion grade resin with a low flexural modulus. PX1719HS is ideally suited for extrusion of tubing and profiles requiring outstanding toughness and flexibility. Because of its excellent flow characteristics, it may also be used for injection molding parts requiring a high Izod impact value. Optimum processing conditions should provide a melt temperature of 520 - 540°F at the die or nozzle.
