Braskem Inspire® 114 EU polypropylene impact copolymer is a propylene based resin very suitable for extrusion applications including blown films, sheets, profiles, pipes and blow molded containers. Inspire® 114 EU Performance Polymer has an excellent balance of high stiffness and impact resistance, even at low temperatures. Inspire® 114 EU Performance Polymer combines outstanding mechanical proper es with superior processability due to its high melt strength delivering improved sag properties compared to conventional polypropylenes.

All Braskem America production facilities are certified to produce bio, bio-circular, and circular polypropylene under the ISCC PLUS certification via the mass balance approach.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is an unreinforced amorphous polyetherimide (PEI) resin that offers a high glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C and improved flow. Its features include excellent mechanical, electrical, and dimensional properties up to high temperatures. The material also offers very good chemical resistance for an amorphous material and is inherently flame retardant, offering UL94 V0 and 5V ratings as well as aerospace FAR 25.853 compliance. ULTEM™ Resin 1010 is RoHS compliant, and the natural, uncolored material is halogen-free according to standards IEC 61249-2-21, IPC 4101E, and JEDEC JS709B. Compliance for colored variants needs to be checked on a case-by-case basis. The base material is transparent amber-colored but is also available in custom colors, both transparent and opaque. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

Aegis® H100ZP is a medium viscosity, nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for cast or blown film applications. The resin product complies with all food contact regulations. Aegis® H100ZP homopolymer combines strength, toughness and thermoforming properties with excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Akulon® F-X9182 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) that functions as a resin and boasts features such as being food contact-acceptable and having low and medium viscosity. It is predominantly applied in the automotive and transportation sectors, particularly for interior components in automotive applications.

EcoPaXX® Q170E is an unfilled long aliphatic polyamide primarily used for film and monofilament extrusion. It belongs to the family of long-chain polyamides, which offer exceptional performance in demanding environments. It has excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, a very high melting point, and a high crystallization rate. It has the lowest carbon footprint among common polyamides. The material can be processed using both extrusion and injection molding technologies. It has a medium viscosity grade and meets the requirements for food contact quality.

Akulon® K223-TP4 is a polyamide 6 (PA 6) and polyamide copolymer resin that is suitable for various applications in the automotive and transportation, consumer goods, and electrical and electronics markets. They are impact-modified, lightweight, and lubricated, making them versatile for a range of uses. Additionally, this product is acceptable for food contact.

ADVANCENE™ EE-1802-BSB is a part of a Butene LLDPE series designed for the Blown & Cast film process, offering high gloss and excellent draw down. Films made from ADVANCENE™ EE-1802-BSB resin have very good tensile and toughness properties.

PETILEN H2-21T is a low density polyethylene resin produced by high pressure tubular process. Having medium average molecular weight, the product is developed for general purpose applications. PETILEN H2-21T contains no additives.

Polylink Polymers P-93010-UV is high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) masterbatch based on polyolefins. It contains blends of stabilizers dispersed in the polymer matrix in the state of the art plant to give excellent performance in extreme climatic conditions.

Promyde® BF745 LN is a new experimental copolyamide with lubricant and nucleant additives, specially formulated for the production of cast and blown film.

COPYLENE® CH020XK is a polypropylene homopolymer made with a non-phthalate catalyst. It is designed for BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film extrusion applications with high crystallinity. It is made with a non-phthalate catalyst.

Promyde® BF933 is a high viscosity polyamide without additives specially formulated for the production of films with a high transparency and improved elongation, tear and puncture resistance. Promyde® BF933 can be processed in cast and blown film extruders. It is specially recommended in the inner polyamide layer in coextruded structures as PE/Tie/PA/Tie/PE.

Promyde® BF933 LN is a high viscosity polyamide lubricated and nucleated specially formulated for the production of films with a high transparency and improved elongation, tear and puncture resistance. Promyde® BF933 LN can be processed in cast and blown film extruders. Promyde® BF933 LN is specially recommended in asymmetric estructures to minimize curling, specific recommendations are available on request.

Greenflex® FL 55 is an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) for extrusion/co-extrusion blown and cast film. Films produced with Greenflex FL 55 show a low fish eyes content, high elasticity, good optical properties, good sealability at low temperatures.

Prime Polymers Ultzex™ 1520L is a Linear Low Density Polyethylene product. It can be processed by film extrusion and is available in Asia Pacific, Europe, or North America. Applications of Ultzex™ 1520L include coating applications and film. Primary characteristic: good sealability.

Promyde® BF940 LN is a lubricated and nucleated high viscosity polyamide specially formulated for the production of films with a high transparency and improved elongation, tear and puncture resistance. Promyde® BF940LN can be processed in cast and blown film extruders. The additives package ensures good surface slip properties on the polyamide film side. Promyde® BF940LN is specially recommended in asymmetric estructures to minimize curling, specific recommendations are available on request.
