This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.

Aegis® H85WC01 resin is a medium-high viscosity, heat stabilized, nylon 6 jacket compound for use in wire, cable, flexible lighting and plenum applications. It provides excellent performance across the range of THHN, THWN and TFFN constructions along with a well-balanced set of properties, including low fuming, high toughness, abrasion resistance, and excellent resistance to gasoline, oil and other hydrocarbons.

Aegis® H55WC01 is a medium viscosity, heat stabilized, nylon 6 universal wire jacket compound providing excellent performance across the range of THHN, THWN and TFFN constructions. It also offers a well-balanced set of properties including flexibility, toughness, abrasion resistance and excellent resistance to gasoline, oil and other hydrocarbons. Aegis® H55WC01 nylon compound has been investigated in accordance with the test methods outlined in ANSI/UL 1581 and ANSI/UL 83 and is certified under UL QMTT2 for use in wire, cable and flexible lighting products.

MOCOM Compounds Alcom® TCD PA6 5070 FR 15021 is a polyamide 6-based polymer with a special filler that makes it thermally conductive, electrically insulating, heat stabilized, and halogen-free flame retardant. It is suitable for a variety of markets such as Automotive, Machinery, electrical and electronic, and Lighting, and is particularly ideal for radiator systems and cooling systems. Typical applications include housings, functional components, plugs/connectors, and lamp sockets.

MOCOM Compounds Alcom® TCD PA6 5060 FR 15090 is a polyamide 6 (PA6) material that contains a special filler system, making it thermally conductive, electrically insulating, and halogen-free flame retardant. It is also opaque and heat stabilized, making it suitable for use in radiator systems and cooling systems in the automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, and lighting industries.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB PA6 2015 14041 GF15 WT1100-14 is a polyamide 6 base polymer filled with 15% glass fibers and a special filler, providing high stiffness and highly reflective, opaque properties. It is used in the Automotive and Lighting Market segments, with typical applications being reflectors and light blocking components. For processing via injection molding, the melt temperature should be 270-290°C and the mold temperature should be 80-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB PA6 2015 14041 WT1063-16 is a polyamide 6 with 15% glass fibers and 8% special filler. It has a high reflectivity, opacity, and is equipped with a slip agent and heat stabilizer. It is used in the automotive, electrical and electronic, and lighting industries for lighting, interior decoration/finishing, and light blocking components such as light guides, reflectors, and handles.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 4030/109 MR30 is a Polyamide 6 grade containing a 30% mineral filler/additive system and heat stabilized for improved flow characteristics during injection molding. It is suitable for a wide range of automotive, machinery, electrical and electronic, furniture, building and construction, sport and leisure, packaging, medical/personal care, lighting, and information technology applications. Typical applications include racking/shelving, airbag components, batteries, fixing elements, power drills, clips, roof boxes and more. Processing conditions should include a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C for optimal performance, while pre-drying conditions should include 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on the moisture content.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PA6 900/1 GF30 WT1165-10LB is a polyamide 6 base polymer filled with 30% glass fibers, featuring a highly reflective, opaque, and slip agent property. It is suitable for automotive, various lighting, light blocking components, and interior decoration/finishing applications such as light guides, reflectors, and handles. The recommended melt temperature range for processing injection molding is 270-290°C, and the mold temperature range is 80-100°C.
