Genable® 2401 dispersion consists of graphene nanoplatelets dispersed in epoxy resin (EEW = 250g/eq.). The graphene nanoplatelets are a synthesized form of graphene produced by a patented process. A formulation-ready Genable® epoxy resin, Genable® 2401 dispersion has been developed to enhance the anti-corrosion performance of coatings on aluminum substrates by the use of a patented anti-corrosion additive.

ASCONIUM® 114 are organic liquid-type additives which can provide excellent long-term anticorrosion performance to pigmented or clear coatings. ASCONIUM® additives can be used in waterborne, as well as in solventborne coatings, either as single products or in combination with active pigments.

Ferrocor Flash is a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor for Ferrous and Zinc rich substrates. It is a proprietary blend of Phosphate salts and Phosphonoxy esters. All constituents with the FDA regulation.

Habicor® ZP 3860 is a Zinc phosphate based anticorrosive pigment, Chemical Structure is Zinc phosphate dihydrate.

Genesee Polymers' GP-596 is a 28% active epoxy functional silicone polymer in solution. The epoxy functionality in GP-596 allows for rapid cross-linking with standard amine curing agents. Selecting the proper curing agent is dependent on application techniques, pot life requirements, cure conditions and physical properties needed.Cured coatings formed from GP-596exhibit greater elongation, higher impact resistance and more flexibility, than coatings formed from standard bisphenol A type resins. This increased flexibility allows for greater adhesion to coated surfaces, resulting in improved durability.In addition to the tough coating properties of GP-596, the presence of the unique silicone-epoxy copolymer imparts non-stick and rust inhibiting characteristics as well. This strongly suggests applications involving protection of ferrous and nonferrous metals exposed to extreme abrasion conditions, or corrosive atmospheres.GP-596may be formulated with pigments, thickeners, dispersants and other additives as needed to yield finished coatings. The technology of formulating is closely related to standard epoxy resin coatings applications.

Hybricor™ 204 - Hybrid Corrosion Inhibitor Pigment is an organic/inorganic hybrid corrosion inhibitor pigment, a proven effective replacement for Cr6+ in aerospace primer applications on aluminum and other non-ferrous substrates. The fine particle size of Hybricor™ 204 (7 Hegman) permits it to be easily incorporated into a coating using a high speed disperser. It is effective in primers, DTM and thin film (< 20 micron) applications. It does not affect pot life of 2K systems. Use level varies by intended application requirements.

ADDAPT BioWet 60 is a solvent free, ready biodegradable Glass Adhesion promoter and Glass Corrosion inhibitor for aqueous systems on glass substrates. A proprietary blend of PolyAlkylene Glycols and Polyhydroxy – Amide. All constituents are EINECS registered and comply with the FDA regulation (incidental contact with foodstuff).

The Fine Zinc Powder LARVIK SUPER FINE grade is highly recommended for organic or inorganic paints.

Delaphos® 2M is a pigment that will inhibit metal surface corrosion when properly incorporated in a wide variety of solvent based and water based paint primer systems.

The Fine Zinc Powder LARVIK STANDARD 7 grade is highly recommended for Paints and Plating.

Genesee Polymers' GP-654 AMINE FUNCTIONAL SILICONE FLUID is an aminoalkyl terminated dimethyl silicone polymer with the following structure where x = 92: GP-654 is listed on the U.S. E.P.A. Toxic Substances Control Inventory as Aminopropyl Terminated PolyDimethylsiloxane (CAS# 106214-84-0).

Ultraflon FP-15 series represent premium, fluorinated ethylene-propylene powder (FEP) additives. FP-15 is characterized by moderately high molecular weight. It demonstrates a lower melt flow index (MFI) when compared to the Ultraflon FP-20, but higher than that of FP-IO. FP-15 is manufactured from ultra-high purity FEP, and micronized in clean conditions to preserve its pristine form.

It is suitable for use in primers for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Pigmentan MX is non toxic and contains no Zinc, Chrome, or other heavy metals, and does not require hazardous labeling.

Excellent cost effectiveness and performance.PIGMENTAN 465M-FG is useful both for low film weights, and for easier dispersion of the anti-corrosive pigment into the paint system.

Genesee Polymers' GP-6 SILICONE FLUID is an amine functional silicone polymer with the following structure where x = 100 and y = 4: The amine-alkyl functionality of GP-6 provides a versatile reaction site for the synthesis of a variety of functional silicone polymers and silicone-organic copolymers. The polar amine groups in GP-6 SILICONE FLUID also demonstrate high affinity for many substrates, suggesting use of GP-6 in textile lubricants, plastic and rubber release and lubrication, and in car polish formulations. INHIBISPHERES® ZB is submicron ceramic particles that can provide specific functionalities to classic coating formulations. INHIBISPHERES® ZB is porous silica particles containing encapsulated corrosion inhibitors. Low levels of INHIBISPHERES® ZB give superior performance when compared to a traditional corrosion inhibitor on steel.

PPG INHIBISIL® 73 anti-corrosion pigment is a calcium oxide-containing synthetic amorphous silicon dioxide designed for use where thin film build anti-corrosive protection is needed. High calcium oxide content, ease of dispersion and high Hegman value provides formulation flexibility and expanded process capability.
