Efka® SL 3033 is a highly effective additive that increases slip and surface smoothness. With excellent compatibility properties, it is suitable for use in clear coatings. It improves leveling, scratch and abrasion resistance, prevents floating, enhances anti-blocking characteristics, and prevents cratering.

Efka® SI 2022 is a silicone-based defoamer suitable for both solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. It prevents the formation of foam and blisters during manufacturing and application. It is recommended for two-pack systems based on polyurethane and epoxy resins, especially suited for polyurethane-based curtain coating finishes, and baking enamels based on alkyd resins or saturated polyesters.

Hydropalat® WE 3220 is a silicone surfactant that improves substrate wetting in aqueous systems. It exhibits excellent wetting properties in aqueous industrial, wood, automotive, and exterior paints and coatings, with a strong reduction of surface tension and no increase in surface slip. It has a minor impact on inter-coat adhesion and recoatability, and it is solvent-free.

Efka® SI 2723 acts as a defoamer, developed for the rapid de-aeration of solvent-free polyurethane and epoxy compounds. It yields excellent results in flooring applications, ensuring foam- and blister-free self-leveling coatings. Additionally, it acts as a leveling agent, contributing to a smooth coating surface, all while maintaining a low odor. Its chemical nature consists of a solution of defoaming substances containing silicone.

Hydropalat® WE 3225 is a silicone-based wetting agent with notable defoaming properties. It exhibits excellent substrate wetting and compatibility within aqueous coating formulations. This product presents a pronounced defoaming action, specifically designed for various types of aqueous coating formulations. It seamlessly merges outstanding compatibility and wetting capabilities with efficient defoaming properties.

Efka® SL 3236 functions as a slip and leveling agent, being an organically modified polysiloxane soluble in various solvents. It improves general surface characteristics and is recommended for non-aqueous coatings like baking enamels, acid-curable or polyurethane wood finishes.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® eco 4100 is a one-component, acid-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing, and window applications, as well as sanitary applications. ELASTOSIL® eco 4100 is produced based on a 100% exchange of fossil-based raw materials for sustainably certified renewable materials. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

LUMISIL® LR 7601/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber belonging to the LUMISIL® LR 7601 series. It is a two-component compound with medium viscosity and fast curing times. The vulcanizates produced from this material are characterized by their remarkable optical transparency, as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® RT 774 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. ELASTOSIL® RT 702 is a one-part heat-curing silicone adhesive that exhibits non-slump properties. Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 702 demonstrates excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, along with long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can withstand constant exposure to varying climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 250 °C (482 °F) without sustaining any damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 773 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. ELASTOSIL® LR 3001/55 FR A/B is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound of liquid silicone rubber. The excellent flame retardancy is confirmed by the achieved UL94-V0 listings at 0.75 mm and 3 mm thickness and f1 rating according to UL746C: Unterwriters Laboratories File E75704 (Wacker Chemie AG). It exhibits good heat resistance, high oil resistance, and short curing times, which are further benefits of this material.

ELASTOSIL® N 2034 is a self-leveling, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. This product is flame retardant and meets the UL 94 V-0 standards.
